Every year my family and I take a trip to get together in a new part of the world and celebrate my boyfriends birthday and mothers day. Design Travel has consistently gone above and beyond setting up wonderful vacations with a mix of culture, relaxation, and adventure. The excursions are set up before and we are equipped for seamless travel with vouchers for every detail from transportation to and from the airport to dinner reservations, making the vacation itself an actual vacation and a stress-free experience. The people at Design Travel are extremely knowledgeable on the must-sees from the places we have visited which include: Costa Rica, Mexico, London, Scotland, Bahamas, St Martin and Anguilla. I can't wait to continue to see with world with Design Travel!

Im not one to EVER leave a negative review for a place after working in a customer service industry but feel after my awful experience I feel it’s needed... Dissatisfied & Deceiving is the two words I would use to describe this company. After paying a large sum for a honeymoon we arrived at the first hotel to find out we still owed $400+...needless to say I was very surprised. I contacted someone at their company and after a couple hours they returned the call to my fiancé and were immediately defensive about the situation which leads me to think they knew what the call was going to be about. Their employee first refused to talk to me because I wasn’t the one they emailed, yet I was the one that paid for anything and Then I was told to deal with it. The customer service was absolutely terrible on their end as well as I get on my honeymoon and everything is in my fiancé’s name which meant the car rental in Hawaii had to be redone since it was my debit card they had on file, as well as the fact I was called the wrong last name the entire trip...did I mention on my honeymoon? If you love surprise fees and charges this is the place for you!
