House was Beautiful! Kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need. Only complaints would be we were under the impression that one of the rooms had 2 full size beds in it, which it did not have. Some of the furniture was broken, the wheels on the ottoman kept falling off, and a couple of the chairs in the Kitchen were coming apart. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely rent here again!

The house was plenty big enough for our large family. The air conditioning kept up the whole time. We enjoyed the evenings sitting on the deck or under the home. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it wasn't very clean when we got there, but the company worked everything out for us greatly and in a timely manner! I had a hard time packing up and going home this morning!

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need. Great view from the balcony. Our family (4 adults and 4 kids) had a great time. We enjoyed the indoor pool and visited several of the outdoor pools. Used the outdoor grills to grill out. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious condo with views of the lagoon and Gulf and convenient to both. Well appointed kitchen, immaculately clean. Beds were quite comfortable and the setting was quiet. Only suggestion would be to consider having additional blankets as there are several beds and options for pull-out sofas--not enough blankets. Would certainly plan to stay there again!

This was a great house! There were five of us total. It had everything we needed. We cooked more than we went out. The walk to the beach was a short one and the beach is very nice. Complete with a Sea Turtle nesting area. The remodel turned out great. I booked based on the old pictures, so we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at Veranda Laguna! Everything was clean and orderly. The open atmosphere cannot be beat! We could see (and hear) the gulf while sitting on the front porch rocking chairs. The almost panoramic view out the many windows looking out at Little Lagoon was my favorite part. At night, we enjoyed the 65" OLED TV in the main room. Wow! What a picture it produces. We had free high-speed internet.....and when I say high-speed, I mean it is screaming fast! I wish my internet speed at home could be that fast. Veranda Laguna offers an ideal situation to our dog, Colby. We could let her outside into a secure, gated area and not have to worry about her running off. I look forward to renting Veranda Laguna again. It offers a very peaceful get-away at a bargain price. Thank you so much!

Very good and relaxing time with my daughter and two grandsons. The boys really enjoyed fishing in the pond. These villas are roomy quite and very nice. I will book again :) :) :)

This home was beautiful. The decor was on point. The photos posted clearly do the home no justice. The views of the gulf and the lagoon were perfect. On the back porch, you get the best of both worlds... sunrise and sunset. The gazebo on the dock is also another favorite for watching sunrise and sunset. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient. We loved the home and everything it had to offer. We highly recommend "Lost Shaker Of Salt" you wont be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and the area is very quiet and relaxing. The house was a perfect size for our family, too. We did, however, have some trouble parking our cars, as there was deep sand in front of the house and we were afraid of getting stuck. We think maybe it was due to some construction nearby. (possibly.) Other than that, we loved it and would definitely come back!

We had a good stay at blue cove. Things that needed attention were. Back door very hard to open, lower back deck rotten in a few places, upper shower dripped, deck rail broken, and rotten deck chair. None of this stuff really bothered us but we normally back pack and tent camp so for us it was no big deal. The location is very good. Easy acces to the beach and we had our kayaks on the back deck. If all the little thing were fixed it would be 4 stars

We made our stay at 3208 sand dollar lane a fantastic experience. We are 5 girlfriends from Canada on a get away to celebrate our 60th birthdays. One could not ask for a more beautiful location. Upon our arrival we were deflated by the condition of certain areas of the house. Outside house these large beautiful planters (with no plants just soil) had cigarette buts, beer cans, and other trash in them at entrance and at rear of house. Chairs around pool are old broken only 3 in working condition. Cushions for chairs in garage mildew and dirty some even torn. This being said Harris properties when contacted brought us new chairs the next day before noon, they also brought us hangers as there was only 1 in house for us five ladies. As stated in other reviews bedroom on main floor has no closet or dresser the sliding door doesn’t close even after repairman came to fix. Numerous lights in house burnt out. The deck is new, large beautiful, but grass weeds were growing up through deck, none of-these were trimmed. Pool in advertisement states it is heated we were informed by pool maintenance man it’s been broken for sometime Beautiful kitchen large nice appliances, yet all pots are Teflon pitted pealing and some were missing handles not safe for use. Blender broken. There is no information binder in house, reading previous reviews it has this great sound system we didn’t know existed. Something else you don’t find out till week before coming is they only supply “ starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll-of paper towel, one dish soap pack for dishwasher, and one trash bag”. Sorry but Circle 6 motel offers more. No salt pepper coffee filters sugar! We are seasoned travellers and have stayed in many vacation rentals that offer these simple amenities. This house is in need of a good cleaning and repair. For the price we payed to stay, it definitely was not worth it . Someone should be inspecting house prior to guests coming. Sweet Dream Baby is a spacious, comfortable house We love every moment on the ocean We would love to rent from Harris again but cant come down until February. If any houses or condos are available, we will definitely rent again. The house is well maintained and equipped

We recently stayed at This'll Do. The house wasn't cleaned properly from the previous guests. The living room furniture was dirty and stained. We had to cover them with sheets to have a place to sit. The kitchen table had a loose leg and leaned so we didn't use it. The carpets in bedrooms were dirty and stained. I called the office and left a message and emailed and they responed 2 days later offering to clean the areas the day before we left. That was unacceptable. Who wants to deal with wet carpet and furniture. These things should've been addressed before we checked in. The house has a fabulous location but the inside needs alot of work.

Our family vacation was really nice this year at Coastal Bliss! The Beach Club condos are nice and comfortable with a beautiful pool and easy beach access. The check-in process was all done online so no going to an office. We love the area and plan to return again. I recommend Beach Club to anyone who enjoys the resort-type stay. Very family friendly, too.

