I have no words to describe the excellent service and the professionalism I have received from this agency. I have been to few translation agencies before but I would say this is the best in town. The staff is very friendly, understandable and quick to respond. The fees are very affordable and reasonable. I paid for a standard service and I received my translated document in less than 2 days.The translation is done by real professionals and the document is certified, stamped, signed etc as it is usually needed for high importance documents.

Been waiting for a translation for about two weeks now ,for a translation that was supposed to take 3 days. They don't even make an effort to fix the issue. Never again will use their services.

Pretty good translation. Love the idea of reviewing/revising the document before final print. The price was reasonable. The only thing I didn't like is that I thought they were open until late. I called to say that I was going to pick up my document at 6:30 on Friday and Mr. Johnson told me they were closing at 5, that I had to go on Saturday or Monday. We agreed I was going on Monday 08/13/18. I went to the office on Monday and it was close. When I called, someone told me that Mr. Johnson was ill and that I had to go back on Tuesday. Thank God they answer the phone but I have to reschedule everything because of Mr. Johnson illness. I understand people get sick but it would be beneficial for all parts if someone is available to handle a doc that was ready a few days ago. But so far, I would definitely try to do business again with them. That's the only reason why I didn't give a 5 stars.

Edited to add: Owner responded below confusing me with another customer or just making up an outright lie—I never gave them a “handwritten document” and nothing I gave them was “invalid or fraudulent” it was one legal document and they did translate it, but the experience was AWFUL. This owner is hyper defensive and literally will make up anything to excuse horrible service. Don’t waste your time/money with this place. Like many reviewers noted below, this company is unprofessional, disorganized and speaks disrespectfully to customers. Every time someone posts an honest review below, the owner responds and says it is a “fraudulent” review instead of taking responsibility for their unprofessional behavior. They take forever to complete simple jobs and do not respond to repeated emails/messages. The owner is also condescending and speaks disrespectfully to customers.

We were able to review the document for accuracy, all went well and I received the completed translation quickly. These folks don't know what customer service is. They get rude when you ask for an email copy. They mail your documents without tracking service. Their translators were of very poor quality. We wound up helping them. Final docs were acceptable, but we would never recommend them.

BEWARE! Melvin Johnson is a scammer, sent me two emails quoting difference prices (the second email asked for double the initially quoted cost) for some translation. When I confronted him, he ghosted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EDIT: This man is a shameless liar, I have included photos of our conversation and the double-quote to prove that not only is he aware that we interacted, but he is also aware that he got caught doing something incredibly stupid.

Really good experience! First I paid the service and after 4 days I got the translation (in Italian) by email to confirm if everything was correct, after gave them the okay to do the real translation, I paid U$12 more for an express shipping, and in 3 days I finally have my documents in really good quality. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I paid for an overnight service. They charged me for rush fees and then sent the document on standar mail. As a result I had to re-schedule my appointment with the embassy and had to purchase a second plane ticket for the appointment. No one appologized and the person running the business has a terrible temper. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

I went to speak to mr.mill and he was great. Very professional. He was able to get the job done. This is a good place if you need your paperwork done on a timely manner and their very discrete. My documents looked amazing. I recommend this place to everyone. I will be coming back to proceed doing further paperwork that needs to be translated. I had set it up for overnight and once I came into the office everyone was very polite and had my documents ready. I am not sure why other people say they lack customer service because in my opinion I think they go beyond their ways to get the job done.
