The most ineficient agency I've know. I'm so disappointed with their service and I would love to change of agency but sadly I payed in advance. As soon as they get the money they don't show the same interest and willingness to help you. You have to call them relentlessly in hopes of having your agent to take or return your call (Martha). So think twice before doing your processes and formalities here.

So disappointing, I walk in to get information about some translations service to see the Older lady, be very disrespectful and rude to a client. The lady was only asking what was taking so long for her paperwork and the older lady started yelling rudely to the client. It's seems that this agency has taken her clients money over a year ago and did nothing with the paperwork. When the older lady "Martha" knew that she was caught lying she stated she didn't need to explain herself. And offer no apologies or explanation. The whole thing was scandalous. I walk right out. This poor lady spend was crying about $4000 on paperwork to get nothing in return. I'm not even going to bother with people. Calling it like I see it! They ain't getting my money!

Horrible ... Absolutely horrible. The owner Martha is an uneducated person who thinks just because you come from another country they can take advantage of people. They stole money without giving services they promised. They are very unprofessional and will not be use by my company or myself again! They only want to take your money. This person should be ashamed of herself for being like this. They have no rating with the BBB nor do they recognize them as a accredited business. Save yourself, see an attorney instead!

All they want is your money but when you want information they don't give you any. Martha who is the owner is very disrespectful and the place in general is very disorganized.