The place we stayed was fantastic. Recently renovated. That being said, we were locked out when neither of the door codes that we were given working. We were all stuck outside with a 4 month old baby and no car keys with rain on the horizon. We called the emergency number multiple times and left multiple messages, but we did not receive a call back for 5 hours and we were given a half apologetic reason for them not calling us back. We almost busted open a window to get back in the house. It's laughable to have a number to call for emergencies with a 5 hour reply time. I can't believe that their response to this was so poor. Renters and homeowners beware! What a way to loose a day of vacation to being locked out of the place you are paying for based on the rental company's incompetence.

great experience overall. on a scale of one to 10 I give it it a 9. the only issue was when I arrived the door code for the unit failed to work. when I called Harris Properties after hours emergency phone number no answer. tried 10 minutes later someone answered and provided an alternate code and it worked for the rest of the week. Unit 310 is needs a new mattress in the main bedroom. Location is right in the middle of all main routes and 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart. Nic e easy walk to the beach.

Overall we had a good stay at La Bella Plantation Palms. We did notice some things throughout our stay that need some attention in the unit. No coffee filters were provided, no plug was available for bathtub, no hair dryer was provided, the bedding in the master bedroom was dingy, the outdoor rug is very worn and could use replacement, the sliding door is difficult to operate and could use some work and lastly we realized late in our stay that the iron looked corroded and definitely wasn't usable. It definitely needs replacement.

It was a great place. The only thing that would had made it better is a pool. Although the beach is just across the street, the purple flag was out, (meaning beware of marine life aka jelly fish) so the kids had no place to be in the water. The furniture in the living room needs repair. You advertise that you had a grill. The grill was not in great shape. Needs to be replaced. It was nice and had lots of room.

This private beach home was perfect for our tribe of 10! The owners thought of every detail! The house was beautiful and very comfortable! Our favorite place to gather was the large deck with great deck furniture for all! The view from the front or back of the home offered an ocean view! We stayed at the Blue Pearl. Two families, 10 people and the house worked out perfect for fitting us all . We had some hiccups while there with the bed( fell apart as soon as someone sat on it ) and the cable but they were quick to come and fix those issues . The location was good and worked out perfect for what we were in town for and also to be able to enjoy the ocean. As the stay was great , a few things make it so I could only give 3 stars: 1. Even though someone came out not too long after I called about the bed falling apart . No one ever apologized for that happening or ask if anyone was hurt . 2. The floors near the doors are not safe , they have been ruined by water and need to be fixed before someone gets hurt . We told the staff and he said no one ever mentioned anything about the floors. 3. The yard is not kept up very well . I don’t know how much of the property is actually theirs but the kids went to go to the back of the house , they ended up coming back in because one got sharp picker burrs stuck in her feet and legs and there was garbage back there. 4. I did not receive a list of items we should bring or will have to purchase for the house ,ie; dish soap, garbage bags , toilet paper. 5. The kitchen needs to have more dish towels, washcloths and there are no potholders . 6. The living room furniture needs some TLC , the couch cushions need to be replaced and cleaned , along with the pillows . The chairs should be steam cleaned also. The cushions on the couch are non existent at this point . The rug hasn’t been shaken out at all because when I moved it to sweep on the other side , there was a pile of sand that just poured out of it. I took it outside and shook it and tried to get as much sand as I could out , but there was also glitter and little bugs that came out . Cleaning people should shake it out after every stay so that it doesn’t build up in there . 7. Master bath far sink faucet leaks and the master bed is so loud when you move around in it that I was scared it might break also . 8. Some of the doors were not aligned properly and they didn’t latch and close . I am leaving this Information in hopes that it is helpful and can make the next stay for someone even better. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our vacation even with the mishaps . The house allowed for us to have a good vacation and we will be trying to comeback . Thanks for the quick responses when we called . Thanks for allowing us to have this experience .

First of all Harris management was very pleasant to deal with while making my reservations. We stayed at Beach Bliss which was everything it was said to be. The house was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking tools. The washer and dryer worked and the laundry room was plenty big for hanging clothes. The bedrooms were nice and roomy and the beds were CLEAN and comfortable. The A.C. worked GREAT! The home was literally a short walk to the beach through the sand or the road. You could see and hear the ocean from the deck which was perfect for early morning coffee or sunset cocktails. It was a bit hot and sunny on the deck during the afternoon. The surrounding area/neighborhood was very quiet as were the beach. I would definitely recommend renting this home. AND.....it was pet friendly! A few things to critique.... The stairs going to the front door were pretty excessive so unloading the car was a bit challenging. The only other was in the house was around the back to the deck. Getting to those stairs were also challenging as you had to walk/hike through sand/shells and grassy plants. So basically getting into the home was a bit challenging every time. If your disabled, this homes entry is not accommodating. The faucet in the kitchen leaks onto the counter pretty excessively so I would highly suggest the management company fix this. It wasn't a game changer. I just suggest it be fixed soon. Also, remember to stop at the store on the way in because there was no toilet paper to start with. The coffee maker is a Keurig so if your not a Keurig drinker, bring a small maker of your own. The gas in the grill was empty so there was no grilling for us. I. Not sure if this is a responsibility of the renter or Harris..... Overall, this home was great!

