I came all the way from West New Jersey to this office just to get my High School Evaluation and what I’ve got was a wrong Last name even though the last name that they put on the envelope was right. I do understand sometimes it’s just happened so I emailed them (twice ✌️) and they didn’t respond back. So I decided to called and tell them to correct my last name (twice ✌️). Finally I got it corrected but it took a couple more days

I see that the good reviews come from persons who went to the office in person, If you choosed to mail your certificates instead you are screwed. Sending your certificates by mail means too much waste of time and money and bad customer service. Things are not clear at first they tell you that the regular service will take 10 days and you find that you get 10 business day just to get a schedule for your degree evaluated and after that they will mail you the evaluated certificate which may take 3 to 5 business days so total wait is about 20 days and period of wait wasn’t that clear when you paid the $200 Second thing after you pay the $200 you get an email tell you that they will not mail your original certificates ( I don’t know how its a mailing service and its not intuitive that they send your originals back ) and you have to come to pick it up or pay $40 or $15 to get you originals back, so i was like what ??? Why things wasn’t that clear at the beginning?????

I've always used and recommend this site for legal translations in legal matters because they are true professionals in the business and I've been going to them since their old location about 15 years ago (maybe more). On my most recent translation request I received not only the professional assistance I've come to expect but Damian was the most courteous, patient and understanding individual to work with. I was absolutely distressed about the translation of the document and time frame etc. No matter how many questions I brought to his attention he always had a helpful response. Thank you so much!!! PS I even was able to pick up my translation 15 minutes after closing...how amazing is that?

Don’t use their mail service, better come to the office and pick up your documents in person. Because they sent my documents in regular mail without tracking number and my documents were lost. I didn’t know before that it should be a regular mail. They didn’t let me know about it. They took $250.00 for their service, but they couldn’t find $3.00 for sending my documents using at least first class USPS service with providing tracking number. I do not understand how it is generally possible to handle documents so negligently. This is confidential information. I’m very upset.

What a bunch of morons. They would not take my authentic documents. The lady that was handling my file claimed to have more than 30 years experience. I think she has 30 years experience of smoking crack. I wonder how she got this job not knowing anything. I went to another evaluator whom promptly evaluated my grade. They told me these guys are just all idiots. Never go here!!

I asked for a 'course by course' evaluation on my Canadian transcript. I paid $185 for this service. The school I was applying for called to tell me they did not receive the mandatory 'course by course' but only a 'pass and fail' repot. This was unacceptable to allow me into the program. I called Global Language to see why they did not provide what I paid for. They told me I would get a complete refund because they would be unable to provide me with what I paid for. I was told I would receive the refund on JUNE 20th, it is now AUGUST 23rd and I still have not received my money. I have called several times and been told 'It should only be another week'. I'm so tired of the excuses. Dear Global Language, If you can not provide the service I requested, you shouldn't of charged my card. Maybe if you would have contacted me before charging me I wouldn't be so upset. Please send my refund. It has been 9 weeks. I should be charging you interest on holding my money so long.

Globe has quality customer service, and reliable evaluations & translations (city & state agencies accept their office for a reason!!) I just wanted to write a review based on my family's experience. I almost let the negative reviews influence my visit, but I most say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Both of my parents recently moved and planned to work/study in the future. When they started to look for jobs, they all asked for an "EVALUATION/EQUIVALENCY." They just gave us a sheet and told us to show up to this office. We had no idea what this was, so just did as followed. In the office a young asian lady, clearly explained the cost, purpose and time that it would take. AND GUESS WHAT? She explained everything in Spanish so my parents could understand what they were paying for. YES, it's not cheap. But it's definitely worth the money. We have not had any issues with our employer with their evaluation. The young lady definitely knew what she was doing. Took copies of our originals gave them right back to us. Clearly outlined that it took 10 Business days to pick up, and was extremely polite and patient with ALL of our questions. Don't let the negative reviews affect what you do, see it for yourself and give them a call. Make your own judgement!!. Maybe I got lucky, and my family got a nice worker (her name was Sophie.. I think... In case anyone wants someone nice). But I noticed that Globe has people who speak Spanish, Chinese, and Russian, just ask.

Don't waste hundreds of your money here. They messed up on my evaluations and I had to speak to two different people in order for my evaluations to be correct. They also don't have an official seal, so when the DOE received an "official evaluation," they couldn't accept it because it is naturally unofficial. I couldn't send the DOE my reports in the envelope I received it in because the envelope wasn't the sealed type, it was one with a clip that anyone could open and close back. They also did not provide me with tracking information. I had to repeatedly ask for that information. I ended up having to call Post offices to see if anyone had received my reports. I spent over $300 here...It also took them double the time to create the report. I think this was all due to the person who was in charge of my evaluation report. I really wanted a refund back but I was too late. My credentials are teaching credentials from Canada and I needed them evaluated for Pennsylvania's Department of Education.

