I WENT INTO THE STORE FOR AN ATLAS AND SOME MAPS. GREAT SERVICE; VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. THE OFFICE IS BEAUTIFUL AND NEW, AND AM HAPPY TO RETURN.

We are not currently AAA members, but came here to buy two International driver's licenses. Very friendly, outgoing staff. Also, a huge collection of maps for both the U.S. and the world. Also a fair selection of travel gear. Very convenient location.

Great service but they support Sprint and now give them (Sprint) another reason to mess up peoples bills as well as not provide customer service. I was a long time member for many years AND got memberships for my family members as well. Sadly we have chosen to no longer use AAA until they cut ties with a horrible company like Sprint!!!!! The Business Ethics of AAA do not match those of Sprint and I fear this partnership will reflect badly on AAA. My family and I would gladly come back if Sprint is no longer a Partner of AAA.

I didn't visit this particular store but I still want to leave a good review for AAA in general. They came to my rescue after I locked my keys in my car some 300 miles from home in the middle of nowhere with a toddler. Turns out I have a car that even locksmiths can't break into. But AAA got us home safely and got me into my car and I only paid a small fee to keep the spare key they made.

They're better than nothing, but the wait times for help are crazy long!!!! I've had them for years and usually strangers show up to help before aaa, because they see me waiting on the side of the road for hours! Also their insurance is sky high! They are money hungry, they don't care about people

I just went in for a International Driving Permit this most previous time I went to AAA and was finished in a few minutes - even taking the photos necessary for the Permit. Thanks for all of your information as requested and for travel services and needs - as they arise, especially in emergency situations.

Excellent experience-Cindy and Deanne helped us and they had excellent knowledge and great customer service. They explained everything very well. We experienced a "snag" in our transaction; after some changes were made, everything went well and we found the problem. Great location-the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Exchanged currency recently and everything went very smoothly, until I went to pick it up that is. The lady working the reception was extremely slow at typing and couldn't remember anything I told her, it was fine and I am patient so it was okay, but I could imagine if someone was short tempered they might get really angry with her. She was sweet and very personable though!

Not sure why a AAA location would be up for review but Google popped it up in my pending reviews, so what the hell. I went here and arrived before they opened on a cold rainy day. They were kind enough to make me come inside even before they opened and let me sit until they were ready. That's good human stuff there. To me, that definitely deserves a 5 star review!
