It was a weekend and I urgently needed a document. I arrived at the TRANSFIREX office on a Friday at 11 am and Mrs. Margaret attended me very kindly and gave me the assurance that the work would be done on time. It was Friday and she had a lot of work, she told me that the document would be for Monday or maybe Tuesday, but I needed the document as quickly as possible and she delivered it to me early Monday, the documents was all correctly signed, clear and precise. I required to have my diploma of medical school, transcript, diploma of medical specialty and certificate of associate professorship to be translated from Turkish to English and learned the name of Transfirex from a friend. Ms. Margaret was always kind, very friendly and an apt lady in the emails. The electronically signed version of translations were perfect, just on time. After a few days the originally signed hardcopies arrived by first class mail and I was impressed once more, because it was including the certification page with original signature and all pages were sealed with a cold stamp. I advised the company to another colleague. Nowadays we are receiving his translations including web page and press releases. They also seem perfect.
