We rented this condo in February, it was a group ladies on a weekend getaway from the daily grind of being mothers and wives. The overall experience there was absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely be renting with them again. They were very helpful with the overall planning of my ladies weekend getaway. I feel as though Noell and the others went above and beyond their professional duties to assist us with our planning process. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. The folks at Laura's Vacation Rentals are great. They are all very helpful and everything they promised was right on. Our place at 26400 Marina Drive in Orange Beach was good. Not the best house I've stayed in but exactly as advertised. Will rent with them again.

Family of 4 stayed here over Springbreak 2016. We loved the condo. Easy access to shopping and all our needs. Couldn't have asked for a better view from unit 4311. Loved the complex it was very clean and well kept. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Could not have asked for a easier company to deal with. Everything was just as they had told me. Very happy and can not wait for our next trip to Orange beach. Will always use Laura's vacation rentals for our beach needs. They were awesome to work with.

I along with a colleague located an ad on vrbo that was placed there by Laura's that advertised Wind Drift Condos Unit 304S(E) for $107.00 per night. We completed the rental inquiry on the webpage and received an email from Laura's that it was actually $130.00 per night, not the $107.00 as advertised. Minyan (unsure of spelling) at Laura's said she did not know why the unit was listed for $107.00 but that the rental was $130.00. She persuaded us to cancel the reservation vrbo and book through her directly to save the fee that vrbo charges. We did as Minyan requested and cancelled my booking with vrbo and booked with her directly at $130.00 per night. This appears to be a bait and switch scheme. At check-in, we opened the door and noticed a smell similar to cigarette smoke and pet urine combined with mold. The unit was also 80 degrees and the HVAC was not cooling. We looked around and noticed most of the air vents contained black mold. One or more of the walls in the unit had black mold growing on the wall. We called Minyan and explained the issue and that we could not stay in a unit with an active mold problem. There would be no way for Laura's to obtain a mold eradication professional to deal with the mold growing in the air conditioning and on the walls for this rental period. Minyan informed the unit report did not note any issues and that we would not be issued a refund. We asked to speak to someone higher in authority, she said there was no one else, that she was the manager. She said that she would send someone with bleach to wipe up the mold. Being trial lawyers and aware of the seriousness of mold and the protocols required to deal with mold, we knew that bleach would not kill the mold; but rather, would spread the mold. We explained to Minyan that bleach was not the answer and that it would do more harm. We told Minyan that a biocide would be required to remove the growth and inhibit the continual emission of spores. We again requested to speak to someone above Minyan regarding an immediate refund on the room. Minyan indicated that she would call someone and call back. After getting off the phone with Minyan, we noticed that two of the lamp shades in the main bedroom were completely spotted with black mold. We called Minyan back and left a message informing that we found further mold on the lamp shades and that we were leaving the condo for the sake of our health. While we were informing the onsite property security about the matter, Minyan called back and informed that a refund would not issue under any circumstances. After securing other lodging, we returned to the property to inquire which management company managed the complex. We spoke with the onsite security guard, with whom we had initially reported the problem to prior to leaving the property. The guard informed that a maintenance man from Laura's showed up after we had left the property and inspected the unit. The guard stated that after the maintenance man came back down from the unit, the maintenance man told the guard that there was, in fact, mold present in the vents and on the walls and that someone would need to remove and replace the vents and take other corrective measures to remove the mold. The guard also informed that there was a massive water leak several weeks earlier in a unit directly above this unit and which flooded several units below, including the unit that Laura's rented to me. In addition to the mold issue, the unit was in deplorable condition. The carpet was stained and worn, the closet door was not on track, the ceiling fan was rusted, and the paint was coming off of the baseboards. The smell in addition to the mold was unbearable. Not only is this particular unit in horrible shape and one to avoid, Laura's Vacation Rentals needs to be shut down. I have never encountered a real property rental company rent a unit with active mold and refuse to give a refund when notified at check-in. The law has a remedy. Laura's response is deceptive. The condo was rented for two people and they know I was one of the two.

