Whoever cancelled on me, the client, 20-40 minutes prior the appointment, the interpreter or the agency? Waste of gas (48 miles from work, 20 miles to home) and sick hours to take off work early for one specific employee at my physical therapy. This happened 4-5 times. I love my PT place, but seriously the agency makes them look bad too by trusting the company. I told them to find a different one. I hope they take my word for that.

I have had to reschedule the same patient twice in a week because of them. The first time they had the interpreter arrive at the wrong time and then didn't have anyone for the actual appointment time. The second time they called a couple of hours prior to the pt's appointment and said they "hadn't been able to secure anyone." I made the second request right after the first fail, they had A WEEK to make this right for the patient and did not, nor did they notify us in a timely fashion which resulted in us having to send the technologist who was going to be working with the patient home. I can't say I am impressed.

My client wasn't allow to request a prefer interpreter. What rights do they have to do that? The agency lied all the time about requested interpreter is not available.
