The staff was great. We needed an ambulance the second night we were here and security officer Mike was very helpful and concerned. He kept checking on our family member through out the week and asking of we needed anything. Maintenance had to change commode seat and replace bulbs. He was very courteous and apologized for any inconvenience.

Nice folks to work with. Maintenance is taken care of within a day or two. Condo was clean with updated furniture and all the kitchenware needed for our stay. The Meyer website gives you any instant price and is easy to navigate. We booked for next March soon after arriving. Will definitely continue to book with them.

The property we stayed at 203 seabreeze wasn't clean it smelled like mold and mildew and very dusty I will not stay at this property again. We we're so ready to go couldn't sleep beds was extremely hard but the staff was awesome and they tried to move us but they didn't have any properties in gulf shores

We rented 116 at Lighthouse Resorts the weekend before Hurricane Michael hit. We had a wonderful time and loved everything about our unit and the resort in general. It has a great location near the Gulf St. Park and Pier.

The condo was AMAZING! It was very clean and all the bedrooms were spacious and had tons of room for all of our stuff. Traveling with 3 kids and all their beach gear can get a little overwhelming but we found a space for it all! Loved the hard wood floors throughout the condo. It made it easy for a quick clean up. Will definitely use Meyer Vacation Rentals again!

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores and Sweet Dreams was a great house for our multi family reunion. Pool area needs some TLC but we were there at a busy time and Meyers just purchased the property. We're looking forward to making this an annual event.

We stayed at SOUTHWIND in Gulf Shores the first week of June. I gave 2 stars because the staff is truly amazing. Their customer service is exceptional and they’re very accommodating. The unit, on the other hand, was a complete disappointment. The place was filthy because the cleaners clean 5+ units in 6 hours. The bed spreads and pillows had disgusting stains all over them. But, the worst part was that the master shower leaked onto the island in the kitchen. We had 3 maintenance men and 2 plumbers out, but the problem was never fixed. We were unable to use the master shower. One of the maintenance men admitted it had been an ongoing problem. One of the customer service reps told me the house is booked for the rest of the summer, so I highly doubt it will be fixed at any point and time. It’s unsafe, and I’m sure there is mold growing in the ceiling.

Seaside Beach and Raquet unit 4907 is not a very clean one I would not choose that unit again. Meyer staff were very professional, no problem with them, but cleaning staff is not very good and things need to be fixed up , older unit needs some repairs, but no reason to not be CLEAN!

My parents, who are an elderly couple, ages 91 and 92, made reservations for a 4 night stay at Orange Beach through Meyer rentals. They purchased the travel insurance, in case they needed to cancel their trip for some reason. My dad recently had surgery for colon cancer, and they wanted to make sure they would be reimbursed for their rental fee if need be. They ended up having to cancel their vacation due to the inclement weather forecast, Hurricane Barry. It was not safe for them to drive from Tupelo, MS, to Orange Beach, Alabama during flash flood watches and warnings. My mother called to cancel the trip, and the woman she spoke to was rude to her. She said, "Is there a road block?" My mother told her no but that there were severe weather warnings and that they didn't want to drive to Orange Beach in inclement weather. The woman told her that she would just lose all of her money, since they weren't coming. My parents have lost $1700.00, unless Meyer honors their insurance policy. The especially bad part about this is that they had travelled to Orange Beach a few years ago for a vacation and the area was evacuated due to a hurricane warning as soon as they checked in to their condo. They lost their entire vacation rental fee then, also. They made sure that they purchased the insurance for their trip this time. I will change my review if Meyer's insurance refunds their entire rental fee.

We arrived 1-1-19. Excellent check in experience. Our unit was up for sale. Many kitchen items were needed. Unknown if because it was for sale but not an issue as the staff took care of everything. We called for a couple days as items in the kitchen were needed. Our phone calls were answered professionally and courtious. Staff delivered what was needed. We are here until the end of March and seriously thinking of checking about coming back to the area next year. Many thanks to all the staff, especially Melissa. Customer service A+

The resort is nice and the beach/water were great, but in two visits they bat Zero for having the condo prepared or even half way clean at check-in time of 4PM.

We rented Fort Morgan Townhome S7 last year from Meyer. The location was superb. The townhome needed a lot of TLC. Stained furniture, torn & missing blinds. None of the TV's worked the entire week. Kitchen stove and surrounding counter tops covered in grease. The guest before us had filled to dishwasher with soap and left dirty dished so when we turned in on the entire kitchen was filled with suds, I am sure this was done out of spite for the lack of Meyer not fixing things. Meyer did offer us a $150.00 refund but we never got it. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

Had such a great experience with Meyer, the website is user friendly and provides the full price of the stay up front so you aren't wasting time clicking on something that looks affordable then get to the "real" price later. We received a text hours before check in time letting us know the property was ready for us which was much appreciated!!! Well my sister and I are currently on vacation. We are staying at the surf watch property. We payed pretty good money to stay here. As soon as I pulled in I seen a ac technician they were working on the ac. That was fine not a problem walked in there was insulation all over the floor, the property was not very clean at all. Outside both of our trashcans were already completely full we literally have no where to throw away trash. I contacted Meyer reality as soon as I got here the woman I spoke to said someone would be out that night no one came. Now here it is Monday my self and my sister has called and email only to not get any response back. So here we are very disappointed in our stay so far, oh the WiFi does not work either. We literally just got here yesterday and are very much regretting booking here. Follow up to this review. The woman I spoke with directly on the phone was very nice. They did send someone out Monday but they were unable to fix air conditioning or the internet. The guy said someone would be back out in a couple of hours. No one showed finally today an ac technician showed up. Internet is still not fixed and now tv in the bed room is not working. I emailed the property management again but have yet to hear back. So far we are on day 3 of our vacation and have had to spend more time trying to get things fixed than we have actually vacationing and relaxing.

