Did you know that Disney travel agents are free? And that they offer invaluable experience and expertise? I have had the services of Leslie Lowry at my disposal for about six months and she has made our trip to Disney World a dream come true! Before planning this trip I had no idea how much could go into planning a trip to Disney World--there's a lot--but Leslie has helped me the whole way. She's booked our tickets/FastPasses/dining reservations/resort, looked for and found great deals for us, and answered my multitude of questions. This travel agency is a great asset to your trip! I will absolutely be using Fairy Tale Journeys by Leslie Lowry to plan my Disney trips from now on.

Susanne provided us with exceptional customer service after one of her travel coordinators left us at the end of our Disney planning. When she was made aware of the situation, she made sure she went above and beyond any expectations I had of her company. She treated my family's reservation with the uptmost urgency and returned all communications as promised, even in spite of Hurricane Irma's havoc. I truly can not say enough positive things about the customer service we recieved after she discovered how we had been treated.
