They did the job, but costumer service was really bad. 1. They give me one day a price then next day they charged me more. 2. They were not clear about the process of payment and when they will start working. 3. Is not clear where the office is, so I ended up meeting the guy who did my translation on the street. 4. They never told me about their days off so I ended up having my paper 1 week later. 5. When I finally got my translation that he gave me on the street he forgot to give me the original document so i had to go back and he didn’t apologize.

Well we called the respond was after 2 hours and we after that I sent the required documents to be translated the commoncation was poor and the address he post in his business was not right ending my day with wasted time and trying to found someone else to do the job. Not recommended not professional place.

Today which easily will be remembered as one of the darkest day in my life to of my fathers failing health 24hour translation came though for me. Due of my fathers failung health and being on life support i tried to get an emergency passport and do get an appointment I needed a translated doctors note from an ICU in Germany. So I contacted 24 hour translation for help and a Gentleman with the name of Peter Detlef not only recognized my distress but helped me while thinking out of the box and with uncompromising commitment to help me get quick result he and a veteran from Wiesbaden made it possible to get my small but so important document translated. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the team at 24 hour translation is. I used them about a week ago for some docs I needed translated for a visa appointment, and when I arrived to my appointment the consulate informed me I was missing a translation and could not have my visa accepted until submitted. I had flown to my appointment and had to leave Chicago within two hours, the consulate gave me some translation suggestions but I went ahead and called 24 hour. They got my document finished within the hour.

24 Hour Translation Services is the best translation service I have worked with! Recently I have had to get several documents translated. Today I realized I forgot one document and my deadline is tomorrow. I had worked with another translation service and with a "certified translator". Both those others were much more expensive and took days to get the translated documents. With 24 Hour I called and spoke to Peter. He explained their process and fees (very reasonable) then I uploaded my document. Within 4 hours I received a pdf document that is translated and formatted in columns exactly like the original. Most of the other documents I got translated by the others services came back as unformatted text. I am extremely happy with 24 Hour Translation Services and only regret I didn't come to them first.
