I would recommend to by pass this company. Our firm used to use this company and loved the experience (much like the previous reviews - which all date back a year or so). However, this year I am not sure what happened. Our office once again needed to get some documents done which were marked "urgent". After a week of not hearing back from them, I tried to e-mail and call for updates and never received a reply. In the end I had to drive there, pick up the documents (which had not been touched), and drop them off at other company.