Awesome place to rent a condo from. Very helpful and friendly. Tons of places to choose from. There are even properties you can rent if you aren't 25 yet. I will definitely be using them again! Check in was super easy and so was checking out. The rental office is open 24 hours which is really helpful. I personally came for Hangout Fest, which I go to every year. This was my first time using Meyer and I am going to use them when I go back next year!! I loved how many properties you can book that were a short walk to the fest. We could see the back of the stage from our balcony and could even hear bands warming up in the morning. My only complaint is that the condo we stayed at was a little dated and a few things didn't work quite right. Other than that everything was fantastic. Thanks for the best trip to Gulf Shores yet! See you next year

I am really disappointed that as I arrived to my unit with my family the unit was not cleaned. I understand housekeeping may be understaffed and Meyer does not guarantee a clean unit upon check in, but I was appalled. Especially since check in is so late, 4pm. Your housekeeper was really nice, but clearly drained and tired. She worked quickly, so I do not fault her. The sheets were soiled and some beds had sand in them. I have never rented with you all before and I do not plan on doing so in the future. The rep was kind of casual about the unit still being uncleaned - stating that it is in the rental agreement that it might be uncleaned. I have never paid for a unit or hotel room and it was not cleaned (even if hastily cleaned). We awkwardly had to sit around waiting to bring in our bags and groceries as this poor woman was rushing to clean the unit. I am not even sure if the unit was sanitized? A little lysol goes a long way. This is a terrible way to operate a vacation rental agency.

My husband and I enjoy taking our dogs on vacation with us whenever possible. Because of Meyer's dog-friendly houses, we were able to introduce our dogs to the beach and they LOVED it! The house was in Ft. Morgan offering more isolation with less population which was perfect. We were very pleased with our gulf-front house and its huge deck allowing us to do some serious grilling. It's a MUST for me to have my bedroom facing the ocean so I can hear the waves but this house had TWO bedrooms facing the ocean, which our guests enjoyed. We only stayed a few days but it was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had.

This is our 1st trip to Orange beach and I was quite impressed with Meyer Realty with all of my interactions on the phone. Coming from Pennsylvania, we had no information except what was listed online. We reserved a unit at Summer House A and although the beaches are pristine, our unit was far from being acceptable. The cleaning was so minimal, we needed to do it ourselves. Smeared mirrors, grime in the refrigerator, dust bunnies floating visibly under the corner of the bed, the sofa does not look like it has been pulled out in 3 years, dirty stained furniture, grime build-up in bath tub and sheets and all bed coverings that needed to be laundered before we could have ever slept in them. Closet doors off track, but were fixed when we called, and a housekeeper was also offered, but we had already done what we could. In talking to others, Meyer has a quick crew come in to keep the flow for turnover. No vested interest in what should seem more sanitary for the next guest. Our pillowcase had visible blood, a clear indicator of shabby work. Also, if there are visible stains in a blanket that don't launder out, buy a $20 blanket to make renters feel clean. Stained furniture in living room is disgusting. Definitely low level rental, but not in the price we paid

Loved this house great setup more than enough rooms for everyone in our group, within walking distance to the beach and the ice cream shack we found. We used the bay more than the ocean due to the algae. We will be back. The only con was the living room furniture needs updated, it was pretty hard to sit on.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. I have never had a complaint. I'm staying at the boardwalk condo unit187. We got here on 6/29/19. The unit was nasty. The love seat was broken down. No light bulbs in the lamps. The door keys want hardly work. My wife called and reported it when we got here. I had to call them again to come work on it. Very disappointed

We rented a room at the Gulf House this past week. Our room was very outdated and dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, kitchen was furnished but not really useable. I called to get more towels due to no washer and dryer in the rooms and a lady told me this wasn’t a “hotel” we had to wash what we had. They did eventually bring us more than enough after realizing we would have to pay to wash them but she was rude. We got woken up at 5am every morning by the garbage truck. I do not recommend this condo. Very unhappy with our stay.

This is going to be a long review. Me and my sister planned family vacations together. We are currently staying at the surf watch property. This is how our vacation has went so far. Day 1: pull into the property to see over flowing trash and an air conditioning repair man. Before even opening the door to the property. I asked the man if there was an issue with the air conditioning he replied there was but there is not now. That was a lie it has stayed 85 to 87 degrees in this property. I called the very first day. They said they were going to send someone. No one showed or called til Monday. They sent someone who took the trash finally Monday. Someone for the ac came Tuesday to inform us there is holes in the duct work in the attic and that’s where all the cold air is going. He said he patched it, it did a little better but it’s still currently 83 it is Thursday. The internet has not worked since we got here then Tuesday the bedroom tv quit working. They fixed the tv said they sent someone out while we were not here to fix the internet. That was today Thursday we return home to now neither tv or internet working. We have been on and off the phone with Meyer properties EVERY SINGLE DAY since we arrived and yet nothing except the trash was taken care of. This property is very misleading and to say we are disappointed is a major understatement. Not to mention the numerous calls and emails we have had to send only to be 2 days from our departure and still having the same problems.

Absolutely not as it seems. The view is the only thing this condo has going for it. Rusty appliances, beds all falling apart underneath, couch smells of BO, and too much to mention. 49 issues reported and slum lord owner doesn’t want to fix anything only raise prices. If you want a place to flop and take a shower, this is for you. Pretty expensive flop house.

901 White Caps. Do not believe all you read. This place was a filthy mess. The owners of this condo should know Meyer Realty is not taking care of your property. There wasn't one thing in the kitchen clean. Food from past renters in the utensils slots. Food cooked nasty food were you put clean silverware. That is Disgusting! Every baking pan had rust or burnt on food. Should you want to see pictures I have some. It was that gross. The air vents all the air vents including the intake had so much dust on them or should I say growing out of them its surprisingly the system still worked. The 4 TVs that Meyers reality proudly states is a joke. Yes there were 4 TVs. Two busted ones in the closets, when I say busted I mean busted. Cracked broke glass falling out! The tv in the den and one in the master were totally unhooked for no reason. There were 15 remote controls non of which had batteries or backs. When Meyers maintenance came. They hooked one TV and said they would be back to fix the others. They never came back, they didn't take the TVs with broken glass. They left them in the middle of the bedroom floor. Best part Meyer reality never even called to see if everything was taken care of. The floors were filthy, the sofa was wet and gross. Think about sitting on a sofa when you just get to a place and your white pants are soaked with yellow white liquid. GROSS!!! The unit great location. Great view. Feeling comfortable using this place GROSS! 901 WHITE CAPS OWNER FIND ANOTHER REALITY COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR INVESTMENT. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE OR TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY.

Horrible experience! Meyer Vacation Rentals ripped me off! I purchased trip insurance and when I cancelled they mentioned that there would be a $55.00 insurance fee which I paid extra for and a $65.00 processing fee which was part of the cancellation process. No one mentioned that since I cancelled due to a work emergency I would NOT get a dime of my money back! I would have sent my friends down had I known that!! So basically I wasted 850.00 dollars of my hard earned money... The person I spoke to should have told me the bottom line instead of telling me I would be charged $120.00 and NOT $850.00. Totally mislead and she never mentioned I had to file a claim with Red Sky the so called insurance company!!!!!!!!

