Very bad company. Project management is very good, but very bad communication from The Owner Natalia. She ignored my emails and did not reply me except I told her that I will add bad entry to Proz. I did not receive my payment for tree large projects till now. Please do not work with this company again.

Caution to freelancers, and 1099 consultants: It took 8 months, many emails and phone calls, and finally threats of small claims court for TransGlobal to pay 3 invoices that were due to me. I recommend either not working with them or asking for a deposit before starting work.

Transglobal is an outstanding company that provides highly qualified interpreters for conference and meetings. Their customer portal is easy to use and allows anyone who manages translation projects to see the status of their projects. Service is excellent and reasonably priced.

Communication with project managers is good but not so great with accounting. It took 4 months and many emails to receive an undue payment.

Worst agency to work for. I have worked with her several times and payment is an issued. It can take up to 4 months for her to pay for services rendered. Very frustrated.
