My experience with ABC Translation Services LLC was superior to all else. Needing translation done for my own work (in three languages) I knew I had to find the right company to fit my needs. I searched online, contacted several and after reaching out to ABC Translation Services LLC, I received a prompt reply from the owner herself answering all of my concerns and questions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied as a client, felt well taken care of, had personalized attention and the quality met the highest of standards in a timely fashion. You should use this company! Service: Highly professional, friendly, personalized, transparent and honest. This company encompasses professional integrity! Price: Fair and reasonable pricing. In the past I would commission these to online services with no real contact or commitment (the kinds where you really are just dealing with some automated program..) and the results were never truly satisfying. I had to submit a copy of each page of the document I wanted to translate. Then I had to wait 2 days for a quote. The 'quote' was a list of administrative fees and a cost per word. (Why did I need to submit copies of my document to get a list of fees which presumably are standard? Who knows?) The 'quote' did not include an actual price. It was apparently up to me to estimate how many words the final translated document would come up to (in the foreign language mind you!) so that I could apply their fee structure to come up with a figure. Giving a clear quote to a potential client is pretty basic. I don't know how these people are in business and they are certainly not getting mine.

If there’s any translation company that treats clients at priority and accepts their work as their own, it is ABC Translation Services, LLC. I contacted them a month back to get my documents translated into two different languages. I was expecting them to take a couple of weeks, but to my surprise, the translation was completed within a few days. Their friendly staff, 100% accuracy, and transparent services have left me with “peace of mind”. Everything was explained to me in the beginning, including the translation methodology, and all of my questions answered. I have just received another translation project and will definitely be contacting ABC again.
