Two years ago our daughter asked if we could go to Ireland as our graduation gift to her. I immediately started saving and planning. We have always wanted to visit Ireland since our family has Irish heritage. Our trip started out a nightmare due to flight cancellations, but Lisa and Ann went above and beyond to get us back on track. They made sure we had flights to Ireland. They also made sure a private driver was there to greet us and drive us to the destination of where our tour group was waiting. They contacted our tour guide and gave him our info and when and where we would be joining the group. I have booked my trips with Sadies in the past and will continue to in the future.

Me and my husband forgot our laptops in EWR TSA in July, 2019. We visited Sadie's Agency for helping us to efficiently travel to EWR to picked them up. Both ladies who work here convinced us to not to travel but ask UPS store for overnight shipping laptops. And it worked, we got our laptops. Thank you guys!
