This was one of the best experiences me and my family have had. Matt is a WONDERFUL teacher and a great tour guide!! I was concerned about how successful this would be with myself and husband who were VERY unsteady on the segways. Our two teenagers had no problems (go figure). But Matt was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. With Matt's instruction we (my husband and me) rode those segways in a few minutes just as smooth as our teenagers. The tour was full of interesting facts and a lot of great sights. My family has been talking about this and how much fun it was NONSTOP. We would definitely do this again with Matt. Thank you for making our family time even better!! Matt even took pictures.

This is by far the best way to see Little Rock. Segways may look difficult at first, but within a few minutes you will be riding around like a pro. Easier than a bicycle. Nez, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will meet. He gave my wife and I a free lesson and was adamant about only charging us for an hour even though we rode for closer to two hours. You will not find better customer service. Be adventurous. Try something new. And have fun! Visited March 2014

I highly recommend 404 Tour Co. to anyone visiting Little Rock or just looking for something different to do. I went with a group of friends and we had a blast. Matt, the owner, is very patient in getting you started on your Segway and gives you time to practice. It was so much fun and I intend to go again with friends from out of town or local friends who would like to ride through the Rivermarket area on a Segway. DO IT!!
