lacks in every sense of customer service. The attitude given by KTT employees is that its not their problem and they will not bend over backwards to help their clients out. not to mention hold times are only longer and longer and there have been many times where I have been on hold for 10 minutes or more and then get disconnected. Very unprofessional. I try to use Garden or Keystone as much as possible.

Horrible translator's! My family got the same person 3x, after we personally requested to NOT get that person. He didn't even understand English very well, and wouldn't accurately translate what we were saying. What is the point of getting a translator, if they can't even do their job.

When I started working for Kim 15 years ago it was a really great company. For a last 5-6 years, since Kim stepped down and family took over the business, everything goes down the hill. Nobody takes care of interpreters, they don't provide jobs anymore, just parasiting on cases the interpreters do. Horrible customer service. Soon company will be out of business for good.

KTTS unprofessional the worse place I have ever seen long hold time on the phone to get hung up on. Also their coordinators are rude Mani is the ruddiest when she talks to you. there is bad corruption and discrimination

One of the worst places ever the costumer Service was the worst !!! the lady on the phone hung up on me and was super rude wouldn't recommend this place at all !

My mom is a patient and we have been trying to use kimtong multiple times but interpreter are always late. Worst translation company to work with. I personally call them but always on 10 minutes or more.