Globe provides very good translation and foreign evaluation documents from $50 each. But before you leave, make sure you also check for name misspelling. I checked my wife's name on all her documents and discovered her name was misspelled.

Russian employees- russian bias, they did evaluate my diploma not properly. However for my friend from Vologda (Russia) who really just purchased diploma back in Russia and could not pass entry math test for NYU evaluated as equivalent to US Masters Degree in mathematics! Just imagine that.

I am very dissappointed with this company.I was waiting for evaluation of my diploma over month.They sent me my evaluation few times(as they said)but i got it only from the third time. It's bad customer service. When i was talking with one of the representatives of this company,he was very rude and hang up on me.I really had hard time with this company.

My wife went to your office to evaluate our certificates on Dec 5th. They told her that she will receive it by MAIL in 10 days. Nobody told her (10 business day). and I had very important interview on Dec 19th. So,I called them and they told me that I will get it by 10 business days... I said Ok, let me get to your office on Dec 18th and pick it up before you send it. He Said NO, we will send it on Dec 19th. I said "So, it will take 15 business days to receive it by MAIL :).. he said yes, and if you need it before that, just pay $50. I payed $50 and I get it in 2 days only. and my wife got hers in other day.

I cannot even begin to express my frustration in trying to deal with this company. Their responses once an issue arose were completely unprofessional and not helpful in any matter. It seemed like they just genuinely did not care and were just greedy, trying to keep as much money as they could from me. I ordered an evaluation from them (paid for a 3 day rush for a course by course evaluation along with Express shipping). It is clearly stated many times on their website that the only way to receive your original documents back by mail is by choosing the Express option. Which I did. And mind you, they charge you $40 for that, send it in an flat rate envelope express envelope, which in reality only costs $25.50 thus they get to keep the difference as profit from each person they force to pay that price. You also can't tell me the nearest post office is so far away that the gas to get there is what else is included in that price or something ridiculous of the sort. Anyway, they finished my evaluation within the 3 days which I appreciated and sent it to me with Express, although the issue was my original documents were not in the envelope, only my translations + evaluation. Therefore, I contacted them about the issue over the phone and requested my originals please be sent to me. Over the phone I was assured they'd send my documents that day with Express. All good, hung up and went about my day. I then received an update on my order by email which stated my documents would be sent using Priority instead. Priority with a flat rate envelope costs around $7, so basically they didn't want to cover the extra few dollars it'd cost them to send it correctly with Express after they made a mistake, and, instead, wanted to still pocket some sort of profit. I proceeded to email them about the issue as follows: "Sorry yet another question, it says my originals will be mailed via Priority but it was my understanding that original documents should only be mailed via Express?" I received the response "It have tracking number and it is ok for it. You can expect It soon. thanks". This didn't answer anything so I replied with "Yet I was forced to pay for Express initially because your policy is that is the only way I can receive my original documents back. The price for Express was $40 at that, when in reality it only costs $25.50 using a flat rate envelope which is what I received my evaluation in. So why is it now fine to send them using Priority? I paid all these extra fees because I need these documents in time for a deadline and with Priority I may not make it in time even though I did everything correctly. I really appreciate all the help until this point but I do not find this solution fair." The final response I received was "It comes soon, please check the mail for it. thanks" It wasn't even up for discussion with them. I was going to receive them with Priority whether I liked it or not basically. Well the even better news now is that this occured on Sep 3. It's been 7 days now and my documents are lost in the void of the postal service system as there have been 0 updates about the actual location of my documents for the past 6 days. Better yet, I have a deadline that I needed these back by. Instead, I will have to somehow find $150 to get a new set from my institution and have them hopefully safely sent to me. Plus a year of wasted time of my life by missing this deadline. Nobody seemed to care about this issue, so I've given up on calling and trying to figure anything out so thus this review. Basically, if you've got any other options for getting an evaluation, please don't use this place. It's not worth the money, stress, and lost time.

People, please do not fall into their trap. They are not member of NACES, (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) so their evaluation is not accepted in most of colleges and workplaces. I paid them 200 and then 40 for a copy and that is all waste now.

If you signed up for this job you should know that you are expected to be dealing with people right and left and if that is something you cant handle please this job is not for you!!!!!

Stay away people, they did not evaluate my diploma properly and no explanation was given when i went in person. They are not professional at all . I wasted my money. Now i need to do another evaluation somewhere. I don't recommend this place at all.

These guys are terrible. They make mistakes in spelling names and forget to translate some of thing when you bring them multiple documents. They make you wait a week plus 30min to 1hr for them to fix all mistakes they made on spot. One star is too much. If you in rush and have no patients avoid them.
