My first encounter with Arara language solutions was very impressive when I called to inquire about translating a document for my elderly mother. Joslaine was very courteous and very helpful with information about how to get it done the easiest way possible. She uses a secure system for communication through emails. The standards set by this office are very high and truly instill confidence and trust. I was very appreciative when she contacted me to confirm that I asked my brother to pick up the translated document. I truly have asked my brother to do this for me and did not think of letting Ms. Austin know. I was again very impressed that she was very careful not to hand over information to someone other than the initial contact person to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal information. I appreciated this kind of carefulness and answered her back in writing via email giving my permission to do so. My brother's experience was equally pleasant when he picked the document and praised the way everything was handled. Thank you for helping us getting a needed document for our mother ( 91) without her even leaving the house.