We stayed at the WindDrift oceanfront condo and had the best vacation. The atmosphere is so relaxing, condo is very spacious and clean, and the view is unbelievable! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely book this condo thru Laura's again. Absolutely the best!!

We have had the pleasure of calling Cotton Bayou Retreat our "winter home" for the past three years. It's difficult to find accommodations that are pet friendly and we were so fortunate to rent this duplex during the months of January, February and March for the past three winters. The duplex is located in a quiet residential area, convenient to the beach, shopping, and walking trails. The duplex is clean and well maintained, with all the necessities to make you stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Laura's Vacation Rentals.

The Condo was is "excellent condition" and the service at Phoenix West was also Great.I do feel that the phone etiquette and tone, helpfulness at "Laura Vacation Rental" could be improved. The tone was very dry and not inviting. The condo at Phoenix West was again Great and will be back.

Renting through Laura's was a breeze. The condo was clean and the pool was very nice. We loved the condo and will be staying there again. Would like an earlier check-in time, but it was Hangout Fest weekend. The staff was nice.

WALKER KEY F9 CONDO...HORRIBLE!!! DRYER,MICROWAVE AND FIRE ALARM ALL BROKE DOWN DURING MY STAY.COUCH IN LIVING ROOM HAD TO BE STEAM CLEANED DUETO IT HAVING HORRIBLE STAINS ALL OVER IT.WAS FIXED QUICKLY BUT THE MANAGEMENT GROUP HAD AN ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE ABOUT IT,ZERO APOLOGIES! LIKE WHO CARES.POOL CLEANING LADY WAS RUDE.THIS CONDO IS FAR FROM QUIET,LOUD PARTIES EVERY WEEKEND IN THE COMPLEX,WALLS PAPER THIN SO IT IS LOUD WHEN THE TENANT UPSTAIRS WALKS AROUND. ALSO,ZERO MAIL DELIVERY AVAILABLE HERE!!!!!! WHAT THE??? STAYED FOR A MONTH AND HATED EVERY DAY I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE POSTING ON YOUTUBE ALL THE FAILURES I HAD IN THIS WALKER KEY F9 DEBACLE!!!!

Our family stayed at Cotton Bayou Condominiums in July 2015 for four days and three nights. It was a great experience! Laura's vacation rentals sent us the information we needed online right away and when I had any questions, they answered me immediately. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. We wanted to do a family weekend (two parents, two children with family and a nephew and his wife). We flew in and the rest of the family drove down to have three days together at the beach. We found Laura rentals on line and had high hopes they would be better than others we had used and only known through the web. We were NOT disappointed! They kept in regular contact with us before our trip, the condo was AMAZING and we enjoyed the time together even more than we had hoped. Travel and Football

Last month we stayed at Perdido Pass Haven in Orange Beach! Though it was not bathing suit weather in February, we still put out crab traps and fished off the pier. We caught catfish, which was fun (of course we threw them back!) We caught 5 crabs, which is rare in the winter! The place was so convenient. We walked to Fisher's to eat one night...downstairs is casual. We walked to Tacky Jacks one night too. Our dog loved swimming in the water right there as well. The views were amazing! This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property! We will definitely be back!

I have rented multiple times from this rental company. Super easy process. I love how you dont have to drive to an office to get the key to the rental. The keys are usually in a lock box which makes super convenient. I have rented condos and houses in which have been pleased with both. I definitely recommend renting from this company. My family and friends do frequently.

We absolutely LOVED out stay at Perdido Pass Haven on the bay. Upon arriving we immediately felt the cozy charm of the house. The view from the balcony was mesmerizingly beautiful and I think the part of the house name "haven" is derived from "home of the many pelicans" that kept us entertained all week on Gilcrest Island right off the pier. We enjoyed jet skiing, fishing, docking to swim on the sandy island and of course the many shopping/dining of the area has to offer. We have already booked our next stay.
