The staff is very professional. The condo is spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our belongings. The kitchen is well equipped. 5 minute walk to the beach. You do have to cross a somewhat busy road. We would stay there again.

We stayed at St. Somewhere and the house was beautiful! When you walk in you can instantly see all the wonderful upgrades done! The house was open and great for entertaining. The staff was very friendly and the ease of booking was a great experience.

We had a very good experience renting through Laura’s Vacation Rentals. We made last minute reservations through LVR to stay in Gulf Shores, AL and they made the process very easy. The condo we rented was beautiful and exactly as shown on the LVR website. We would definitely rent through Laura’s Vacation Rental again with no hesitation.

Loved the place, stayed there in the beginning of june. only 2 little issues we had where vacuum to keep place clean is in need of replacement and when you watch a movie on the dvd in the main living room, you get very little volume. other then that the place is perfect. 7th floor is just high enough you get great views without any obstructions, and not to high that you don't enjoy the deck. I would recommend and will go back again.

Beautiful Mustique condo, very clean and spacious! Laura's was very easy to work with and the rental process was straightforward. As we are a large family, we really could have used a 3rd parking pass, but only 2 were available. We will be back soon and will go to Laura's first for our rental!!

Absolutely loved this place. Although you are not on the beach, it feels as if you are staying beachfront. The view of the beach from unit 1804 was great. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It was right off the elevator, which made it nice when you were bringing up groceries. The gym was great and the equipment was quality equipment. Will definitely come back.

I stayed here with a group of girls for our spring break trip. The place was beautiful and and had everything we needed. Directions for check-in and check-out were simple and easy to follow. Right on the beach with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Would definitely come back!

The property was well decorated and had a great view of both the Gulf and the Bay. It was small but tidy. It was in a great location for the Beach and Peninsula Clubs where we were playing in a tennis tournament. Beautiful lobby and facilities in the building.

We stayed at Crystal Tower for 4 nights and loved every minute. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. It had everything we needed for our stay. Laura was very accommodating and answered any questions needed. I even had to end up adding a night to my stay and she was very helpful and prompt. I will most definitely be booking throught this company again, I loved it!

My husband and I were pleased w the inexpensive accommodations during our stay at Lani Kai. Our place was clean and well furnished. The only thing missing was a crockpot, which we purchased, for days when we were out and about and didn't want to bother w cooking when we got home. The maintenance crew is top notch, warning us to keep water running during the freezing winter weather we experienced. The beach is right across the street, and walking to restaurants and shopping was a nice treat. Many thanks to Laura's for delivering everything promised when we booked.

We loved working with Laura and her staff. They were quick to respond to our questions and resolve a couple of minor problems we had. We stayed at Lani Kai # 225. The condo was clean but could use a little updating. Very clean and close to the beach, we especially enjoyed the" Adult Only Pool". Would recommend Laura's to everyone. We look forward to next summers trip.

Been here not even a full day and it's extremely dissapointing. Floors weren't swept. Walking on the floors your feet turn black. Hair in the beds and bathrooms. Sinks weren't wiped off. Can see liquid stains from contact cases. Was a Hardee's cup in a bedroom. Sheets were nasty and dirty with hair as well as slobber and black gunk and brown stains. Table was extremely dusty as well with crumbs and pet hair. Things spilled in the freezer and fridge. Coffee and water rings on the table outside. Cleaning lady wouldn't even come in and look stood at the door and said she didn't bring any sheets. Also said she has been walking up and down this place trying to please us when she hadn't tried or done anything. Completely ridiculing and rude. Lauras rentals. Horrible experience. In response to the reply. Why would we refuse the cleaning!? She would not come in. After claiming she knocked on the door when 2 of us where in the condo waiting for her for 2 hours. Then went to go get food. On our way back from food she called and said she would be there in 7. She came to the door and refused to come in. We opened the door and turned around to walk into the condo and she stood and leaned on the door and asked what we wanted. We asked for clean sheets. She said she didn't bring any and also stated she didn't bring anything to clean with and it was a charge for new sheets. Yes when we first found the Hardee's cup and hair and nasty floors and counters we said nevermind because it's 4th of July weekend and we were already cleaning up. Then we found more and more. Dirty sheets with nasty black stuff and slobber white marks and god knows what else was the breaking point. This comment is so everyone knows the management and cleaning of this company is extremely unprofessional. Also blatantly lies. There was never an email or phone call saying that cleaning was on the way. Just a phone call from the cleaning lady after she supposedly knocked on the door and walked away and said she would be right back up. And waited over 2 hours to "be right back." We requested our cleaning fee be lifted at least. Clearly as it should be since we had to clean and wash everything including our sheets and pillow cases and blankets. You are extremely unprofessional and your cleaning people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of making things right you have lied and refused cleaning and clean sheets. Then try to put the blame on the customer as if it's our fault. I see from reviews this is an ongoing problem.