Loved our vacation....perfect location and house. On the beach so you walk out your door and onto the sand! Beautiful ocean view from every floor. Everything we could ask for and more. Our family is big but this home was so perfect for us. It provided privacy for each couple (even in a group of 20) with private bathrooms for each bedroom. 2 washers and dryers (one on 1st floor and 2nd floor). The kitchen had an ice maker!! Spacious bathrooms. An elevator to help with getting all the luggage and groceries to where they needed to go. A well laid out concrete foundation area with a water hose for beach chairs and beach toys to be washed off of all sand and then left out to dry. We rented a golf cart and a power chair for our grandson that was on crutches during our vacation which gave him mobility and of course the concrete foundation was the perfect place to keep those things safe at night. He could transfer from either of them to the elevator and go up and down wherever he needed to go in the house. Very nice pool when we were tired of the ocean water and sand. Pool guy came out and cleaned the pool during the week. We were only 20 minutes from so many good places to eat out and shop when we wanted to. God willing, we plan on going back next year.

Friday night at Big Mike’s steak house best steak in town..Then Saturday at steamers oyster bar is always great seafood and Sunday at lulu’s for lunch...the beach was beautiful on Saturday and we did the Go carts and arcade Saturday night....of course tangers outlet on Sunday...❤️

Just got here to Grand Caribbean #304 at 5:00. Our reservation starts today 7/20/2019 and goes thru next Sunday 7/28/2019. We were told when we picked up the Keyes that the housekeeping people may still be cleaning it when we got here. They haven’t even been here yet. Toilet seat is broken, feces splattered on inside of toilet bowl, dirty dishes in the sink, mud/dirt everywhere in the floor, couch cushions liquid stained, cheese from pizza in the floor, 1 cushion missing from dining chair. We called Meyer and they told us to hang out at the beach, pool, or go to dinner. We have dinner reservations at 7:00 and we’ve been traveling all day and need to shower before we go eat. We told Meyer this at 5:00 and they said they’d make it a priority. It’s 6:00 and housekeeping isn’t here yet. We'll miss our dinner reservation because as filthy as this unit is it should take at least 2 hrs to clean and repair properly. Meyer needs to to the right thing and move us to another unit they manage that’s available and CLEAN!! I gave 2 stars because the building and pool are nice.

A year ago I proposed to my wife at this property where we stayed. We decided to rent the same property and get married in the same spot I proposed. Well... it wasn't all fairy tales this trip. It started with receiving a text saying we could check in early. So my party gets there and the code doesn't work. We call them and they say they are going to send a locksmith over and it will only be about 20 to 30 minutes. Over 2 hours later no one has shown up. We call back and they say it will be just a few more minutes. I get later get a phone call and it's the locksmith. Apparently Meyer just gave us the wrong code. Finally, way after our check in time we get in the house. When we enter the house we started doing a tour and find that they had schedule construction the same time we were going to be there. There is metal shards in the pool. Boards on the doors. The deck outside the room was missing. Insulation laying all around the property. So wife calls them. She was stern but polite. I mean we did schedule this a year in advance. So why are they there? The next day they start fixing the house this goes on all day and up until bed time. They get the deck built and the next day finish cleaning the rest outside. While my wife was talking to Meyer she was trying to explain all this construction is here and we have family coming in. Keep in mind my Sister rented the other side of the property and she had to go through the same stuff as we did. Except in her case, while she was sleeping the construction crew just barged into her room without knocking. Let's just say they got a show. So... after 3 days of inconvenience, Meyer did not offer any kind of retribution except to say my wife needed to calm down and get a drink. That set her off. Lol.. But I would not suggest dealing with these people. They are a take your money and run company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We rented from this company last summer (July 2018). The house we rented was great... great location, great view, plenty of space for our family.... it was great until our daughter turned up with 75+ BED BUG bites during our stay. The place was infested. We immediately packed up our stuff and came home-- and the only compensation we received was a refund for the nights we were not staying due to the bed bugs (how generous considering that we were not staying there to continue being literally eaten while we slept). They actually wanted us to just change locations instead of refunding our money but by then we were all miserable and freaked out and our vacation was ruined. So we opted to come home... without compensation for anything besides the nights we did not sleep in the house (nevermind that we had to pay for a hotel on the drive home). I even took my daughter in to the realty company when I went to talk to them and the only real response we got was "these things happen sometimes..." .... um, well... they shouldn't because that's not acceptable when people are spending a ton of money for family vacations and entrusting your company to make sure they get what they pay for. Definitely will not be renting from Meyer again.

After traveling 10 hours to get there with our 15 month old grandson we did not want to have to deal with elevators that weren’t working. A simple notification on the website that they were broken would have been enough for us to be able to make a decision whether or not to rent the unit. Felt like we were misled. After a few conversations with the representatives at Meyer, a young man told me that he would give me a 10% refund on my stay. I purposefully waited for almost 2 weeks before filling out a survey to see if they kept their word. So far they haven’t. It really bothers me when people don’t keep their word. I usually don’t fill out surveys unless I’m happy with my experience but in this case the lack of integrity compels me to do so. I wonder why someone would tell me that and then not do it? Did they think I would just blow it off?

Loved the condo and the fact that is was on the ground floor. The outdoor table was in desperate need of repair and was unusable until we replaced the broken 4 tiles. Good location. The dryer quit after 3 weeks but we were given the code to use the one next door. The previous bad reviews about this facility being like a nursing home was not true. The security guards and maintenance people were always friendly. Stayed the month of Oct 2018 and had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Phoenix West #2207 Plenty of room for our family of 8. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Loved that the bedrooms were spaced away from each other and all had a full bath attached. The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked prefect, keeping the temp around 67° the whole time. Nice size balcony with amazing views of the ocean. Loved being directly above the lazy river and water slide. The kids had a blast on the slide while the adults floated in the river. I could go on and on about how nice everything was...I'll just say that yes, it was a tiny bit more expensive for this unit, but you don't have to leave the complex. Book it! It's worth every penny!

