Have you ever had a job that you have to pinch yourself to believe that you are so fulfilled and challenged at the same time? It's been so rewarding working at CommGap International Language Services. It's a fast paced environment w/ Free Lance Interpreters & Translators who make a difference in people lives. You are part of team who value your hard work and diversity and build you up for success. It's an exciting time watching the company grow and being a part of something so special. Could you remind your staff the "Interpreter code of ethics". Interpreters are only to interpret no to socialized or to find out personal life. They just need to focus only between medical provider and patient and pay attention to the words. Make sure they know medical terms and professionalism. Thank you,

CommGap is a very professional agency which keeps updated on state and national laws. They always pay on time and keep close records of your time. Their hourly rate is very competitive. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with CommGap for the past 6 years while at my Salt Lake City-based company. They are phenomenal. I am impressed by the level of service they give us and their responsiveness to my requests. The quality of their interpreters is the best I've found. We've had only one or two small issues (a disconnected call, or a translator who misinterpreted a word or phrase) and their resolutions and responses to those problems blew me away. I am astounded by the lengths they go to identify and correct issues. Because of their great service and the quality of their people, we have been very successful in reviews conducted on us by government oversight.

Working for CommGap first as an intern and now an employee has taught me a lot. There is a wealth of experience and knowledge here about the translation and localization industry, and I'm glad to be a part of it.

I've worked with many interpreting agencies, as a part time employee, and as an independent contractor. CommGap is the most professional interpreting company I've ever worked with since 3 years. The pay is decent (you get payed within 30-40 days according to your good reputation, including your previous experience and training). The same amount agreed on will be paid when any of cancellations. The schedule is flexible, and the platform where interpreters can log in to find their assignments is clear, well organized, and a remarkable resource where interpreters can find their records together with their payment details. The company also has an app where interpreters can download and find their assignments, pick them up, and a place where the provider can sign their assignments. The office is available always to answer back. I highly recommend this company for interpreters; and also for providers to work with; I was professionally and fully screened for my TB and flue shot, HIPPA license and/or training, my educational certificate, and my interpreting training that I had before. Almost 2 years ago, I managed to complete the Allied Health Medical Terminology Course for Nursing Major from Sacramento City College. This course is truly essential for all medical interpreters. So if you're interested in applying for this company, you'd better keep in mind that such courses and licenses are required. As a Project Manager in the translation industry, I've worked for many companies in the last 20 years. I am with CommGap today and have been for the last 3 years because of many wonderful things, but most of all for its professionalism, its commitment to treat translators and interpreters with great respect providing proper training and on-time payment, and its passion for ensuring that clients get excellent service. If something is not right for whatever reason, the team jumps immediately to resolve the problem and make things right. It's such a great company to be part of!

As an employee, I must say that working on behalf of CommGap is an absolute pleasure. The management is kind, fair, and forward thinking. They're committed to quality, honesty, and kindness, and even go so far as to celebrate birthdays and personal landmarks both within and outside of work. Needless to say, they treat even newer employees like myself very well. From personal experience, I can also say that they are committed to customer satisfaction, and will do whatever it takes to ensure that their transactions meet the highest standards within the industry.

An absolutely amazing place to work! There is very clear communication throughout the company. Commgap is full of superb attitudes and personalities, it has been an honor to get to work with this wonderful team.

I absolutely love working for CommGap! Lelani and Rachel and the entire team are such great people and very knowledgeable in what they do. When I began with the company I wasn't very familiar with translation and interpretation, I knew some one had to do it but never really considered who. What we offer as a company and the quality is great! I get to see the backend of it all and what it takes for our interpreters to become interpreters, the customer service and constant care of both client and interpreter and the value Lelani has put in to her employees! It's awesome to see how companies can still function like this and it has created a great atmosphere for our whole team, interpreters and clients.

It has always been a great experience working for Commgap. The professionalism of its employees and the office atmosphere make a unique place to be acceptable among all the interpreters for different languages, I know this for a fact since I always receive positive feedback from them. The image of a institution that Commgap has is what represent the value of its employees.
