Our tour director was not very knowledgeable about Washington, D.C. and she couldn’t keep up with the group of middle school students. I hate that she was having trouble walking, but maybe this wasn’t the job for her this week. At the end of the trip, our bus broke down and she didn’t help to get us an alternative mode of transportation home. She even went to far as to tell a couple of parents to not tell anyone they were renting a car to go home. We sat in a parking lot for almost six hours waiting. We as parents had to call the head of the company and when I asked her for information, she said parents were getting the information, so she didn’t want to bother the head of the company too. Our bus driver was amazing, but the other bus driver was rude and mad at us b/c we didn’t want to squeeze 60-65 people onto one bus (with 3 middle school kids to a seat) for 700 miles.

Absolutely amazing. I have been on two trips with this company and about to schedule my third. Highly recommend. Worth the money. I would have never been able ,on my own, arrange everything that I got to do and see. They make sure you get your it is worth the expense!
