Fantastic Service My fiancé and I have been planning a destination wedding in Florence this summer. As you can imagine the amount of paperwork required to make it all happen is quite overwhelming. A portion of the documentation is to have translations of birth certificates into Italian, then have them certified. The service we were provided on this was fantastic. My wife and I had to fly out to NY to submit documents to an Embassy in person. My wife is a true stickler to following directions, and had prepared everything ahead of our flight, especially given a 3 hour window on Friday to drop everything off. Well, we were in for a surprise in the morning, when the embassy requested translation of several documents during our visit. He translated a birth certificate and authentication letter in about a day and a half for $80. If you need cheaper or faster service I’m sure there are options but it was overall a very positive experience. I had to deal with a form of document for a home loan in the Philippines that needed to be “apostilled” in the US. When I first heard of the term “apostille”, I panicked. Why? It is because I never heard of it before. Im not familiar with the process.