RENTERS BEWARE! When you book through Harris Properties Management, beware! What they have pictured on VRBO/Homeaway and their website is NOT what you get when you arrive. We stayed at Costal Zen in Gulf Shores, AL, in May 2019. This was a family trip I had done plenty of planning for. Found a property that I thought was a great fit for our family. It offered all "adult" bedroom set ups as we are now all adults (and by that I mean no bunk beds, multiple beds in a room, etc.) Pictures on line were beautiful! We drive our 18 hours, open the doors, and find that the property is not at all as showed in pictures. Took me and my daughter over 2 hours to clean the kitchen and surrounding area walls enough to feel like I could stay there without being grossed out. Kitchen was a sticky, dirty, greasy mess. The range hood could not have been cleaned for at least 6 months. Splatter on walls from the last person's garbage mishaps. Sticky cabinet hardware, etc. Then we look into the living room. Stains on pretty much every piece of furniture in there. Bedrooms had stains on bedding. Carpets were stained. Inches of dust in many surfaces. Now we get to the pool. We rented a house with a pool because it's nice to come back from the beach and hang out before dinner at the pool! OMG! I have never been so disgusted! As my pictures show, the pool was green. The patio/pool area were moldy and paint was chipping everywhere. Again, not as Harris Properties Management shows in their pictures. I did not contact them while we were there because what's the use?! You are at their mercy. Where will you go? Will you get your $ back if you cancel at that point? So, I contacted them after we got home. Their offer "to make this right" was $200/off another stay with them. WHAT!!!???? I need my vacation to be perfect when I get there! That's why we call it "vacation." I think this offer was quite ridiculous! So, needless to say, I am posting a rather long, disappointing review. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! So sorry I didn't do more digging before I placed my rental with Harris Properties Management.

What a beautiful home!! I came here as the only adult with 4 kiddos. I LOVED it and so did my kids. Asked me if we could rent this place next year too. I said if u clean it up real nicely they might have us back! I extended our trip an extra night because we loved it so much. And the artwork here is so cool! Kiddos obviously didn’t notice that. Lol. Perfect Walking distance to the beach. You can sit on the front porch and listen to the waves hit the beach. Bunk beds are perfect for the kids. The only complaint was we had to purchase a lot of beach and kitchen supplies that we could have brought from home. Overall had a great time, will be back for sure!

Beautiful place with lots of room for a family to relax! Great beach access! Enjoyed the Blue Angels flying over two days in a row! Great Wifi and TV channels. There were some beach toys, board games, and tons of books. Comfortable beds and couch! The house was pretty well equipped for a family. If you plan to stay for a week you will need some basic household products such as hand soap, extra toilet paper, and detergent.They had a list of household rules one said ladies need their on wash cloth for removing makeup first time I have ever seen that and did not know that beforehand. The staff was friendly to work with when booking and making payments. They sent a person to change the AC filters one day that was new too. Fort Morgan had a 6 1/2 hr power outage one night we did not have candles or matches but we did find a couple of flashlights to use during the outage. There was a very large group (around 20) in the duplex next door drinking non stop who got loud a few times but that could happen almost anywhere. Overall a very nice place to vacation!

The good thing about this place is the location. It is right on the beach. We used google to try and locate the house. It took us to a location where there was no house. We drove around for an hour then spent another hour trying to reach someone with Harris Properties. We were placed on hold and hung up on twice after calling the "Emergency number". Understandably we were panicking thinking we weren't going to have some place for our family to stay. We finally did reach someone who gave us directions to the house. He was incredibly helpful and patient and gave us a direct line to call him if we had questions. Mattresses were either old or cheap and were terribly uncomfortable. It was noted in an earlier review that there is no hot water in the master bathroom, which is still the case. I also can't figure put how this property sleeps 11, which we only had 6 so that didn't affect us. We will stay at this beach again, but would not rent this home again. It cost entirely too much to spend a week not sleeping comfortably.

Our stay at Sweet Dreams Baby was an awesome experience! The beach front house is very homey, it is furnished with just about everything you need. When it rained we still sat out in the screened in porch and listened to the waves. I would highly recommend staying at Harris Properties ( sweet dreams baby). Awesome time!!

We stayed in Bay Dreamin' last week and loved it. Its a beautiful home on the bay. It's quiet and secluded. The sunsets were incredible. The guys enjoyed fishing from the private dock, while us girls enjoyed the screened in porch and watching for dolphins in the bay. The house was very nice and comfortable. We would stay here again in a minute. It was hard to leave and go back to reality!

We absolutely loved staying at "Alabama Dreamin "! We have already scheduled to stay there again next year. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It has a covered deck so you can still enjoy the beach if it's raining, but also has a uncovered deck right beside it to enjoy the beautiful weather. 50 Shades Of Gray is a very nice, clean, well maintained, and so importantly, a really comfortable house. After climbing the steps to get in, it was so nice to have everything on one level. The steps are a little steep and might be a problem for some, but not for us seniors. The bedrooms were plenty spacious, and all had nice closets. Plenty of room for all of our things. The front deck is a great feature with comfortable furniture. We spent lots of time there reading, talking, and enjoying the fabulous view of the Gulf. The house is on the main road, so maybe something to consider if you have small children. This is the house we hope to rent again if we should have another Gulf Shores vacation. We had a fabulous time...and the food.....oh my goodness!

We stayed at Coastal Zen in the Laguna Key neighborhood of Gulf Shores the week of Christmas and had a great time. The house is very clean, modern and well appointed. Newer appliances, a smart TV, whole house sound, all the kitchen gadgets and dishes you could want, and much more make this place as comfortable as home. Harris was very responsive to all our requests. We will definitely consider staying with Harris at Coastal Zen on our next trip!

We stayed at Barefoot in Fort Morgan with our entire family. There was 14 of us from ages 2-75. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed using the pool and that is was directly out the back door. We loved every minute of staying there!!!

Great location!! Short walk to beach and the bay. If it had been warmer during our stay the kids would have used the private pier much more. House had great floor plan and plenty of room for our family of 4. Decks were great and the kitchen well equipped. The only thing missing (I'm not sure if it was listed in description) was a hair dryer, be sure to take your own! Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

While we loved the house, the layout, the proximity to the beach, the labels on the cabinet doors and light switches we were very unhappy with the filthy carpet and the pee smell when we walked in. One of the things that drew us to the house were the huge windows all across the front with a magnificent view but we could barely see it because the windows were really dirty.My husband finally tried to wipe them down so we could enjoy it more. We would rent this house again if those two things were addressed.

