The are so helpful with travel questions. The store has a good selection of travel gear. Order your foreign currency ahead of time and ask how long in advance is needed. If you have any problems with items purchased bring it back with receipt for exchange or credit within warranty. I loved the packing demonstration.

Useless coverage, totally miss represented when purchased. Stranded in Wyoming and they say they don't cover our utility trailer carrying our 4-wheels. Beware folks they are a joke. Purchased for roadside service and still sitting on the side of the road.

I was welcomed readily and had my issue addressed quickly and thoughtfully. One issue with the exchange rate for Euros could not be fully solved and they kindly helped research where I could go. What a wonderful resource! They cared about the solution to the problem. I'll be back for more help with travel plans!

I've been to this office twice, the first time was great, I was helped by friendly staff who helped me transfer my membership to Colorado. Upon my second trip, I decided to use the travel agent aspect of AAA. I was once again, greeted by a friendly face; however, the travel agent I met with was unfriendly as well as unhelpful. She treated me like a child and did not have her information correct. When my husband corrected her ill advise, she became even more cold and told us to just do all of our booking online. I've never used a travel agent before, but I'm pretty sure this is not what is suppose to occur.

Used AAA to reserve a room at the Super 8 in Junction City, KS on March 1-2. Arrived at 3 AM after driving 10 hours and was told because I booked through AAA there was no specific room reserved for me and they were sold out. They were sorry. I slept in the cab of a U-Haul at a rest stop. Finished my drive to Denver well rested. Thanks AAA.

The store was busy, but when it was "my turn" a store associate found me in the store! She was wonderful; she answered questions about my possible trip and destination. As an AAA member all of the maps and tour books were free. The store also has a wide variety of travel items (including luggage!) to make traveling easier, more comfortable or safer. I purchased a purse with many safety features. Great customer service from the employees. And AA is a great organization!

I would rate this insurance company as the worst in history. Their insured hit my classic Corvette on July first. It took them over a month to even look at the car. They proceeded to fight with the body shop about the necessary repairs. My previously perfect show car is not the same, the paint doesn't match as it should and they refuse to even talk about it. Law suit coming.

My wife and I purchased a vacation trip to Cancun with travel insurance from AAA and two other future cruises. On the first nite in Cancun my wife was very ill and was hospitalized in ICU. When I reached out to the AAA agent, her office told me that she was too busy to take my emergency calls. She indicated that she would call back when she is not too busy. Her office knew my problem and the seriousness of my wife's condition. When we came home she claimed that she contacted the insurance carriers. It turned out that she gave the carriers and myself wrong data to settle over $30,000 in claims. To date all we have are excuses and over thirty stored back and forth emails.

Service in the office was great I have been with AAA since 1981. The service on the phone lines has gone down degenerated significantly. However I have older cars and I just got my daughter a AAA membership for her older but new to her car.

We needed a new road atlas. Our 10 year old atlas was very out of date. We have found that the navigation in our vehicle needs backup at times. The AAA store in FT. Collins had what we needed. The staff was a great help.

I just got my auto insurance renewal notice, and premiums went up 10%. No claims, no accidents, no driving violations. Never once. I have AAA for roadside, auto, and homeowners insurance. This is how they reward loyalty?