We had a lot of issues with our room the doorknob was starting to fall off, there was no wifi even though it states there is wifi, the air would not go lower than 72 and it was HOT in our room the whole time , the bath tub took about 5 -10 mins to drain after we took our showers and the drain knob was broke, there was blood drops on 2 pillow cases that were provided, mold on the bottom of the couch cushions, and when we got here the room smelt like cleaning products but we went to the beach and when we came back the room smelt like cigarette smoke, the bed in the bedroom is listed as queen and it is no bigger than a full size bed and the room needs updated badly!!! "I would not recommend this condo to anyone"!!!

Experience was great except for the sliding door to the balcony kept sticking. In fact one time I was on the balcony and could not get back in. Worked and worked and finally it opened. Then it went back to just sticking so we did not call it in. Also needs some umbrellas around the pool for a little shade if needed.

We rented unit 1806Cin the Turqouise Place for our family vacation. After I had made the final payment, 30 days before our trip, I received an email from Meyer with a different reservation number and an amount due. I called Meyer to inquire about the email and was told that the unit we rented had been sold and it was unknown if the the new owner would honor our reservation. Meyer had reserved another unit in Turquoise Place in casethe new owner would not honor our reservation. When I asked why I had not been notified of this I was told that Meyer did not want to stir the pot. I asked how many people the new unit slept, I was told that it slept 10. We had 14 people in our party. We were then offered some other options that were sent to us by Meyer - two units in another building or houses with pools or to change the dates of our vacation. We had four grandchildren traveling with us and could not change the dates and we wanted to be ALL together, so a house was our only option. The first house we picked out of the options we were sent, we were told would cost US an additional $2000.00. We then chose SUNDANCER E. It looked acceptable in pictures. When we arrived the house was beat up and not well kept. Door of the furnace closet was off, dent in the wall, stove knobs broken, oven didn’t heat properly, kitchen not equipped to cook for a group that large and 7 forks for 14 people. Bottle caps and garbage in the sand, noisy, drunk kids as neighbors who had fist fights in front of our grandkids and a baseball team that was in the pool working out before 7 am. We had rented condo units from Meyer in the past and were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the way Meyer handled this situation.

I reserved a condo on the 8th floor of a high rise building and I had the confirmation number; however, Meyer changed my lodging to the 17th floor. Since I have a fear of heights, I will not enjoy my stay. When I checked in the representative agreed that when I booked my reservation the 8th floor unit was available and had no explanation why the booking agent put me on 17th floor. Meyer ruined my trip last year by renting me a condo at Tidewater with construction next door. I swore I would never book through them again but decided to give them another chance since they sent me a 150 credit on a future stay after the Tidewater incident. This time I chose a luxury condo at an exorbitant price and what happens....they didn’t deliver the room I reserved so another vacation ruined. Kay called me and made this unfortunate incident acceptable. Thank you Kay. Although disappointed that I didn’t get condo I reserved I am pleased with the customer service Kay provided. One thing that came from this...I spent more than normal time on the beach and I’ve decided to stay an extra day. Still not doing my favorite thing...sitting on balcony, but I am spending more time in the sand. If you have a problem with Meyer, I encourage you to contact them...they will correct the issue. Again...thank you Kay.

The customer service desk greeted us very cheerfully. The condo is a cozy little place, not too busy. It has everything you need to cook or prepare meals there. The a/c struggled to cool the place to the temp we like but it was still comfortable. The pool was cleaned a couple times while we were there which shows the attention and care Meyer gives their rentals.

Lighthouse 1210 Gulf Shores. Avoid. 1. Sand on our feet.... we haven't been on the beach yet. 2. Coffee mug unwashed. Photo 3. Trundle bed. Filthy covered in food, hair and who knows what on it, no sheets, blankets or pillow cases supplied. Our daughter had to sleep with us in our bed because it was unusable. Photos 4. Blood stained pillow, sweat soaked pillow. No pillow cases for them anyway. Photos 5. Pull out had no blankets to fit and the ones that were here stained- photo. A lego piece inside so it was never opened by the cleaners to check it. 6. In the master walls greasy with dust stuck to them. Photo 6. Fan inoperable in master. 7. Dishwasher with food and stains on the edge. Photo 8. Outside chairs torn and weather beaten. $900 for 2 nights 1st night ruined. Photo 10. Hair on the bath. Photo 11. Shower edge filthy. Photo.

Our condo was filthy and beat up upon our arrival ( dust bunnies and shoes under the bed, sticky counters, plugged shower drain, soiled bed spread, broken stove, etc.). After a 17 hour trip nobody wants to deal with that upon arrival. Buyers be ware pictures are deceiving.

When you spend over $18000 on a single property for one week, you tend to expect good service. That did not prove to be the case in our recent experience with Meyer Real Estate and our rental of The Diamond. Particularly in reference to our wi-fi. We selected this venue so that it could host the majority of my family as they gathered for my Mother's memorial service. She was a former resident of the Orange Beach area and a customer of Meyer rentals for the many years following where our family gathered every 5 or 6 years - each house bigger than the last due to natural growth. We set up a boat charter to spread hers and my father's ashes, but due to the fact that several individuals were unable to attend due to balance and motion sickness issues, we had planned a pre-charter presentation to share a presentation and allow people to speak at the house. While the space was sufficient, unfortunately the technology was not. We were completely devoid of wi-fi the entire time of our stay (did I mention we had a full house of 33 people?). This created a situation where several of my family members had to leave the house to set up our presentation and had to go to the library so that they could download it directly to our computer due to the issue. I was unable to send my speech to my phone which also created a problem and delay. It was a complete embarassment in front of so many people I revere and not appropriate for my Mom's last hurrah. The lack of wifi continued throughout the week. Because it was stated to have wifi, 10 or more of our party agreed to come even though some work was required during their stay. Instead of enjoying the beautiful views from our balcony, they had to find their way to the library and spent hours on end there. And, as the organizer of this stay, I can't even convey the level of stress I experienced with every question about the wifi and when/if it would be working. This happened constantly throughout the day. Even for smaller reqeusts, we expereinced delays. A shower on the 3rd floor wasn't draining. Theh commiitted to a 10 AM time to fix it and never showed up. We had to reschedule for 5 that same day when they were finally able to make the repair. The door to the patio was a monster to deal with. Due to our other two experiences with maintenance, we ended up just fixing this oursevles with a quick trip to the hardware store. Again, did I mention we spent over $18.000 on this property? Wifi finally arrived late Friday afternoon -- we checked out at 8 AM that very next morning.