This was our first visit to Fort Morgan. We stayed at Catalina last week & celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there. Our adult son & grand puppy came with us. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. We would definitely stay at Catalina again.

The house faxo’s retreat was in awful condition. Cockroaches were falling from the ceiling and crawling all over. Tons of dust, a filthy air vent, dog door that has no cover, and bugs and mold throughout the house. After calling Brian Harris, he told us that after walking the house it was “clean and in good condition” and is only giving us 5% of our money back. We called months before check in and was assured the house was in near perfect condition. I would not recommend this company for any rental considering this is how they do business.

Harris Properties was fantastic! This is a beautiful unit at the Beach Club in Fort Morgan, AL. It had everything we needed for our stay. This corner unit offered a wrap around balcony with fabulous views. The balcony furniture was perfect, as it was all "high" and we were able to see over the railing. Harris Properties offered the best customer service and I knew I could call on them if I needed to. We will continue to use Harris Properties for all of our vacation needs! Stop wondering and call them now! You won't regret it : )

Fantastic location right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Both showers were tiny, so it was very difficult for my wife and I to shower, particularly since we both have knee problems.

Our stay at On Eagles Wings beach home in Fort Morgan was a wonderful experience. This home is literally 100 yards from the ocean. The view was amazing. It is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the real world. The home was clean and the perfect layout for a family vacation. Harris Properties was wonderful to work with. They are thorough with instructions and leave nothing for you to guess about. We look forward to renting this home again next year!

We stayed at Isle call. February 19th thru the 25th. A great location, we loved that the table could fit all 8 adults and more. Plenty of seating in Living room as well. The mattress in bedrooms do need replacing. It was very easy to work with Harris property management. They were pleasant to work with.

We did enjoy our stay but a few things could have been better. The lighting in all rooms was horrible they only had a lamp, they didn’t have anything like dish towels for the kitchen, the wall blow dryer didn’t work, the main trash can was tiny and broken, and we had sand all over the place when arriving we had to vacuum ourselves. We loved the food truck and ice machine available. They had a snow cones at the pool but were only open 2 days while we were there. The pools are nice and relaxing, the beach was big and clean. Would go back to resort but maybe a different room.

Little piece of heaven, Shore Nuff!!! Perfect for a family getaway or 2 to 3 couples just trying to get away. The beach is a few steps away... the private pool helps break up the days and afternoons at the beach!!!! Our children loved splitting the time between the two!!! House is in immaculate shape...beach decor throughout! Restaurants are 10 minutes on both sides... or drive 20-25 minutes to orange beach for something different. We WILL be back!!!! With this being our very first family vacation, Harris Property definitely was everything we had hoped for. The condo was very nice and clean, had all the kitchen supplies u need, and we loved sitting out on the patio. I was hesitant to get a ground level condo because of the view, but this did not disappoint. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend this condo. Also, Sassy Bass restaurant at the resort was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back.

We booked this property for us and our bridal party to stay in, and had our wedding on the beach, which is footsteps from the back steps. The huge screened in back porch over looking the ocean was unbelievably refreshing. The house was big, spacious yet cozy, and easy to sweep up sand! Highly recommend!!

Overall loved it. View was amazing. Beach was perfect as usual. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything in the kitchen was clean. Elevators(& # of carts upon check in) were never an issue, beds were so comfy. Decor was great..not too much everywhere to worry about with a baby and kids. Our 9 and 7yr old boys enjoyed this place a lot and having their own bunk beds were a bonus. Plenty of space for everyone. The only negatives I would have to say are the dirty floors and dirty rugs. When you have an 8 month old clean floors are pretty important.. and to be able to sweep throughout the day with crumbs and sand... The broom and vacuum were sad. Overall though we had a great stay!

We have just returned from our vacation in Fort Morgan where we stayed at the Harris Property Wall Street. I actually hate to say this because now everyone will be booking this spot but in the 15 years we have been coming to this area this has been the BEST place ever!! It was true to its advertising in saying this house was the closest to the beach it was right on the beach and we saw dolphins every day and got to watch the Blue Angels perform right over our heads!! We knew from the moment we walked in the door that this house was special. It allowed our 2 dogs to vacation with us, it had everything we needed to make ourselves at home, and the place was immaculate!! Furthermore, we had just a small issue with the master bedroom T.V. and the maintenance attendant was there immediately and when he saw it was a cable issue he arranged for the cable service to take care of us. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and we could not have been more pleased! This will definitely be our vacation destination from now on and we thank everyone at Harris Properties for letting us enjoy this wonderful beach house!! We had an awesome time at 50 Shades of Blue!!!! When we arrived everything was so nice and clean! So bright and inviting! We loved being able to sit out on the front porch in the mornings and evenings drinking coffee with the breeze blowing gently across our face and watching the waves in front of us. So peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need! Also there is a washer and dryer for convenience, and they also supply towels and wash cloth for showers (Bring your own beach towel). I think the only thing I could find wrong at all was that the coffee pot wasn't clean on the inside, but that was a quick fix. The beach was just across the street and only a short walk to the entrance. All in all, this was a great vacation!!! We will definitely be back again!!!

