Melissa was GREAT. She set everything up so all we had to do was go have fun. We had a private guide all through Austria and Germany. He was very knowledgeable of all the sites we wanted to see. He made sure we were set for the next day. When he ended his part in Paris he made sure we were set up for the rest of our trip. When we had some issues in Paris Melissa even helped get some of our money refunded for services that she had set up that the tour group didn't follow through on. Melissa walked us through every step of getting prepared to go. She made travel tags for our luggage so we could easily identify our bags. I HIGHLY recommend RLX Travel Group to set up any of your travel needs. There is so much more I could say it's just to hard to put into words what a wonderful job Melissa did. We will definitely use her again when we go back to Germany. I give her 10 stars....

WOW - talk about personal support! Melissa Fail with RLX Travel Group did a fantastic job making our vacation stress free and essentially perfect! I have used travel agencies in the past for cruises & short trips with success, but Melissa went above and beyond with the personal support and attention to detail. She really wanted to know what we were looking for to make our very own perfect vacation. From picking the perfect flight times -to finding a magnificent bungalow on the beach -to working some magic with the resort for all those extras you don't get without asking. Thank you so much for making our 20th anniversary vacation in Bermuda so special!

Fantastic vacation to Aruba! Our family doesn't normally get away for a nice vacation more than once a year, but Melissa and RLX travel have made it so easy to have a fully planned relaxing trip, we double dipped this year. We were interested in learning to scuba dive and had absolutely no idea where to start. Melissa found us a fantastic hotel with lessons very close and brought a dream vacation to life. Not only did she work to find the best accommodations, she maximized our time there by finding the best rates and organizing the flights just right for a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. My husband and I just got back from a fabulous 10 day trip through the Canadian Rockies via train on the Rocky Mountaineer and by motor coach. The whole trip was well organized thanks to our travel agent, Melissa Meredith Fail. She organized all of our transfers to and from the airports, hotels in each town and all the extra excursions in each area. Everything was taken care of. Where to start.... Melissa Fail handled us (mostly me) & all of our questions with respect & patience. This was our 1st cruise & 1st real travel vacation since our honeymoon 14 yrs ago. We wanted to bring in my 50th birthday the right way. :) We booked our cruise through RLX Travel Group a year in advance pretty much.. throughout the year, whenever we had a question or concern about what we needed to do packing wise, passports, ports, gratuities, anything & everything you can think of we would email Melissa (or text) and she would answer our questions and not get frustrated with us asking so many questions. (I think I would have gotten a lil frustrated with this over a year, lol) but she was very friendly every time, was very excited to help us plan our 1st cruise & kept us excited throughout the planning process. She seriously did everything for us, all the planning. We told her our price range at the time, and she went from there. Later in the year I decided I wanted to upgrade our room & she handled that with excitement as well. There's so much more I can say but all that's really important is that she did all the work for us, did the bookings, printed off all our documents & made sure that we received everything in plenty of time. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable when it comes to cruises especially! We will definitely be cruising again & will only go through her. She kept my motivation strong as I saved for my dream trip, and when it came time to book, completely took care of everything. She was patient with my never ending questions regarding international travel, checked in with me during my trip to make sure all was well, and took all the things important to me and made them a reality! Thank You to RLX Travel Group for making my dreams of traveling out of the country for the first time come true. On April 14th my best friend and I left to go on a 7 day trip to Italy. Our trip started in Rome where we got to see the Vatican, Coliseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain etc... in 2days. On day 3 & 4 we went by First class on a Train to Florence we we got to learn more about Michelangelo and see The Statue of David and where he was buried. On our last two days we again traveled First Class on a train to Venice. OMG Venice is gorgeous!!! We got to experience high tide, see Murano Glass and experienced the Doges palace and of course ended our trip with a Gondola ride and a wonderful view of the famous red roof tops. I could go on and on about this amazing Trip but I would just suggest that you go and experience it yourself!!!

Within a week after contacting Melissa Fail, she had put together a quote for me and my husband for our cruise to Alaska that we thought was very reasonable compared to others we had looked at. We contacted her in May and she had us on the Star Princess cruise ship with a balcony the following August! She listened to our requests and expertly planned our trip - booking our cruise and flights, pre-arranging all of our ground transportation, booking our hotel, and taking care of purchasing travel insurance for us. She quickly answered all our emails even after the trip had been booked and paid for. Prior to leaving on our cruise, she sent us a package containing all of our travel documents (plane tickets, ship boarding passes, transportation tickets, hotel confirmation, cruise itinerary, etc.) and a few extra helpful things like maps, luggage tags, and a pouch to hold our travel documents. Our travel documents had her hand-written notes/tips as she took care to make sure we were informed of everything we needed to know. Our trip was smooth and wonderful thanks to Melissa’s special expert planning. She even had me to email copies of our passports to her ahead of time to make boarding the ship faster. That came in handy as I ended up using that emailed copy of my passport to purchase a fishing license on an excursion in Alaska. We recommend Melissa Fail and RLX Travel Group, LLC and will definitely contact Melissa in the future for our travel needs.

Melissa at RLX Travel Group was amazing to work with. My husband and I decided to use a travel agent to book and plan our honeymoon so we didn't have to worry about a thing. After doing some research on the best travel agents we stumbled upon Melissa. After our first phone call with Melissa we both knew that we had to use her. She was so personable and wanted to make sure she really booked a trip that highlighted everything we wanted to do and she did just that. She put a lot of time and thought into different locations that offered everything we wanted. She arranged different tours for us to take and aligned everything up so that all we had to do was show up. While on our honeymoon our original tour got cancelled the night before we were supposed to go and Melissa called us right away and worked very hard finding a different tour for us to go on. She really stepped above and beyond making sure we were still able to go somewhere rather than just saying that she was sorry we weren't able to go like other travel agents would have. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and RLX Travel Group. We have referred her to our friends and will continue to use her in the future!

Melissa met or exceeded all of our expectations in the planning and scheduling of our Western Caribbean cruise in May. She was certainly professional in all of our dealings with her and we appreciated her level of experience that she shared with us. In our first meeting with her she spent more than three hours at our home making sure she knew exactly what we wanted since this was our first cruise. One thing we particularly liked was the timeline she prepared for our group of 14. It was extremely helpful in keeping all of us on track to meet deadlines for the trip.