Our kids LOVE the pool and we're literally on the beach. Balcony views are everything! Clint has been one of the security guards there every year, and he is awesome. He remembers our names and keeps everyone else in check haha. We highly recommend using Meyer Vacation Rentals for your next beach trip!

What a disappointment explains our vacation. We stayed at the Campbellbot in fort Morgan, at first sight it just looked dated as time went on we started to notice the property wasnt in good condition at all. The light in kitchen didnt work, maintenance was called it wasnt fixed all week, then we noticed mold on kitchen ceiling and master bath ceiling, upstairs bathtub was leaking on kitchen ceiling light, outside wood walkway around back was rotten and had screws and chunks of wood splintering off, we killed a copperhead in the la5room, yes I have pictures, the kitchen cabinets were dirty inside, master bed had sand in it, all bedding was old and dated, pillows were flat. Extra blankets were soured, there was trash left in laundry room as well as dirty towels in washer and dirty dishes in dishwasher. The maid service is obviously not cleaning the properties efficiently, I didnt complain about the cleanliness because I didnt want to be bothered with them coming out to clean it. We dealt with it but I wasnt happy about the house at all. The listing should also say something about the single driveway on a hill. The paint is flaking off the walls and ceiling air conditioning was barely cool upstairs. Tile upstairs was nasty in bathroom. Overall this house shouldn't be rented, I spent $2300 for something that made us all want to go home. Before you book with Meyer make sure you read all the reviews.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family and loved that it was so close to the beach. We also loved the large deck and the concrete walkway to the stairs. The two King beds were so very comfortable but the twin beds were not. Just our preference, but it would have been perfect for us to have a double bed in that one room. That was the only issue with us, and it was just a personal preference thing. It really wasn't a problem for us, but the owners may want to know that the people staying in the houses behind their house were making their way to the beach under their house. They had placed an orange cone there, but no one seemed to observe it. We have already made reservations for Bama Breeze next year. We had a great time. I also loved the fact that Meyer provided so many necessities, like detergent, garbage bags, etc.

--The below is a recap of my response to the survey which Meyer Vacation Rentals provided after we checked out.-- My families first impression when we walked in the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club room 1111 under reservation number 2118963 was this place is filthy dirty like it had not been cleaned in months! The floors were absolutely horrible, sticky with sand all over. Within an hour, we left and went to Walmart to purchase all cleaning supplies and rather than enjoying ourselves, WE CLEANED. Once the floors were done and cleaned by my wife & I, I went to take a shower. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Mostly all of the eye holes for the rings at the top were broken. As soon as I opened the shower curtain, it fell (two pieces) on to my head. I looked and the broken shower curtain rod was held together using electrical tape. The tub was so filthy feeling that every shower I took, I left shower shoes on. After the shower, I walked to look out of the back sliding doors. The curtains were so dirty, there was what appeared to be black mold. FILTHY! When I slid the curtain, to my surprise, this curtain rod was also broken and held together using electrical tape. When closing the sliding doors, I looked on the ground and there was nothing but ants all over the floor. I had to leave and go back to the store for bug spray to handle the now another problem, ANTS. The following morning we attempted to make breakfast. Every single dish, fork, knife, spoon, utensil was dirty like it was not cleaned in weeks. My wife washed everything in the "condo". By this time, we went to use the coffee pot. Low and behold, old coffee grinds with actual mold growing in the coffee pot. This "condo" should be condemned or at the very least it should be better managed and cleaned. My wife, myself and 2 kids have had enough and did not even want to stay any longer in such a horribly maintained glorified apartment. I called to Meyer Vacation rentals on 7/27 at approximately 1330 and complained about everything listed above. I spoke with a representative by the name of Brittany. She seemed to be concerned for my complaints and promised to have someone come straight away to correct all deficiencies listed. Including replacing the coffee pot. NOT ONE PERSON FROM MEYER VACATION RENTALS CALLED AS A FOLLOW UP NOR SHOWED UP TO THE "CONDO" AS AGREED. In conversation with Brittany, it was also discussed that a refund of at least all cleaning fee's / dues and possibly further reimbursement / compensation for our families horrible stay. It was so bad that when our friends came to visit us, their first initial response was, "This place is a dump and cannot believe you are staying here!" If you are the property "management" and a customer complains with legitimate concern especially when those complaints are also regarding health and welfare of tenants, those complaints should be taken seriously and actions should be taken! There is absolutely NOTHING about Seaside Beach & Racquet Club room 1111 that we liked or enjoyed. I would not recommend this unit being rented out until a complete over-haul / renovation and especially CLEANING takes place. As the paying customer, WE should not tell the property manager &/or Owner how they should run, operate or manage their property. You can refer to my initial comments as to what my suggestions are for improvements. We were contacted about the room being available the day prior and offered it to us at a discounted rate. After walking into this disgrace and filthy place, I would have rather never agreed to the extra night. I would not have considered even staying at the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club room 1111!! I would have gladly spent my money at the Days Inn or Motel 6! $1,600++ later, Me and my family are beyond frustrated, disappointed and feel like we were robbed of what was supposed to be a great family vacation.

The condo was not clean. The towels had stains, the extra blankets were dirty, there were dishes in the dishwasher that had not been washed. The silverware in the drawer was dirty. The refrigerator froze the milk solid. The WiFi was so slow you couldn't stream Netflix. The pool area had a party atmosphere with drunks in the pool, drinking literally in the pool and hot tub, talking about how f**ked up they were. They partied until mid-night. Outside the condo they were pulling their beer coolers in front of our door at all hours, making it difficult to sleep.

We waited almost two hours for our room to be cleaned past the check in time. You were supposed to send a text message to let us know the room was ready. No text. We had to keep checking and finally the cleaning person had just left. We had to sit I. The parking lot waiting. Not a good start for a vacation. After waiting for our room it wasn’t clean. The outside of the appliances were dirty, food on the inside of the garbage can. Hair in the showers. Very disappointing. The condo was nice but they need a better check out service so they can start cleaning the condos earlier. You pay to Check in at 4:00 not 5:30 or 6:00. Need better house cleaners. I realize this is on the beach but it can still be cleaned properly. The condo was equipped with kitchen accessories and plenty of towels. We had a nice family vacation but was not expecting to have to clean the condo before we started.