Overall the house and location are great! The view really couldn’t be any better. The only complaints that we have is #1 the stove needs an upgrade to a full vs the apartment size. We had difficulties getting the pizza pan to fit. #2 there isn’t a remote for the tv in the living area. I don’t know if there ever was one but we debated buying a universal and just bringing it home with us. Other than those two things we were pleased with our decision to stay here

Stayed at the Catalina, Fort Morgan, AL The stay was great. Beach is not crowded and plenty of room in the house for the five of us. House is clean and everything worked well. Disk player is a little trick without a remote but so what. One issue though is the deck boards on both decks need to be upgraded/repaired. Not all of it is bad but some of it need to be worked on. We went out to eat a few time but for the most part bought fresh shrimp and fish and grilled it on the deck. We all enjoyed it. Not enough can be said about the location and being right on the beach. Beach Music has a great open floor plan. There is not much room in the bedrooms or bathrooms, but it served us great. I have rented from Harris Properties many time in the past and always had wonderful service. My sister in law accidentally locked us out while we were at the beach. First off, I can't say enough good things about the people with Harris Properties Management. From beginning to end, they were very courteous and helpful with addressing some issues we encountered. We stayed in the Blue Cove unit and found it needs a little TLC. Light bulbs were blown throughout (patio, living room and the downstairs shower), the oven door handle was hanging by one screw, the upstairs floors squeaked really bad and the laundry room has 2 sets of stack washers and dryers. The non-functional stack was blocking entry to the breaker box which we needed to access when the downstairs power went out. None of these are dealbreakers nor are they the fault of the property management firm. They are simply items the owner should take care of before allowing the property to be rented out. All in all we had a good vacation and would recommend contacting Harris Properties Management when shopping for rental homes.

Saint Villa is the perfect spot!! Its not only steps from the Gulf and pool but the house is set up perfectly for everyone to enjoy themselves. Easy walk or golf cart ride for grandparents to the Beautiful white sand beach or pool, big open concept den, kitchen dining area so everyone can be together. Younger kids can bicycle the gated small streets and be seen from the porches on both sides of the house. LOTS of private rooms are perfectly tucked away from large family area so you can escape to your own spot if needed. Very contemporary design but also feels beachy and comfortable!!! Relaxing and easy!!! Saint Villa is our top place to stay when coming to Gulf Shores. Just wish I lived there

We truly enjoyed the stay at Divided by 4 property. 10 of us stay for 7 nights. Comfortable beds, atmosphere & clean. The pictures online, are when it was a much newer property. A couple of complaints.... The property just screams go barefoot. ALL of the Decks "Inside and Out" really need to be replaced due to Nails sticking up, and boards that are lifting away from the deck. I had to use a rock to hammer the nails down. Only lasted a day or so, then had to do it again. Covered deck was very soft in spots. We had a couple of us stump our toes and get poked by nails. The Dishwasher didn't work at all. However Harris Properties was able to get a service man by to confirm, that yes it didn't work. We will book again.

My family rented Blue Parrot #3 and # 7. We had a great experience! Everything was perfect. Just as described. We had one issue with the AC. I called after hours and they came and resolved the issue within 2 hours! Perfect service. Very clean. I would recommend this property.

The property was amazing. There were 4 people in our group which included a four year old and a teenager, there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything we could need and more was available in the place. The door and gate code was great, we didn’t have to worry with keys. We enjoyed the games and of course the fabulous view from the balcony. Since we were close to Fort Morgan we went and explored and learned about the fort. We visited Alligator Alley and the zoo and would recommend both. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes, a little longer with the 4 year old but he walked it. We would definitely love to come again for a longer period of time.

We loved our stay in the Gulf Shores area. We stayed at a beach house called "A Lazy Lagoon" which was lovely. The accommodations were spacious and had many thoughtful and convenient touches. The location was removed from the busier parts of the city with plenty of privacy. And we had our choice of calm lagoon waters immediately behind us or scenic Gulf beach right across the road. Our family loved it and plan to return again soon!

We had a great week. House was huge with a bathroom for every bedroom. It was clean and well stocked with what we needed for preparing meals. Short walk to beach. Had a few glitches (clogged toilet, no sheets for couch pullout), but Harris Properties handled everything quickly and courteously. Beach was not crowded and water was clear. Harris Properties and Management were awesome! Lanetta answered my many questions and was kind and patient in the process. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the condition of the condo. It needs updates. The paint was worn and dinged and numerous light bulbs were out, the weird kind. I bought new batteries and replaced in the remotes. The stove vent didn’t work. The furniture had holes and spots, Roman shade in master was ripped and torn and a cushion seat came off of the dining chairs. My grandson fell off! As my husband said, “for the money you expect the place to be in better condition.” We love GS but not sure we liked that condo.

I lost the email on my phone, called and left 2 messages with Harris properties, and have still yet to hear back from Harris properties. Luckily I searched the email on my phone and found. Otherwise I would still be locked out of my condo.

Basic necessities supplied, had some maintenance issues but Harris Properties was very responsive in coming out to fix most of them. Had some wear, but overall we had as comfortable stay. Would suggest a scrubby pad and dish towels in the kitchen. Bring your own spices and ziplocs/ food storage containers. The livingroom sofa has springs sticking up which make it not too comfortable. Suggest bringing a few extras pillows from home. Would be nice to have a grill outside. Also, the DVD player didn't work. We stayed in Summer of 42.

The positives: beachfront, location and beachfront pool. The negatives: dated, although the floors were updated. The balcony door was filthy, the ceiling fans had dust hanging from them, so much that we were afraid to turn them on, two of the dining table chairs were broken (one had clear tape around the legs to hold it together), there was no dish cloth in the kitchen, no broom that we could find, one bedroom closet was stuffed so full that there was no room to hang your clothes or put shoes, etc, master bedroom had no hangers in it's closet, had trouble getting a couple of the TV's working, internet was very slow, few pieces of cookware which was worn looking and scratched, only a couple of serving bowls, not enough for a unit that accommodates up to 12-14. There were plenty of plates and bowls though. Not enough small forks. Needs a small trash can in laundry closet to put lint from dryer filter. We had a 3 yr old and 8 month old crawler. The floor was not properly cleaned because on the first two days, we had to remove clumps of hair from their feet and the baby's hands. If the unit was updated in the kitchen and the downstairs and upstairs bathroom, had dining table chairs you weren't afraid to sit on and cleaned properly, we would make this our regular vacation stay.

