Very rude, unprofessional business. They do not respond to questions by email at all and phones are answered by answering service, resulting in no returned calls. I finally found a beach house in Fort Morgan and booked iit via their website. They charge a 4% fee to use CC. I got an email saying a booking agent would be in touch. 5 days later I received a short curt email stating the beach house was unavailable. Nothing else was said or offered. I actually am considering this to be a blessing since I've researched their business. Many bad reviews and even a negative complaint with the BBB. Google the reviews on this company, take my bad experience and form your own opinion.

BEWARE!!! We were interested in renting Wave Link East from Ft. Morgan Realty and were quoted $3,402.60 for the weekly rental from their website. We promptly sent in our deposit for the week we wanted to reserve. A week later we received a rental contract for $7637.30 for the property on the week we had submitted. We called Ft. Morgan Realty and were told that the rental price on the property we had put a down payment on was wrong and that they had other properties for $3500 to $4000 price range. I remember that practice as being called a "Bait and Switch" technique in deceptive advertising. The company offers a bargain on a property and then switches you to a lesser valued property or demands more for the one you selected. After calling to cancel our reservation, they have called again a month after cancellation asking for the a deposit on the property again. I don't know what game they're playing or if they are just that inefficient. Needless to say when we canceled we immediately and went with Meyer Realty, a trusted realtor we have used before on a comparably priced property in the $3500 - $4000 range with a pool. BEWARE!!!

The Fort Morgan Realty staff was extremely helpful, thorough & kind. A true reflection of genuine Southern Hospitality! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the Escapades. The house had ALL the luxury amenities you could ask for and MORE! It rained the first few days we were there and it didn't matter. The house was so unbelievable we enjoyed the rain (in the house). We have stayed in A LOT of beach houses over the years but, never one so nice, clean and well equipped. By choosing Fort Morgan Realty, you can expect your stay/vacation to be a dream! MANY THANKS TO FORT MORGAN REALTY!

Another wonderful vacation using Fort Morgan Realty. Just left Pelican Roost, June 4-10 2017. Beautiful view of the Gulf while sitting on our deck. House was very clean and perfect for us. Sitting on the covered deck watching the waves, dolphins, boats, walking the beach. Very quiet area away from traffic and condos. Thank you Fort Morgan Realty for another great vacation. See you next year !

I have rented several times from Ft Morgan Realty. I recently came down Oct 2016) for vacation with the kids and the beach rental was very ran down, sub par and not safe for the kids. I notified the office and they had Susan call me back. After explaining to her my extreme concerns of this property she offered to try to find me another location to stay in. (The week I was down they had 90% occupancy so I wasn't holding my breath) She put my family in another property that was above and beyond what I expected. She honored the rental fee from the original unit. Fort Morgan Realty made our family vacation a fun and relaxing time. I will return next year!! Thanks again Susan! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Update: About two weeks after our trip, the company did refund us for half of our trip cost. It took a few phone calls but they came through. That was appreciated. I moved my review from 1 to 3 stars. We just spent Labor Day 2016 weekend with Fort Morgan Realty. Please DO NOT use this company. We were 5 moms with 5 two year olds. We rented a six bedroom home (Beachside East). We had NO running water. We also had no internet and our home was very dirty/musty. It felt like the place had been closed up and unused for months. However, compared to a lack of water this felt trivial. We immediately informed the company. They responded within an hour and offered us a smaller unit that had not been cleaned (literal food on the floor and unmade beds) from previous occupants. The second offer was a unit that had a broken air conditioner. We were promised that something would be fixed to help remedy the situation. We kept calling and calling. Nothing happened. So we spent our first night in a moldy home with no water and no internet with 5 two year olds. They finally cleaned the smaller unit and we moved into it the next morning. We were given no direct numbers for follow up. It was a horrible unprofessional experience. Look elsewhere!!!!

We stayed one week in Wild Oats and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff greeted us and made us feel right at home, offered a map to the property and had the AC on for even more added comfort when we got into the beach house. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and southern hospitality.

Very disappointed with the condition of the properties we’ve stayed in three years in a row. Last year we stayed in a place that had a broken ac unit most of the week. After having to call multiple times they finally got it fixed, but the week was nearly over! The bathroom showers were moldy and had broken handles on the shower faucet. I had to get a pair of channel locks to turn the shower on and off. We were never offered any discount or voucher for all the problems we had! We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and booked with them again this year. Although much better than last year, because this time we have ac, there are still problems we’ve encountered. The internet connection in our unit has not worked the entire week. We have called multiple times and they have sent people out, and it still doesn’t work! We payed a lot of money for our vacation and unfortunately I still have to keep up on work related items. Not having working internet has been an inconvenience! They finally came towards the end of our vacation and brought a WiFi spot! The swimming pool below the house has so much chlorine in it that it made our kids feel sick and have headaches. We can’t even let them get in the pool we payed for! I think I am done with fort Morgan realty! I would steer clear of this company as they charge a lot but don’t take care of the problems you have.