We just got back from Orange Beach, AL first time there as we normally book our beach vaca at Destin, Pensacola Beach or Fort Walton. With that being said I was skeptical about Orange Beach but being a huge critic of lodging in condos and beach and how water looks, i was shocked how well Meyer Vacation Rental took care of the booking, price was great and location blew us away. Beaches look and feel just like being in FL. Water was green clear Emerald like first few days, then surf started to come in which made water more murky but still waves were great and sand and beach were covered in white sugar snowy sand. We stayed at Romar Tower 9D, would not recommend staying at this location because of loud mega pool next store at Phoenix West which showcases a magnificent lazy river pool with slide and tubes. From 8am to 10pm, all u can hear on ur balconey was ocean waves and loud 50-60 yr old women sliding down bellowing out WHOOO HOOO, constant stream of kids yelling and adults guess this was their first time down a slide and lazy river. But the Romar Tower balconey was incredible huge, fantastic view of ocean minus the sliding trainwrecks next store experiencing water for the first time. The parking was great and felt very safe. Condo was clean spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath Beds could have been more comfortable. Love the digital keypad to enter condo, love Meyer had everything done through email. So you can pull up unload directly to condo not having to stop and pick up key like the old days. MEYER had a complementary supply bag thermal insulated waiting for us inside condo, with things like soap, paper towel, dishwashing, etc. Plenty of pillows and utensils and pots pans. We priced condos in FL and no one came remotely close to MEYER price, if they did it was across street not on the Gulf ocean view. Next time at Romar Tower we will opt for 9A to get away from noisy lazy river pool. Thank you again MEYER we will be back and book through MEYER!!

The Beach Club at Gulf Shores is amazing! Our condo (booked through Meyer Vacation Rentals) was gorgeous. The room was immaculately cleaned. The photos of the room online really didn't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated in warm, beach tones and decor. We slept in extremely comfortable beds and enjoyed a well-equipped kitchen. Despite warnings to the contrary, Meyer Vacation Rentals provided us with a cooler bag full of essentials we didn't think would be provided (cleaning supplies, dish soap, kitchen towel, etc.). We had a few issues with touchy appliances but once we figured them out we were golden. There was construction at the resort but the crews were very considerate to the guests and very professional. We barely noticed them. I highly recommend it!!!

Each time I dealt with Ms. Sarah Kuzma. She is a wonderful, patient, professional young lady and a pleasure to deal with! Each time I had a great, relaxed time! So we originally booked Grand Beach 316. We went to Meyer rental when we got into town. We checked in and got the code for our key pad. We went to Grand Beach unloaded all of our stuff and went up to our room. The code didnt work. We called the office and were on hold for awhile. Finally got a person. They gave us a temp code. We were able to enter the room. We get inside to find that they are doing construction on the front of the condo. Our balcony was blocked off for the duration. The balcony that you pay extra for because it is beach view. The construction was so loud. I have a video as proof. It sounded like a bulldozer was coming through the walls. We had planned to take a nap when we got there as we had driven all night and had not slept in 24 hrs. We call Meyer and ask what the deal was. They said they had no idea there was construction and needed to check into it and call us back. We waited over an hour and no call. We then called back and this person didnt know who we had talked to and said she would have to have someone call us. Again another hour. We finally get a voicemail saying that they would be gone by 4 and would not be doing any noisy work the next day. However it was already past 4 and they were still working. So loud! The balcony would not be available through our stay though. We tried calling back to inform them that would not work. We paid expecting a relaxing vacation and utilize our balcony. We couldn't get through. We decided to drive back to their office as we have already wasted 3 hours dealing with this. We are told they only had one room in Orange Beach not even Gulf Shores where we wanted. This room would have No beach view. Our friends were in Gulf Shores that we were vacationing with. We say we will go to dinner and think about it. We wanted beach view. Well we have dinner and go back to the room and decide we will deal with it that night. We go to watch TV in the living room. Just to find out all breakers in the living room were flipped and taped for this construction. We couldn't turn on lights or TV and couldn't use the plug in. That did it in. So we again drive back to Meyer. We ask why their site shows several different rooms available but they are only telling us about the one. They stated because it is the only one the same price. Well I felt they needed to eat the difference for their inconvenience. They didnt bidge. We ended up deciding on the 1 room left in Orange Beach at Seaside Racket club 4211. We repack the car and head there. We unload and go to the room with the new key code they gave us. Get to the door to find that it needs a key not a code. By this time we are ticked. We call again and are told they will have to send someone out with a key. Had to wait close to an hour for this key. Finally get inside to find it smells so bad like old cigarette smoke. The cushions are all off the couch and chair and it was not nice at all. I will say the first place was very nice. I just feel that we were inconvenienced and they didnt seem to care... We wasted our whole 1st day messing with the condo situation. And didnt even get to nap like we planned.

My family and I stayed at sea n tee in Fort Morgan. Upon arriving we werent very pleased with the outside. Trees and bushes weren't trimmed like they were in the pictures. U could barely see the front of the house. When we got In The a/c wasn't working on the first and second floor. I called and maintenance arrived in a very timely manner and was very intelligent. Very impressed with that. There were dead bug remnants on many of the walls. So many spider webs. Dust under all of the beds and behind/under furnishings. On the third floor one of the windows was completely missing and covered with thick plastic. We were there during a tropical storm warning so we were very concerned with the high gusts of winds and having plastic as a window. Wasn't very pleased at all.

We were given 4 hrs to evacuate from our beach house on Dauphin Island on Labor day weekend due to the tropical storm after only one day at the beach. The rental company we used on Dauphin island would not help us find another place to stay. I called Meyer Vacation Rentals and they found me a beach house for 10 people in less than 30 mins with our same price range as the one we were having to evacuate. We were checked in and enjoying our family vacation in 3 hrs from the time we booked. We stayed at The Breeze on the beach with an amazing view from both floors. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking with them next year and referring all my family & friends to Meyer Vacation Rental. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.

Beach Club 1009D I would like to say that Myer Rentals contacted me to follow up on my visit. They were courteous and gave me a discount. They also ensured me the furniture would be replaced. I appreciate the follow up and Tammy was great to deal with! I would use Meyer again as they handled the complaint promptly and to my satisfaction. Thank you!!! Couch, chair, bed and head board ALL need replaced. It looked and felt like the furniture was bought at a garage sale. Chair is actually broken and not safe to sit in. Bed was HORRIBLE!!!!! The condo needs overhauled as the wall corners are all torn up, chain on door is broken, holder for hair dryer but no hair dryer, towel bar was placed on wall and then moved, but can still see first placement marks. The bunk bed doors would not stay on track, needs replaced as well as the shade that is torn in bedroom. For the amount of money we paid, we should have felt like we were staying in a nice condo, not a dorm room. Could not put ANYTHING in the closet as it was full of linens that were not needed. Pantry and outside storage was also locked so absolutely no storage available. There were bottle caps in the garbage disposal and no teaspoons and a few forks. Dishes were chipped and cracked. Called Meyer asking for a Manager and was told they would call me back. No call for two days now. View was great. Beach was great. Appliances worked. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The check in process at Myer went smoothly and customer care was good to deal with.