The house we stayed at ( Footprints In The Sand) was very nice and working with the staff at Harris Properties was always a breeze. The home was well kept and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was a quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. The neighbors are full time residents, and trash was always blowing into our area from their home. They also have dogs that bark non stop if you are outside. It was impossible to relax or spend anytime outside because of this, but that is out of the control of Harris Properties. We will be using Harris Properties again, but would not choose this home only because of the neighbors. :( Everything else was absolutely wonderful and the home was exactly as described.

This was the worst property rental I have ever seen! There are inches of dust covering everything and a doggie door that does not close to keep bugs and animals out. The rental had cockroaches everywhere! There is overgrown landscaping that prohibits anyone from comfortably navigating the property and eliminates any sort of view! And according to the manager Brian, “the property is in good condition”. I would not recommend anyone stay here! Any sane individual would think it is absolutely gross let alone individuals with allergies! And they will not refund your money after they were told how terrible the conditions are! Shame on you Harris Properties! NOBODY STAY HERE!

Great house, only reason not getting a 5 star rating, is because the decks & stairs need some repairs. It was a short walk to the beach, about 5 min or you can drive a golf cart (if you bring one) or drive to the parking lot right on the beach. FYI the bedroom with the bunks has no closet(not a big deal) & thank goodness the ladders on the bunks are removable(we were traveling with a toddler who was fascinated with them). If you intent to block the stairs on the deck facing the beach, bring 2 gates & zip ties, glad we thought ahead on that. Steps are a little uneven so be careful. We had a wonderful time the house was clean & furnished beautifully .

The Tetherdown house inside was very nice, the next door neighbors are extremely nice. The grounds where not well kept could have been mowed and trimmed and the fishing dock/pier is in need of GREAT repair. It is unsafe and very dangerous I was even told via email it was repaired and ready to use prior to us coming down. All in all yes we enjoyed our stay however the huge wound on my leg from falling thru the fishing dock/pier kind of dampened me experience..Thank you Brian for the phone call today asking about my leg, I have improved my rating to 5 star wish I could do 6. You have no idea how good it felt to get that call, I will for sure use Harris properties again if I visit the gulf coast area and will tell all I know.

The house didn’t make or break our stay either way. Overall Somewhere in Time 2 was clean and had plenty of space, I will say the beds aren’t the best by any means and I would recommend bringing pillows. I will also recommend not arriving a minute before your check in time cause the electronic lock will not open before. There wasn’t a large trash can to use but there were 2 full ones in front of Somewhere in time so I assume 1 belonged to Somewhere in time 2. They weren’t emptied before or during our stay so it was slightly inconvenient but no big deal. We would definitely stay again.

Staying in one of Harris' Gulf shores properties as I write this. Subject line here can just be-- out for the money. We chose this place over other more affordable options due to the fact that it has pool, bay and near beach. We arrive & pool is under renovations & closed. Nobody even let us know. It is a huge let down to this family of five & we had expressed that a pool was a must for us. On top of that, after we left a voicemail they just did not bother to return our call. We are on our first full day of vacation watching a pool below us being repaired. We WILL NOT rent through Harris again. Treat families that spend their hard earned vacation money better!!!!

50 Shades of Blue is a wonderful house right across the street from the beach! My family and I had never been to Gulf Shores and we totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and big enough for the 5 of us and our dog Daisy loved sunbathing on the front porch. We were far enough away from the crowds but everything we needed was just a few blocks away. There were 3 families (13 total) that stayed in Bees Knees on Fort Morgan. The house was perfect for our group. The 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms were priceless. The grand living space was big enough that we stayed up late laughing and telling tales on each other, while the kids played cards on the round coffee table. The kitchen was spacious and the bar held the kids while the adults sat at the table. We found enough pans and utensils to cook breakfast without any problems. We appreciate that there were 2 coffee pots (one drip, the other a Keurig), because we drank a lot of coffee. The short walk to the pool and beach was no problem at all. The house is beautiful and our group is ready to come back, if I say "go". Thank you so much for sharing your home.

They notified me of a needed repair prior to My arrival and aske if they could fix it that day. The repairman was very courteous and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. They checked back with us to see if anything else was needed. They also allowed us a late check out!

The room and furniture were a bit worn and stained in need of some repairs, but when we spoke with other folks staying there they said some rooms were really nice and others were like ours. We loved being right on the beach and had a wonderful time. The house that we rented was very clean. It did not, however, live up to our expectations. When we checked in to our rental, the electronic lock did not work. We called the office and were given a temporary code so that we could enter the house. The dishwasher didn’t work, the sink faucet in either bathroom sprayed water, the left rear burner on the stove didn’t heat, the driveway needs to be shoveled/plowed out as the sand was over a foot deep and we did get stuck momentarily, the kitchen light was burned out, there were no attachments for the vacuum in order to clean sand off the furniture, etc., the back porch light was broken, and the front porch light fixture was also broken. We did report these issues, and Harris Properties responded very quickly and repairs were made in a timely fashion.

Everything was nice just as pictured. We stayed for a week for Christmas on the beach with our family of 3 plus our golden doodle. Had enough room for the entire family, kitchen was fully loaded and we were able to cook each day plus our Christmas Dinner with friends! We originally picked this unit because we had 4 adults, 2 teens, 4 young children, and a dog. We had to call Harris properties in order to verify we could have two extra children, but they were incredibly accommodating and allowed them without any hassle. The two teens slept on the twins beds, the adults slept in the king and queen rooms, the children slept on the pull out, and one on the love seat (which was quite large). If you enjoy a relaxing, simple environment, and history, Fort Morgan is a great place. It is far less stressful than the Orange Beach traffic, crowds, noise, and solicitors. I would suggest buying groceries once you arrive in Orange Beach or Foley before heading to Fort Morgan as there aren’t any larger stores that carry everything you need for a week stay. The house is quaint, but very peaceful. My only two suggestions would be: 1. Replace the washing machine. We turned it on once to wash 2 beach towels, but the machine sounded awful as soon as It was turned on. Instead we turned off the machine and opted to hang the towels from the balcony to air dried instead, which worked just fine. 2. The house was generally clean. But not the kind of clean you come to expect from a hotel. The linens were good, kitchen was good, but the floors weren’t very clean and the bathrooms were so so. I wouldn’t call it bad by any means, but they could definitely find a better cleaning service. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would suggest it to others.

