We have stayed in there properties many times and every time has been better than we could have wanted. The condos are always clean and our booking agent we dealt with was very helpful and responsive to our needs. My family will definitely use them when we go to Orange Beach Alabama (OBA). Thanks to Gulf Coast Beach Getaways for a great vacation. Oh and the wine they left for us at check in was great!!!! I recommend them.

My first time at Orange Beach. I am from Florida so I have some beach experience. Check in at Phoenix 7 was so easy they had these grocery carts and hotel style bag carriers in the foyer to use to unload. With 5 kids I had a couple!! First off the condo was spotless. We just walked our bags up the room and punched in our code. Okay I am now biased staying with a family is so much easier in a condo with 3 rooms and 4 TVs. Crisis averted when they wanted to watch different programs. I don’t think I can ever go back to a hotel after having this much space! Of course most of the time was spent in 3 places, the beach, the pool and the indoor pool. My unit had a couple of boogie boards and beach chair so that made things easier. Also there was a sand bucket trunk area near the $3.75 24 hour ice cooler. Two things I will do differently next time is 1) pack an umbrella, mama will last longer and wilt less 2) re-apply sunscreen more often. We ate at the Gulf one afternoon and at Lambert’s the second day. There are 2 grocery stores nearby Publix and Walmart Neighborhood. The kids really just wanted to stay at the beach most of the time. However if I go with girlfriends who like seafood next time I will go to Cobalts and the Sunset Grille. Anyways we had fun. The beds were so comfortable. Watching the morning sunrise was awesome and sunsets too. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!!! Orange Beach is relaxed and great for families and couples. I can see why people move here permanently!!!

We recently vacationed to the Gulf Coast and stayed at Phoenix V 101. The condo was extremely clean, up to date and accommodating. Our daughter loved the splash pad and our teenagers love the hot tubs, tennis courts and fitness room. We will definitely be vacationing with Beach Getaways again in the near future.

We stayed at Phoenix West II Unit 2806 this past weekend. We were so extremely disappointed in how dirty and nasty the place was. It looked as though the sheets might have been changed. I am not sure how clean the towels were. One thing we know for sure, the floors had not been touched. The carpet had not been vacuumed but it needs to be cleaned. The kitchen floor was filthy. The microwave and refrigerator had stuff all over them. So we used plastic everything. When you pay the kind of money, approximately $850.00 a day, one would think you would get more than that.

So so disappointed with this company. Our condo was absolutely disgusting. Mold all over. Covering the shower curtain and all vents. Cables to the tv were broken. Many kitchen items broken. We called the company on Friday and did not hear from them until check out on Monday. Their solution was "we're sorry, it will be better next time." I would not recommend this company to anyone.

** Update! I got a call from the manager at Beach Getaways, and Emma worked with me. She relisted the property and get this... it was rebooked within 36 hours and I got all but a $49 booking fee back! WOW! So, while original call was not handled well, management does care. Ask for Emma. I would work with this company again! *** My husband got an injury and has to have neck surgery in Missouri. I called the day we found out (more than three weeks before our reservation) to reason with this company and see if they would work with us to get some of our $2600 back. Don't expect this company to care. I got a curt "our policy is 30 days.".I said I realized this, but hoped they would work with me since it was surgery and more than 3 weeks out. I understand a cancellation/rebooking fee. They didn't even TRY to rebook. What crappy customer service. I am so disappointed. We never expected this injury and was hoping they would work with us do to an emergency. Go with another agency. The property is amazing, but these people don't care so use another rental company. And if anybody wants a 4 day condo rental....

Condo was wonderful. Beautiful views from balcony. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with pretty much all appliances and cooking needs. Great location to restaurants, grocery and other shopping. Definitely recommend this unit and My Beach Getaways.

We had a great time in Phoenix 6! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff at Beach Getaways was amazing and helped us find great places to eat and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Beach Getaways for your next Orange Beach vacation!

The condo we stayed in was Phoenix VI - 1109. Just there in October, condo was clean, bright and well stocked. The office staff could not have been more accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Please do not waste your money here! We arrived after a long drive to a condo that was not clean. The floors were terribly dirty. Hairs and hairballs all throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms, sticky spots on the floor in the kitchen. Bath mats had what appeared to be pizza sauce, stains, and hairs all over them. Crusty utensils in the drawers (which the company blamed on the prior guests, informing me it was the previous guests responsibilty to clean dishes and that the cleaner/inspector didnt have time to check everything.) There were pistachios, candy, and popcorn on the floor in the living area. This was very concerning considering we had a toddler with us. We were told the condo had been cleaned AND inspected, which is what is so disappointing! Their excuse was, " I'm sorry ma'am, we are only human." We were told that someone would try to come finish cleaning within the next half an hour or so, but they had multiple properties to turn over and didnt know where the cleaning team was. (We called multiple times as soon as we checked in at 3) Nothing was done until 7 oclock that evening when a very nice lady finally arrived while we were eating dinner to clean. By that time we had already vaccuumed and cleaned the condo ourselves as we had small children that we did not want crawling all over the dirty floors. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The managers were apologetic, but quite rude about the situation, placing blame on others instead of accepting responsibilty. No one ever called back to make sure the issue was resolved, even in the next few days. They also did not respond to the emails I sent with photos of the mess. (I sent them thru emails i they had sent so Im fairly certain they got them.) I was incredibly disappointed in the company after spending almost 600 a day after all fees (including a cleaning fee.) It is their responsibilty as property managers to ensure a clean condo and good customer service. Apparantly, after reading reviews, this has happened before. We did make the most of our vacation and will certainly come back to Orange Beach, just NOT with beach getaways!

I love this company and love this beach! I literally don't vacation anywhere else! My kids are always asking me when we are going back to the beach and love the condo's we stay in. Wonderful beach access and located with fantastic access to shopping and restaurants! How can I give them 6 stars?

Stayed in Phoenix 5 unit 101 and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Great weekend getaway.

We stayed at the Phoenix West II and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. Booking our stay through My Beach Getaways was super easy and painless. The staff on site were super friendly and equally helpful. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. It’s like a home away from home! Orange Beach seems to have everything you would want without the all the traffic and people. Orange Beach is our new vacation destination and My Beach Getaways will get us there without all the headache.

Had a great family vacation staying in Phoenix V Unit 804! The booking was easy. The unit was affordable and right on the beach. Clean and updated space too. There was an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a splash pad for the kids. They loved it! I would recommend this company and specific unit anyday!

I stayed at the Phoenix West 2 and it was glorious!! The room and view were breathtaking! They also have a relaxing lazy river. (Those are hard to come by btw) Can't wait for our next stay!!

The room was nice and the view was beautiful. But when we left they charged an extra 300 doll to are card because they said we destroyed the room. There was a mini blind down we know for a fact it was up when we left. We piled all cover and sheets in a pile for house keeping. They said we ruined the blankets. So when my sister called to talk to him he got really ugly with her and even told her ,, ma'am there was more damange done to the room and I still have your card number. He threatened her to take out more money . Yes the room and view are beautiful, but watch out for the people who take your card information. We were also told we were the first people to stay in that room, it was just remodeled. There was ice cream in the freezer and 2 different people's wifi still connected. The dryer didn't work so when we washed towels we had to hang them out on the chairs .
