Reviewed my transcript without taking into consideration that in my country there is a different point system that determines letter grades! I was able to get the same results they did by simply multiplying my letter grades with the credit hours listed on my transcript as if it were an American transcript (A=4 points, B= 3 points, etc.) But like I said, in different countries there are different point systems! A B in one country is not a B in the US! Their results were a whole letter grade lower than my WES (a better, more established company) evaluation because of this.

IEE were so quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. They were extremely accommodating to any requests as well. I loved that they kept me up to date whether they received my transcripts or when my evaluation was sent out. I was very nervous about sending my original diploma and transcripts to them, but they were returned in perfect condition! They were absolutely great and would recommend it to anyone. Overall I had a wonderful experience with IEE, I was extremely satisfied with the service. It was organized, fast and efficient. They guided me step by step with everything that I needed from the first call I made to the very last thing which was pick up my documents. I also had some trouble contacting my previous university and they were very patient about the subject and just kept pushing in order to get results, the staff was very kind too. I requested a course by course evaluation of my bachelor's degree obtained from India for employment (licensure & certification) purposes. IEE, Inc was one of many approved evaluating agencies listed by the ASCP Board of Certification. After carefully looking through reviews and the documentation requirements of all the listed agencies, I settled on IEE, Inc. The fact that I could get the evaluation done based on copies of my transcripts and degree certificates (they might require official transcripts/original documents in certain special cases) and the great reviews this agency has, made it an easy choice. I have now received my evaluation, not just for my bachelor's but also for my Master's as well as my PhD degrees (at no extra cost) within two weeks (normal service). I am completely satisfied with their professional approach, speed of service and the ease of getting your documentation to them for evaluation. Their costs are very competitive as well. I would highly recommend IEE, Inc for course by course evaluations of foreign degrees/diplomas to anyone needing such a service. I am positive I will turn to them once again if I ever require similar services in future.

Customer service, quality of work and the ease of the whole process is why I gave IEE, Inc. 5 stars. Accessing information and applying via the website was too easy. The website is clear about how much it will cost, how to fill out the application and all the steps in the overall process to get your credits reviewed. Once I submitted my payment online I received an email, from a real person, regarding my next steps. Once my application and transcripts were received from IEE, Inc, I got another email confirming receipt of my paperwork. I was in constant contact with a real person from the office and it made me feel comfortable and assured that they were trying to do the best they can for me.

So a little bit about myself. 1. I am a permanent resident of Georgia. 2. An Indian citizen with education from India. I recently applied to UGA and GSU. Received a top-notch service of a course-by-course report by IEE, Inc. Firstly, I'd like to say that the staff of IEE, Inc are highly professional and incredibly easy to talk to. Unlike many evaluation companies who try to get you to pay in order for them to answer any questions, IEE, inc is nothing like them. It doesn't matter if you've applied to their services or not, they're going to help you on every which way possible. The staff of IEE, inc have answered all my questions not just on-time but accurately as well. The world needs more people like IEE who just want to help people out. Cheers to such professionalism.

Very disappointed by them. Done my evaluation with them back in 2012 and everything went well. Asked for a copy at the beginning of September 2018 and took them two months to have it completed. Yes the back and forth with the school in my home country was part of the long wait but it took IEE a week to update my file or replied to email from the school. I had to contact them every week to get an update. Many times they told me they already reached out to my school to be bold the next week that they forgot and will do that the same day. I have been very patiente and polite during the whole process. Finally they finished the evaluation at the end of October( 2 months for a copy). Called the board that was supposed to get the evaluation to be told they never received anything. Called IEE ( Sharon the assistant very rude) to request a tracking number or proof the mail went out and she said “ we are a honest company and if we said we mailed it, we did. There is no tracking for standard mail. You should have ordered priority mail” while the supposedly day they had to mail it, they forgot again as usual. At this point, I don’t trust them anymore. I feel like they never mailed anything and forcing me to order another copy just for more money. All other documents sent by my schools to the same address using standard mails were delivered and received... I know the post can lose mails but at least show me proof it was mailed or do not give option for standard shipping if you can’t. I no longer recommend them for lack of integrity.

I would give zero star if I could. Nightmare of a company. First time I did my evaluation it went well. Second time when I wanted a course by course evaluation of the same document, they deny me, and made me bring my transcript again from my country. Once they received it it took them a month to do my it. Which could me to lose my university application. Bunch of immature staff that doesn't communicate with each other. Everyone is confused And don't know what they are doing.
