I have worked at Access2interpreters for three years. (celebrating my anniversary tomorrow) Although this is a small company, there is room for advancement as well as great benefits. I started as a first shift dispatcher and moved my way to first shift manager. Yana (the owner) is very personable yet knows how to run her company to be successful. I came from a big corporation and now that I have worked here I feel like I have adopted another family, my work family. There are so many diverse employees that bring so many different things to the table to keep the business successful and promote job security. This is a scam!! Beware these people only want your bank information to take money out without your permission instead of giving you work like they say. The so called teacher of the training class is a joke!!! Every other word is a bad one!! They charge you $90 for an oral test and then never call you for the test! DON'T DO IT!!!

Good payment rates, flexible schedule and the dispatch is really friendly and always willing to help. The admin staff at the office is amazing as well.

Be careful don't sign anything until they explain the cost of the class in its entire. Will make you spend a lot of money, best scammers of all time will ask for 90 dollars to take a phone test if you fail you're not allowed to continue with the class which means you lose your money more than 60 people come to this company every day looking forward to become an interpreter.

Everything things are very excellent and especially the training are very useful, Also they give enough hours to run the daily living. But YANA!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! thinks that she is the only one in this world and treats the interpreters as if they are not human beings. She does not know to respect and we have been taught to respect each other in the training. Other than YANA, perfect. I definitely encourage others who has interest to work as interpreter should take classes and work for access 2 interpreter. Just Keep away from Yana and ignore her.
