We had a great time with captain Ron! Six of us went out for a morning trip! We were catching fish left and right!! Caught some great snapper which he filleted and we were able to cook later that night!! Captain Ron was very nice and extremely helpful! The boat was a nice size and with six of us really didn't feel cramped. He had plenty of coolers for fish and drinks! He even supplied ice for the drinks!! I would highly recommend Captin Ron to anyone looking for a private fishing trip! If we ever go back to fort morgan, we will definitely book with captain Ron again!! Thanks Ron!!!

Me and my 3 sons had a great time on our fishing charter with Captain Black. It was all business from start to finish. Limited on Red Snapper in about 30 minutes of fishing. We will be fishing with Real Attraction Charters again in 2018 !

Ron took my wife and I out on Wed 6-22-16 in the afternoon I caught 2 king mackerel and 3 keeper red snapper one about 8 pounds. Wife got sick and had to bring her back to the dock, Ron took me to fish in the bay, no luck. Over all very good trip! The fresh fish tasted Great!

We did an all day trip! Morning trip out was incredible! Put us on some nice bull reds (big redfish) that put up a nice fight! Some of the guys on the boat had never been saltwater fishing and Captain Ron did an amazing job explaining all the different fish species and telling everyone about the gulf! We went back out on a afternoon trip to deep drop on some snapper and once again captain paid off! We pulled some slobs of snapper off a reef! I highly recommend using Captain Ronnie to take you fishing. As a local of the gulf coast he did an amazing job! Thanks Capt!

I have now gone on charters with Captain Black for the past 4 years. He's very personable and knowledgeable and works hard to make sure that everybody has a great time. From communicating about weather conditions ahead of the trip, to cleaning the catch at the end of the trip, Captain Black provides a great experience for all.

We had no trouble booking our outing with Capt. Ronnie initially. However, on 5/29/2017, the day that we were supposed to go out, there were storms off the coast and we could not. OK, we understand. Capt. Ronnie said he would call around to a couple of his Captain buddies to see if someone could take us out on the 31st or June 1st, he never called us. We had to call him...then he acted like he never heard of us. Since our trip was cancelled due to weather we have not been able to get in touch with Capt. Ronnie for a refund of our deposit. We are very disappointed in Reel Attractions.

Reel Attraction Charters & Captain Ronnie Black Excellent experience with superb customer service! If you’re going deep sea fishing in or around Ft. Morgan, AL and want to have a great experience and get your money’s worth, this is your charter! Our experience was worth this extended review. Prior to this week, I had been deep sea fishing only once and that was on a “party boat” of sorts. It was an overall bad experience being on a boat with 30 or more people, lines all tangled up, people getting sea sick, etc. My wife and I had a totally opposite experience with Captain Black. As a matter of fact, we booked and fished three separate charters with three separate companies during our week at the beach. While each experience was pleasurable, for the most part (come on – it’s fishing!), our charter with Reel Attractions was by far THE BEST overall charter experience. The customer service was second to none. From our initial phone call to discuss and schedule the charter, to the phone calls in the days and hours before the charter to discuss weather (Hurricane Nate), Captain Black was prompt, courteous, and patient with all our questions. He was at the dock waiting for us when we arrived (early). The boat was a perfect size with all the necessary amenities. He took time to explain everything to us. We didn’t want for anything. Captain Black was very attentive to our every need, he is very, very personable, he made every effort to make sure we were catching a variety of fish (and we did), he operated safely, and he did a great job cleaning our fish. Captain Black is a consummate professional and my wife and I highly recommend him and Reel Attraction charters. On a side note, you don’t have to just take my word for it. Not only was our experience with him a stand out of the three experiences we had this week, but it was later validated when we took our haul to a local restaurant who will cook your catch for you. The restaurant staff was asking us about our experience and complimenting the variety of fish we had. Without us even saying his name, the waitress asked, “who did you go fishing with, Captain Ronnie Black?” You might have chosen a reputable charter when the locals attribute a successful catch to certain charters!

Our family highly recommends Reel Attraction charters!!!! The captain was patient, fun, and personable. All 6 of us, both kids and adults had a blast! Captain didn't want to waist our time in spots that weren't hitting, and kept us all smiling the entire time!!! Would most definitely choose Reel Attractions again!