My daughter and I visited the Gulf and stayed at the Moonraker #11. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room is very basic, but should cover most people's needs. It has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bath. The unit didn't have laundry in the room, which didn't bother us at all. If the room had wifi access, it would have been a plus, but again, we were fine without it. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our first time to stay in Gulf Shores was made complete by going through Laura's Vacation Rentals. It was very easy to do our reservation online. We enjoyed the slow pace of Gulf Shores. Not all touristy; quiet; beach very accessible; great restaurants; and most of all, beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We will be back!

The place is beautiful! Very comfortable, great accommodations, great view and reasonable price.It is a close walk to the beach, since some condos have a long walk... Cons: Not enough parking space, not enough room keys and check out is a little to early...other than that i will be coming back!

We stayed at the 4 C's and it more than meet out expectations. Everything was clean and in good working order and just a short walk to the beach. The trip was a last minute venture and Laura worked with us to find a wonderful place that day and for a very reasonable price. We will use Laura's on our next beach vacation.

When the parking pass wasn't in the unit a phone call resulted in one bejng delivered right away. The beach view was fantastic!! Thank you for an enjoyable time...will return!

Worst experience ever. Per the email we received from them it states " Our cleaning staff strives to have the room look perfect for your stay. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, do not touch it and call us IMMEDIATELY ". Bahahah now that is a joke. We rented over the 4th of July. We are a party of 5, 1 couple and 3 singles and 1 Kane Corso dog( big dog). Upon arrival of one of the singles we noticed hair all over the floor in the living room, dining room and kitchen , a Carl's Jr cup next to one of the beds. Hair ball on the bathroom floor, food spilled in the freezer and on the floor. Someone's dirty sock in the living room. Office was called to advise of this. We told them we had taken care of it and no one was needed but wanted it documented. When the rest of our party arrived, 5 hours later (midnight) we also noticed there was no sheets for the sofa sleeper, no pillow cases, hair in the master bedroom sheets, yep on the sheets we were to sleep on. Spit stains and dirt on the sheets in another room. Someone contact holder on the bathroom counter and stans were the solution was spilled on the counter and never cleaned up. Walking around the condo without shoes will cause your feet turn BLACK. We called them back in the morning to advise. We were NEVER called or emailed back to be advised that someone was coming to clean. So 2 of us (men) and the dog waited at the condo for someone to call or show up for 2+ hours. No one. We got a nasty voice mail from the cleaning lady to say she had been knocking on the door. When we called her back to advise we never heard anyone knocking she advised us we would have heard her and we just ignored her. She advised she would be back later. She did return....only walked 8 steps into the condo. However she did nothing and told us the sheets were in the laundry room (showed us a sheet in a plastic bag) and she did not have anything to clean the floor with or any clean sheets. She advised she was leaving to go be with her family. And left. We had to clean the sheets ourselves and sweep and mop ( the mop was in the laundry room. Hmmm wonder why she couldn't have used that one) so long story short. The place was a dirty, beyond dirty and they didn't seem to care. Sure they won't refund one of our days or the cleaning deposit. Oh yes we had to pay a cleaning deposit. Pretty sure they should pay us as we are the ones that CLEANED the place. Worst place ever. Worst management company ever. Sad that they only care about the $$$$ and not the people who pay the $$$. If you stay here be ready to clean. Have lots of pictures of the nasty condo.

DO NOT USE... Booked a condo back in March for a trip in July. Two weeks prior to the trip, after travel plans were made (including flights from across the country), we received an email saying they regret to inform us that they WILL NOT be honoring the booking. The rental company ensured us they would follow up their email with a phone call with more information which we have yet to receive a week later. All phone calls and emails have been ignored as of yet. They have been very disrespectful and unprofessional. I recommend finding a more reliable renting agency.

Travel and Football

Last year I stayed with my dog and a friend in January at West Beach Retreat: The place was plenty spacious and we enjoyed the convenience of the Coastal Express Shuttle to take us to area restaurants and local. The area was peaceful and quiet with great views of the lagoon. My dog felt right at home and I even let him swim in the lagoon before we went home! We will definitely try and enjoy this place again!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a week in this condo, Feb of 2016. Perfect for us. And the location? Ideal. You're right on the beach for walking/shelling, etc. And just a short distance from the beginning of the biking trails. Saw gators everyday…..

We loved the house and will return next year. The house was very clean, new carpets, even the windows were washed! We added to the number of glasses and other kitchen supplies.The master bed was so comfortable and, the uncluttered decor was a plus. Kerry was very helpful with helping us replace the Comcast HD box.

We stayed at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club for a week of vacation and baseball. We really enjoyed out stay except for the elevator never worked in building C...95% of our stay the elevator was out of order, which was fine until it was time to leave and then we had to drag all of our stuff to building A just to load up. I also think that we should have gotten a list of items that we needed to bring with us that the condo did not have.....dish detergent, hand soap, there was no cleaning supplies, no bed linens for the sleeper sofa, the pots and pans are so rusted that we couldn't used them nor would we want to use them, no toilet paper. I could have brought more from home instead of constantly running to the Dollar General if I would have been given a list of stuff to bring. But this is all minor things and it didn't really affect our stay. We will be using Laura's Vacation Rentals again for our next vacation and I wouldn't mind staying at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club again.......
