This was the most terrible experience that I have had in my life I was delayed 6 different times over nine hrs late then when I was supposed to be in Huntsville al and now know one can find my luggage this is crazy this was supposed to be a quick trip that turned into a nightmare.

I want to ensure no one experiences what I did at Huntsville, Alabama ticket counter. AA employee Kathy Eldridge was very disrespectful and displayed poor customer service when she called the police on me for simply voicing my concerns about a technical issues caused by AA. I was treated like a criminal and racially profiled by this employee for trying to book a flight using a voucher. My black skin was treated as a threat and instead of Kathy using customer relations skills to resolve the issue she opted to get the police involved. The unfortunate reality is we see this everyday with white people using the police at thier disposal to intimate and display white privilege over black citizens.

Been a while since I've flown AA. Seats are too small and the flight staff are jerks. Can't believe I'm saying this but, United is a step ahead.

Very Rude people working for American Airlines. I called the American Airline number and the male person with a non english accent answered the phone and basically told me i needed to call the airline and hung up on me. He didn't even offer to provide me the correct number to call. I am trying to track down my lost luggage that American decided not to put on the rebooked flight because they Cancelled all flights in Texas. I would recommend avoiding American Airlines if you want a stress free travel experience.

Four hour delays, and lost both my bags are any airlines worth the price they charge for tickets. I'd rather drive if only I had the time. We need a rail system so there is a choice of travel. No competition they'll never get better.

Ok, so it has become the industry standard that most airlines charge for checked baggage and they have migrated to charging for what used to be free............ drinks and snacks. But American has stepped to a new low. They now CHARGE FOR USE OF THE OVERHEAD BINS! It is all in the price of a ticket. If you want overhead bin access, you have to pay more for the ticket. If you want to be able to pick your seat, you have to pay more for a ticket! Ridiculous!
