Lackluster Customer Service from Brian Dunne, car broker! I've been a member of AAA for over 40 years and used their brokering service to buy a car. He did not give me my temporary plates for my new car. He did not explain the new car registration process accurately, even though he knew I was new to Colorado. To date, Brian still hasn't answered my emails concerning new car questions, which he said to email him if I had any. When I saw him interact with another customer buying a car, Brian was patient and quite helpful. My guess, because she was buying a BMW and mine was half that cost. I'm going through the Dealership next time, which I hate!

Sadly, I rarely take the time to write a review. The service I received today from AAA and specifically the tow truck driver Stan, could not go by without letting everyone know how amazing this experience was. We have been AAA members for a while and rarely have had to use the service. Today, one of our vehicles would not start. My wife called AAA and was told someone would be onsite within 30 minutes to tow the vehicle. Twenty minutes later, Stan, the AAA driver arrived and went out of his way to help my frazzled wife to calm down. When I arrived, he already had the car loaded up and was ready to roll. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received on the phone and most importantly, in person with Stan. If you do not have AAA, I highly recommend you rethink and pick up a policy today.

Granted, winter roads call in more service needs than summer time, but the forecasted 2 hour wait for a tow on an ice packed slope stretching out to yet another hour left me more than disappointed in your calculations. I need to trust you, AAA.

Worst experience ever with AAA Colorado! Moved here 6 months ago, transferred my membership and after receiving our new cards in the mail, we tossed the old cards. Must have overlooked that portion of the application that instructs members to hold on to your old cards. AAA Colorado will promptly send you membership cards , but we learned today that ours are not valid because we’re still registered members of another state. How does this help me get my 19 yr old daughter off the side of the road? Oh, did I mention it’s snowing. Can you guess long we were on hold? Ok, how do we fix this issue to prevent a reoccurrence? Why do we have to be transferred to member services in our old state? We haven’t lived there in 6 months. More hold time because we asked to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor never came to the phone, no tow truck, and now I’m beyond frustrated. As long as we’ve had AAA, I’ve never wanted to cancel the membership until today. This customer service representative clicked the line and transferred us to our old membership state while I’ll still talking to her. If I could rate her professionalism a negative 5 stars, I would. I have no intention of continuing my membership in Colorado. First and last horrible experience.....Stephanie H. Robinson

I have been waiting 7 weeks for colorado triple AAA to fix what they have damaged towing my motorhome. I put on you tube: colorado triple aaa damaged sewer tank. By laura munoz. Lorron/ colorado triple. U guys are so rude, no humankindness! Ive used all my retirement to stay at motels because Royal Gorge RV Repair has my motorhome to be fixed by colorado triple aaa. Waited over an hour on the side of the highway for a tow truck, till finally the driver calls me, then proceeded to tell me he drove right past us without seeing us, when I have my car with the lights shinning on my broken down truck, on the side of the road, this is ridiculous, give me a job, id at least do my job, this pisses me off.

Just the card in my wallet has always been worth it. If your looking to plan something simple or extravagant, be sure to use the ones you trust when the ish goes down. Best logistics I've known even off the beaten path there is always a tire change or jug of gas not far away...

Just tried to get my international driver’s permit, which I do every year. The instructions say 2-inch by 2-inch passport photos. Check - brought the same photos I used for my passport. They said refused to use them, but I could pay them to take new photos. Seriously? Too bad they’re the only show in town for this. The trouble with monopolies!

One of their insured client hit me and supposedly he is not returning their call. They say without his statement they can't pay a claim. Understandable, but I have a police report putting their client at fault, he even received a fine, which they will see if they pull his records. I don't know if they advise their clients to not reply to them...if there is a claim, but it's ridiculous. Next step is an attorney to get my car repair. Very dishonest and upsetting, when I have done everything needed to do on my end. I did speak to his agent, she is will try to reach out to him, because claims can't reach him. I wanted to say about a month after my original review, AAA did make it right.

I recently was stranded in my vehicle with two disabled people I take care of. We were safe but it was hard on them. First a regular truck came and tried hard to get the car started. Then a tow truck cameAnd the drivers name was Orette. He spent a long time trying to get it started but unfortunately could not. He stayed with us until I got a ride home because we could not all fit into the tow truck. Thanks for the great service!

Never have had a bad experience at AAA. I have a Premier membership at AAA Colorado and my agent Diane DeVoe is always there to help me! She is able to answer all my questions and works hard to get me the best prices on my car insurance. Not only is the store great, but I have had multiple occasions where I have had to call the customer service line and have experienced nothing but hospitality and help. My car battery died and AAA came within the hour and even installed my battery with no charge. I definitely recommend AAA Colorado for auto, home, and life insurance. UPDATE: AAA continues to be so amazing and helpful! I have gotten a flat tire from a nail THREE times and the customer service on the Roadside Assistance is always so helpful and making sure they take care of me. I wish I remembered the names of the men that came out to help me because they were all so nice and got the job done so quickly. I was told it would be an hour wait and they ended up arriving at my work 20 minutes after I called. I am so glad I have my Premier membership with this company. Saved me so many stresses and so much time. Thank you to all the staff at AAA who continue to provide me with amazing service.

I was very disappointed with my AAA membership If I could give no stars I would!! I was in need of a tow in Woodland Park. I was originally told that the tow truck would show up two hours after my call, that was fine until thirty minutes after that and the tow truck still didn't show up. I called and they told me it would be another 90 minutes before they showed up. After repeating this another three times; I received a tow truck SIX HOURS later after I had to call the towing company myself. AAA kept pushing me off and not being helpful or concerned at how long I had been waiting or my needs that I was calling for. Highly unsatisfied with my service and will be canceling!!!

I wish I could give them no star. I called a day before to arrange a pickup. Was told that there would be a record of my arrangement under a specific number. When I called customer service the next day they had no recollection of my number and I had to give them the same info again. After that they scheduled for pickup at 10:31am the tow truck didn’t arrive until 12:31pm. The tow truck then informed me that they could not tow the vehicle because the transmission was removed. Something that both representatives were told on the phone and they told me they covered it. I called to have cancell my membership and they still have not sent me the confirmation email that they said they would send or my money back.
