Recently was in contact with Teri at Awaken Travels for a veteran's reunion trip that a group of old friends had planned on taking. Teri went above and beyond at every step of the way to make sure that all our questions were answered, that she made herself available to talk us through with detailed explanations, and to make sure our trip was a success long before the start of our trip and until we all had boots back on home ground. Start to finish, Teri was diligent and incredibly helpful, especially since we were dealing with potential travel changes and cancellations due to inclement weather. Highly recommended, and my definite go-to for future travel arrangements. Keep up the great work, Teri & Awaken Travels!

We had the pleasure of working with Cindi from Awaken Travels on our recent Bora Bora adventure. Cindi was incredible. From start to finish her dedication to her job is obvious. She was very helpful in the planning of our trip from the flights, transfers, to the exact bungalow we wanted to stay in. She really took care of everything for us. She was also very patient with us as we toyed with the idea of certain excursions. We took our family of four to Bora Bora for a week and couldn't always agree on which excursions to do. Cindi was patient, kind, and very helpful knowing everything there was to do in Bora Bora and what may and may not work for us. Cindi was also instrumental in booking our wonderful spa day and also assuring that our kids would be able to enjoy the spa as well. We really didn't have to worry about a thing knowing Cindi had taken care of everything for us. She is also incredibly prompt with her correspondence. No question went unanswered and being new to traveling out of the country myself no question was ever unimportant. Even when we were in Bora Bora and Cindi was on her own European vacation at the same time she made it very clear she was always only a phone call away. We highly recommend Awaken Travels for your next adventure. Cindi made the whole process fun, enjoyable, and stress free.

At the last minute, two weeks notice, I decided to take my son to NYC to celebrate his high school graduation. I wanted to take my wife on a bucket list trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. She has always wanted to go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. Cindi was great to work with. She planned our 10 year anniversary trip to St Lucia. We priced it out prior to contacting agents and not only did she beat our best price, she was very thorough and thoughtful. We stayed at Jade Mnt for a few nights and Cindi wrote a personal letter to the GM of the hotel explaining our trip and requesting them to "take care" of us. When we arrived we learned that we were upgraded to one of their expansive pool suites, basically a $1000 upgrade. Cindi did an amazing job getting us the best places for our honeymoon in Japan. She worked with us to find a great place in our price range with the perfect local. She called to verify our reservation with the hotel and got us a nice upgrade for our stay. We ended up on the special Artist floor at the Park Hotel Tokyo that had a view of the Tokyo tower and you could even see Fuji on a clear day. After spending over a week trying to find a workable combination of airfare, hotel, car and Disney Land tickets I finally cried uncle and set out to find a travel agent.