We stay at The Beach Club each year and Lil' Bit A Paradise was the best condo to-date. Loved the layout and spaciousness! We gladly sacrificed the traditional 3rd bathroom for the double bunk beds. The balcony was awesome! Only issue was garbage disposal did not have a screen which was alarming every time I turned it on.

We just had a wonderful week at Somewhere in Time 1 and 2. Our age group was 3 months to 74. Houses were roomy and very clean. Basic houses but well equipped and beautiful beaches are steps from your deck. Dolphins were seen every morning. We will be back!

It was nice but could use some updates for sure. Door code only worked first day. We called and the staff was nice. Said they would text new code. Almost two hours later I called back and I guess the rep forgot so new rep texted me right away. Worked the rest of the trip. Enough pots/pans and dishes anyone should need. It rained pretty hard one afternoon and door facing the beach was leaking pretty good from the seal. I called let them know and put a bowl down to catch the water until it stopped. They offered to send someone right out but probably needs some patching some where and I just wanted them to know for after we left. Bring you own pillows and towels. Not enough if staying very long. Washer and dryer was small but got the job done. Disappointed no TV in down stairs bedroom and the bedroom sliding door to go on small balcony was taped on one side so couldn’t open and we surely didn’t remove the tape. It was peaceful and we enjoyed ourselves. All in all would recommend but the owners need to update a few things

The stay was a nice for us. We had a total of 4 adults in our party, with 2 dogs. The house was comfortable for our number. If little kids or 2 more adults had been with us, it would have been tight with everyone here if we had to stay inside due to weather. To sit and watch a T. V. of the evening was a little uncomfortable due to the large couch is a bit broken down as far as no support when we sat on it in the setting area. We had to use the couch pillows under our butt to give support. But for allowing dogs in the house, I understand why the owners would not want to put a new(er) couch in the unit. The king bed I thought was very comfortable. A/C unit worked great. The fenced in pool area is great. It would be nice if the balcony was screened, but again with dogs being allowed I can understand why it isn't. I would stay here again. It was nice to be able to walk the dogs on a secondary road and feel safe, even at evening time.

We had a great time, the décor was really cute and looked like the den furniture had been updated. Only draw backs where, there wasn't a grill and the drive is full of sand that if you aren't in a 4 wheel drive vehicle you will get stuck. Harris Properties were great to work with and we will use them again!!!!

The location is excellent, the setting beautiful and the setup was perfect for us. The house could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning. Some attention to detail also--for instance, you cannot open the dishwasher all of the way--the door hits the refrigerator. Also, they provide a gas grill, but not the gas? That was disappointing and a first. All of our travels, that has never happened. Also, you might want to bring your own bath towels. They are pretty stingy with them. We asked for more, but they never arrived. The location and the views more than made up for the inconveniences.

We love Harris Properties they have a very friendly staff and they make planning our annual family trip a breeze. Everything was great except one of the chairs was broken in the dinning room but other than that we enjoyed ourselves and look forward to next year.

1. The location is about 90 minutes from Mobile Regional Airport. Be prepared for that if you are unfamiliar with the layout of the area. However, the town of Gulf Shores is about 15 minutes drive and has everything you could need. 2. The Beach Club is a nice place. However, we went off season and did not get to experience a few things that were advertised for the summer - live music/food trucks each night. Additionally, there was a decent amount of construction on all 4 condo buildings. Some of which was a minor nuisance, but some was quite intrusive to the peace and serenity of a vacation (heavy machinery grinding metal for hours mid day.) This happened a few days of the 8 we stayed. 2a. Village is a drive from the clubhouse. It is not in walking distance. A tram runs from the clubhouse every 15 minutes, but I never once saw it. In the village guest services, the Hideaway Restaurant, and the Creamery/gift shop. The Hideaway was a typical bar/grill with bar games. We have a few pizzas, which were good. Somewhat expensive, but expected at the beach. The creamery closed at 5pm, which seemed illogical. Why have a creamery so far displaced from the population of the resort, and then close at 5 pm? RECOMMENDATION: Move the creamery to the pool area/clubhouse, add sweet treats like any beach candy shop (re: the Candymaker in Destin, FL) and increase revenue 1000x. 2b. The kids' playground is in walking distance. It is quite nice and has the white sand as its base. Unfortunately, there is little shade and my children and I got eaten alive by sand flies (noseeums). We stopped going there after day 2. 2c. The clubhouse opens at 7am and did not offer complimentary muffins for breakfast as advertised, but the coffee was good. Upstairs is coast restaurant, which we ate at twice. The first time was just two adults, ordered 1 meal and dessert, and it took almost an hour to get our food. We wrote it off as an outlier and returned with the group, with reservations at opening time. It still took 45 minutes to get food due to a printer error. I had to send my order back because half of it was not cooked. The dinner was quite an ordeal and they discounted our check 25% with free appetizer. As a plus, the food was exquisite, and I would return. 2d. The pools were great. The clubhouse pool is large, calm even on windy days, and adjacent to the grill/bar. I had sushi once for lunch which was good. There is a heated indoor pool as well which is quite nice also, but very loud. Every sound echoed. 2e. Each building had it's own pool, courtyard, and bench swings overlooking the gulf. Serene. 3. The room. Mostly quite nice. However, it did have a stacked washer dryer in a small closet which was very loud. The stove top was electric. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was excellent. The beds/room layout was perfect for our family. Our host was extremely easy to work with, kind, and generous. Bristol 207. I would return in a heartbeat. 4. The beach. Most excellent. Off season, not many other visitors, mostly calm waters. Beautiful water and sand. However...we did have 2 Portuguese Man of Wars wash up on the beach right in front of us. Additionally, it seems completely acceptable to fish on the beaches, which is ridiculous. My 5 year old found a 2-inch serrated fish hook in the sand while wading out in the water to look for seashells. RECOMMENDATION: Disallow fishing on the swimming beaches. It is a hazard. Overall: The best beach vacation we have been on due to a) late off-season timing; b) gracious host and superb condo; c) beautiful location; and d) emphasis on family/children activities by the Beach Club.

