Our family has used AWT for many of our vacations. This is the best agency around. We don’t plan a vacation without using AWT. Our travel agent is always so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs and expectations to make every vacation worry free and one that we will remember for a lifetime!

My wife and I used Alabama World Travel for a cruise to the Western Caribbean aboard the Norwegian Breakaway. Marissa was very helpful as we had not sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line before. We had several questions, all of which Marissa ran down and got the information back to us. Wonderful cruise! We really had a great time and we're looking forward to booking with AWT and Marissa in the future.

My wife and I are planning a trip to Jamaica in November to celebrate milestones in her life. We stopped at AAA, as we are members, and talked to a travel agent who was very helpful with information and literature. We wanted to see what another travel agency would offer so we visited Alabama World Travel. It was raining when we arrived so we hurried inside only to be able to talk to a receptionist, who could offer no help or informative materials about Jamaica. She said someone would call us in a day or so. We left, still raining, with a bad taste for the company. They did call my wife and all she got out of the call was that they want $250 up front before they research an itinerary for you. Not impressed at all. I suggest joining AAA and using their services.