The furnishing were good, the unit was nice and the location was great but the beds in the 2 BR unit were we stayed was a different story. ONLY a mattress on top of the bed frames...NO box springs for any support in BOTH BEDROOMS. Even my kids were complaining about their backs ching by the end of the week. I had recently had back surgery and by the end of our stay, I could barely move without hurting. I hope this is corrected because I would rent this unit again if and only if this was corrected.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had in vacation rental. We arrived to the house after being swapped because there was a water leak in the one we originally reserved, and it was disgusting. The carpet on the stairs alone was so dirty our feet turned black within minutes. Later that evening, we found bugs in the living room, beds, and bathroom. We were told that it was too late to do anything about it today and that pest control would come the next day! I finally spoke to a manager and they sent us an option for a new house , but we couldn’t trade until the next day. That morning we went to the new house to check it and it was also DISGUSTING. Hair in the tubs, bugs on the floors, stains all over the walls. We decided to refund and rent a house from another company. I was told that the refund would be processed and received in 7 to 10 days. On the 10th day I called, only to find out they had never processed the return, and that it would be another 10 days before we would receive our refund!!! They will not give me an explanation as to why. I would NEVER recommend this company and will never use them again for vacation rentals.

The condo was exceptionally well furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable, as well. The only issue we had was the wi-fi. It was very slow the first few days, but seemed to improve by the end of the trip. Over all, this is a fabulous condo!! I would recommend getting travel insurance if you book way in advance, though.

Long trip to perdido key due to traffic. I went down early because I took advantage of lower price to come one day earlier. I was supposed to receive a text where my key was to our condo and never received one. Got a call at 6pm asking if I really had 6 people staying because the pull out wasn’t working. I said yes and they said they will get it fixed. I asked where my keys was and they told me how to access the keys in a drop box. Got the “keys” at 640pm and they were someone else keys. I called the number and they asked me to drive 30 minutes away to get the keys. Then asked if I was sure that those were the wrong keys.they asked me 3 times to drive back to the drop boxes and check other boxes. And obviously none was mine. Between talking to several people they finally said they would bring me a key and I got into my condo at around 1030pm. WiFi password doesn’t work and they asked if I wanted a tech to come out and me meet them to fix it. I’ve asked thru email, and told multiple people I expect a call from a manager and even left a voicemail with a manager, after 2 days I still haven’t recieved a call.. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever recieved

We have stayed with Meyers before This time we stayed in Seahorse 621. The layout and decor was very comfy and felt like home however my daughter's bed had trash left on it. There was hair, water bottles, tape and a lot of debris that was under the beds. I have a certain expectation when it comes to cleanliness.I really believe housekeeping was flipping the condos so fast they overlooked cleaning under the beds and I dont want to have to clean when I arrive to a destination especially when I pay a cleaning fee. , other that that it was fine. It's easy to check in and out. This location has great beach access and a pool that is 5 ft deep. Parking is in front of unit for easy access to unit. I was really impressed with the Meyer cooling bag with toiletries, garbage bags, detergent and soap in case you forget to bring your own.

Customer service needs more training on how to deal with paying customer complaints that are valid. When a customer requests the number for security, you should know the number and give it freely. A paying customer should not have to hunt down a number or take time away from the Vacay to go and track down the security Guard in a building. Also when a customer calls in a complaint is is not good to pass the issue to someone else. Remember we are the paying guest and when you get frustrated because we are complaining nothing gets done and the guest that has chosen the property has no recourse to go to another facility that will not only treat them with respect and dignity but allow them to have a good vacation without interruption or frustration caused by negligence. We stayed at the Psalms and the place was pretty nice except for a fan that was unusable and a vacuume filled with other guest debris left in a closet where we were to hang our fresh clothes as well as additional linen. Not good. They did bring another vacuum but left the nasty one there. Also when we told them about the throw pillows having visable gum stuck to it which is to me considered as bodily fluid, we were told that it would be taken care of and of course when we checked out after a restless last night the pillow still was there with the same gum from someone else. This Vacay was a bad experience in accommodations and Meyers Staff. Last but not least they have a text system that guest can utilize...If you do not answer the texts the same day ot defeats the purpose and why should guests have to wait around for a reply which to me is so neglectful when all it would take is a simple phone call to ensure that the paying guest was taken care of. No follow ups not nothing. It seems that Meyer's received their $1600.00 + and all issues and problems were just our problems. There is nothing worst than getting the cold shoulder from a worker at an establishment that you and your family chose to stay when there were soooo many other places that would have given us the treatment we deserved but the treatment they say they give in advertisement. Meyer's You dropped the Ball on this one and unfortunately it has shattered into pieces. Shame on you !

Everything was beautiful and we had a great time. The condo was right on the beach with showers and rentals available. It was cozy, there was a kitchen and it was pretty clean. We were here for Hangout Fest and were able to keep our bikes parked at the condo. Before we arrived they let us know about what to expect and how to access the condo. All in all we had a good experience and would use them again.

Me and my husband eloped and Meyers was so kind to let us have our wedding right on the beach in front of our rental. It was only the 2 of us and Steve the officiate with Dee our photographer. We have had the best week. I know exactly where we will stay from now on.

The Ruff Life is a beautiful home in a quiet area of Fort Morgan. You are a short walk to the Gulf, but with the private access to the Bay (with no worry of rip tides), you won’t mind not being on the Gulf. We enjoyed the wildlife of the bay, including dolphins swimming in the “backyard” one morning. The children enjoyed collecting hermit crabs, and we were also visited by a stingray and a horseshoe crab. The house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing stay. Our children also enjoyed the game table when we had a couple of cold, windy days during our stay. We will certainly return to the Ruff Life when we return to the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area!

We had such a wonderful time at Four Winds! The property was beautiful and so clean. The pool was maintained daily, the condo was perfect when we arrived. The staff came by to check on us shortly after check in just to make sure we were satisfied. Check in was super easy and check out was even easier. We will be returning next year!