We had a great family vacation and the Lost Shaker of Salt was perfect for our group of 11. We loved being away from the traffic and busy area, yet close enough that we could be there in 5 minutes when we wanted to. Our young grandchildren enjoyed both the beach and the lagoon so that is a bonus of this house! Our son-in-law says to give you a 5-star rating merely on the fact that he was able to watch ANY Simpsons episode he wanted, whenever he wanted, so there's that! The only improvement would be a working grill, but we understand the challenge of keeping grills functional in a beach location. We would definitely consider this house again in the future.

We had a great stay at Blue Eagle. We had another couple with us and we had plenty of room. Everything was clean. The view of the bay was wonderful. It was easy access to to the beach. We have stayed in Ft Morgan and Gulf Shores for years. We have worked with many reality companies. But we liked working with Harris the most. We received detailed reminders before leaving making sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived a sweet lady met us to check on the house to make sure everything was working. We just felt like Harris really takes care of their properties and the families that come for vacation. We diffinantly will go through Harris from now on.

We really liked the beach house and our stay. There are a few minor improvements that should be made to the house that would make it a ultimate stay. The dryer does not dry the clothes well at all, we had to lay our clothes outside to dry. The floors in the main bathroom are bowed up and dangerous, and some of the deck boards should be replaced. The pillows were dirty, and the bedrooms needed more blankets. Maybe more privacy fencing or sign stating no public beach access is needed as we had numerous people crossing the street and walking underneath our house to use the beach. Other than these minor issues we had a great time and would be back.

Stayed in Fountain of Youth in April. Bath fixture changes are very much needed. Also, simple maintenance checks should be done-within 5 minutes of our arrival the ceiling fan fell off the ceiling while running. A septic pump failed while we were there and old one remained at the base of our steps for the remainder of the week. Certain details need polishing-thankfully the weather was nice and we were at the beach most of the time. Great place for the dogs. We'd give Harris Properties another go, maybe a different home. Fort Morgan is the preferred spot for sure.

We enjoyed our stay the house was everything it said it was online! Beautiful views fully stocked kitchen very comfortable! Only complaint was toilet all flush slow and in order to get it completely flushed it takes two to three times of flushing. On stove big burner doesn’t work but we had an amazing time and are already thinking of booking again for next year❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful condo, and a beautiful week. This was our son's girlfriend first trip to the beach. So, it was memorable to watch her experience all the first, like seeing the dolphins in the river, to finding shells and a mermaids purse on the beach. Thank you Tracy Martin

I was excited to come to the Gulf. I had never seen the ocean and was ready to. I was under the impression by the way the house is listed that it was ON the beach. It is not. My mother who is 80 ,was excited to come as well. It was her first trip to the ocean too. Even though it was a short walk to the beach, it was too much for her. It would have been easier in our situation if it had been as it was listed. My husband's would drive her to the boardwalk,take the car back to the house walk to the beach. Then when we were ready to go back, he would walk to get the car to pick her up.The house was really nice. It was clean and the beds slept good. The kitchen could have used dishwashing rags and an extra drying towels. All in all it was a great first visit to the ocean. For myself the walk was fine and I am planning to come back.

Paws and Relax Love Love Love this home!!! Gulf & Bay views and literally just a 4 home walk to the beach. The home is immaculate and had everything we needed to prepare meals and includes a washer and dryer. The 2 master suites worked great for us traveling as 2 couples. I am re-booking this home for next year!!!!

My family had a wonderful time at Bristol 207. The room was well equipped, except the ice maker in the refrigerator, but that didn't keep us for enjoying our trip. Also was surprised to find all the beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards, etc. in the storeroom for B207 for our use during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Parrot #7 It was clean and spacious enough for three families (13 people). Bedrooms were large and comfortable, Kitchen was fully loaded, pool was clean and well kept, steps from the ocean!! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon!!!

Sunset place was a wonderful stay. The view and proximity to the beach was hands down the top feature of this place. Nice big kitchen with lots of kitchen necessities, though I think next time they could provide hand dish soap and a clean sponge (not everything can go in the dishwasher!). The beds were comfortable and the linens were fine. Lots of games and beach toys for fun. Would stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at the BonaVita house. We had 4 families(16 people total) and the house accomated our group very well. We loved the open floor plan where we could all be together most of the time. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. With just a very short drive, or 8 minute walk, we were on the beach! The pool and beach were both beautiful as well. We would highly recommend this house and are already looking forward to our next trip down.

The place was nice overall. The only down fall is that there wasn’t any extra covers in the house and the floors weren’t clean at all. My feet would instantly turn black after getting out of the shower. The beach was convenient to get to though so that was nice.

We stayed in Somewhere in time 1 the week before Thanksgiving. The house was both comfortable and well equipped. The ocean view, birds, dolphins, beautiful sunrises and sunsets made our "snow bird" visit an experience to remember. We highly recommend Somewhere In Time 1.
