Dominique was absolutely amazing! We told her what we would like to experience at our all-inclusive resort, and she found a resort that delivered exactly what we wanted. We had a wonderful experience with Bliss Travel, Dominique Barba being our travel agent. My husband and I traveled to Italy and cruised to the Greek Islands for 3 weeks early June 2018, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, without any issues. Dominique ensured with great accuracy all our travel plans including flights, transfers, excursions with tour guides. Dominique provided exceptional customer service, staying in close communication with us throughout the entire planning process, up to the day of our departure. Dominique made suggestions to even enhance our anniversary celebration further, ie. upgrading to mini suite on cruise for a minimal increase in price. My husband and I had an unforgettable time in Europe, and will definitely use Dominique and Bliss Travel in our future, hoping near future!

I usually book all my travel plans through a popular online site and have felt like I was getting pretty good deals and finding nice accommodations, So I was reluctant to go through an agency as I felt I was pretty smart and beating the system. But after doing some online research and finding "Bliss" was a highly rated agency, I took the chance to let her book our Cancun vacation. I'm so glad I did! Dominique did all the work and found a perfect location based on our personal desires and financial situation. I would never have found such a perfect, beautiful location, and she even saved us money on the package based on what I'd found online! She saved us countless hours of doing online searches and scouring reviews. She made valuable recommendations, including the all-inclusive resorts, which I'd never been to, but absolutely loved. She gave us great recommendations and responded to all questions quickly. Dominique not only saved us money on our cruise, but when hurricane Matthew hit just days before our scheduled departure, she was checking in with us regularly, even though she was out of the country herself. Trust me - Bliss is THE way to go!!! (Experienced traveler). I seriously recommend Bliss to ever friend, colleague and relative that is thinking about a vacation. First, let me tell you that I have used Bliss Travel Service for two big out of the country trips - Dominican Republic & Jamaica. Both times, I told Dominique the budgets I was working within, and she made it happen. I used to book corporate travel as part of my job, so I feel I am a pro at finding the best deal. Well both times, Dominique had better deals and I looked EVERYWHERE. Not only that, but her communication is amazing as I had questions and changes both trips, and she never took more than an hour to get back to me. Lastly, she went above and beyond especially on my last vacation as it was a special occasion and really made it even more special by a nice surprise. I am telling you, from start to finish, save yourself some time and book through Bliss Travel Service. You will not find a better deal, a more buttoned up itinerary, and always available for any communication/ questions. I cannot wait to book another trip with Bliss/ Dominique!

Buyer beware. I had one of the worst experiences booking a special family celebration with this company. I recommend doing the leg work yourself so you can save time, money and frustration. The owner was not helpful when things at hotel in Dominican Republic went wrong and even said things were out of her control. In my opinion we had an agreement once money exchanged hands and the lack of professionalism and ownership of the situation completely blew me away. I tried to resolve the issue on my own but because this agent booked my travel, American Airlines vacation would not even discuss my reservation with me and the hotel was helpless too. There has not been complete resolution and I don't expect there to be any follow up. Very, very disappointed.

The daunting experience of trying to arrange and split travel between various resorts and organize a wedding scope trip led us to look to Bliss Travel, and we were more than impressed. Professional, yet personable, expeditious and a true passion for her work, Dominique took so much stress out of planning our trip, as well as saving us over $1400 had we booked ourselves. She even answered our emails and cry for help when a separate hotel we booked on our own botched our booking. Standing in a jungle village in Mexico and she answered us quicker from the States than the actual hotel manager there. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely be using her service in the future, especially for the wedding party. Thank you immensely Dominique!