Stayed at a Meyerre managed condo in Orange Beach. Everything was good to begin with. On the second morning, we went to fold up a hide-a-bed, and the cheap folding mechanism fell apart on one side. I called at 9am to have someone come take care of it. They are available 24/7 for you to call. That doesn't mean they will take care of it though. After 3 more calls throughout the day, they finally shows up after my last phone call which was at 10pm. After looking at it for 5 minutes, he said he can't fix it, and it would be in the morning. That would leave people sleeping on the floor. That didnt seem to matter to him though. He finally came two days later to fix, only to tell me he'd have to order a part, and it would again be the next day. After multiple phone calls after this, no one ever came back. Long story short: If theres a problem, (which from what I read, there are many) dont expect anyone to fix it.

We had great response for issues that occurred when we first got to our beach house. They even fixed storm damage between Wednesday and my wedding on Saturday! The staff at Meyer was wonderful and quite helpful! I will say that the upkeep of the house is packing a little, in small details! (Nails need to be better hammered in on the decking and the house could have been cleaned better! )Thus 4 star instead of 5. But we would stay there again! We quite enjoyed ourselves and Meyer was so helpful in finding us a place to host a wedding and such!

Sea oats d204...d is for disappointing. D should also stand for dirty. Condo floors were sandy and dirty, and pull out bed in sofa was sandy and dirty as well. D for destroyed, as lower towel rack in master bath was torn off the wall exposing sharp mounting hardware. Ceiling fan in master rocks violently when turned on any speed but low. Refrigerator door bar fell off causing food and drinks to be spilled onto the floor. VCR not working either but no big deal there. A/C would not keep up for the first couple of days we were there. Master bath would only work as a shower as tub hardware was destroyed. Range is out of balance so that when you open the oven door things move around on the top of the unit. D for dated, as most all of the furniture in the unit is well used. Futon was so bad we couldn’t use it. D for downstairs storage, as in, no downstairs storage. Everything either had to be locked in your vehicle or left outside at your risk. Many things left unmentioned. Location was ok

We are renting a 6 bedroom home. Upon arriving we found the house filthy. We called them and they apologized and offered to send the cleaning crew back out. When the cleaning crew came back they said the reason the place was so filthy was because the renters before us left such a mess. Not my problem. They stayed 20 minutes and left doing little more than moping the kitchen. I tried calling them numerous times after that and I was never able to get through to anyone. Don’t rent from this company. We didn’t come on vacation to have to clean a 6 bedroom house. We couldn’t shower or use the kitchen without cleaning.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Upon checking in refrigerator was broke. Brought ice chest at 130 to put 150.00 worth of food in. Next day Meyer wouldn't authorize appliance company to repair it and their solution was to bring us a college dorm size fridge and put it.in the entry way I talked to several people at Meyer and they were all rude and asked me what I wanted!!!!! Really??? We wanted our vacation that we paid for!!!! One lady offered to move us and we had to pay the difference......this company is a nightmare to deal with. Finally a lady named Pat offered to find us a unit.....my birthday celebration and I wish we had stayed at home!!!!!!!! Brett Robinson has the best hospitality that this island has to offer......so disappointed and upset that we were treated so unfairly.

I would be extremely careful when renting a property from this company. We rented what looked like, from the pictures, a nice 2 bedroom condo at Island Shores 1 654 and it turned out to be a dump!! Paint chipping off the ceiling, POOP on the toilet in the master bath, towel rack in the 2nd bathroom was falling off the wall(looks like it had tried to be patched but whoever did it was an idiot), comforter and sheets on the beds stunk and we had to wash ourselves, TV in the second bedroom did not work, floors were dirty when we got here, sticky substance on the kitchen cabinets, hair and razor caps in the showers that were supposedly clean, furniture VERY run down and tattered, sleeper sofa pull out was worn out so much that my 3 & 5 year old would not sleep on it because it hurt their backs so much, place was just overall gross and a waste of money. It’s definitely more like an extended stay hotel then a condo. Please be very careful about the properties read ALL the reviews and don’t rent anything at Island Shores 1. Find a different property management company to rent from at all costs I wouldn’t even bother with this company.

Rented “ocean view” room and when we arrived to condo we were stunned! It was an interior room like a hotel room with an exterior window into an enclosed hallway -looking across the hallway out another window across a parking lot. No other window or access balcony out of the room. The room was over $260/night! We called Mgmt immediately and were told we could just leave and check out ?? At 11pm?? Called again in the AM to speak to a manager and was told the same. No discount, nothing! Scam! False advertising to charge these prices! Drive over 7 hrs for at least an “ocean view” to get this krap. Never again!

We stayed in Lighthouse 903. The moment we walked in there was an odor that was not good. We opened the doors and turned some fans on to try and get it out. By the end of our stay which was only for 2 nights we figured out it was the garbage disposal in the sink- it smelled like rotten seafood. The jets in the bathtub did NOT work. There was garbage and debris on the floor next to the couch. The TV in the master bedroom was about 19 inches- I don’t know how anyone can see that. Also, the glass table next to the couch had water mark rings on it and was sticky like no one had wiped it off in awhile. We weren’t in our room a whole lot- but for the amount of money we paid, it was not worth it at all. We will look elsewhere next time.

Still there and can't even get in the condo door. They sent me to the door with a bad code. Then gave me another over phone... It didn't work either. Now waiting 10 minutes to try again... 49 degrees outside.... With all luggage in hand... Waiting for a possible code fix... Not very confident at this point. Wish I had a zerooooo Stars to rate at this point.

February, 2019 - Currently renting at the Tidewater in Orange Beach. Hoping for a quiet relaxing vacation but very disappointed. There is a condo tower under construction next door. Wish we had notification from Meyer Realty when booked last year. No email sent alerting us prior to final payment. We were stunned to become aware of the construction upon arrival. Since Monday of our arrival the construction crew begins banging, hammering, grinding, hollering etc. starting between 7:00 & 7:30am and working 7 days. One evening this week they were pouring cement at 6:30pm. We stopped by the Meyer office, made them aware of the issue. The response received was basically a shrug and a it states on our website now that construction noise possible. She also said the construction hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We told her that’s not what’s happening and since that meeting nothing changed. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the ocean view quietly on your balcony or wake leisurely on your time we would recommend staying elsewhere. The construction next door will continue through this year.
