Where to begin? Cyracom is the true nightmare of every man and woman on earth, they'll start wrapping you in flowers by "the dream" which is included in the first days of training, you think you'll work but all you do is being a slave for money hungry machine, the management is extremely unprofessional, empty and non-human, you basically spend 8 hours a day screaming your lungs out to a remote doctor, lawyer, insurance company and most likely a quality monitor who will strike as much as he/she wants just because you did not act like a "TRUE ROBOT" by repeating a set of phrases that they gave you in the beginning, if you speak more than one language and more dialects and you have experience and degrees in your drawers, well good luck getting promoted, because the slave company: only promote those who they can control and keep in leash, in short it won't take you long to find the true face of Cyracom. I highly advise you not to apply and lose your mind and energy to be underpaid, with very short breaks and no bathroom breaks and no hope of promotion. oh one more thing: I worked there and they treated me as S***, they even lied about me when an investigator came to ask them about me, I resigned and told them: the management simply lied and said that I was let out, lol, anyway good luck, this company is trash.

Recently left this job. I suffer from Lupus and need to do frequent bathroom runs where I used the "personal time" which counted againt my shrink and wound up me getting written up. So they asked for documentation on my illness, and when I did bring in documentation CLEARLY stating they did not care. They expect you to be chained to this phone 24/7 and you have to "hold it in" until your break. Which is 12 minutes not 15. Many times the bathroom is under cleaning or repairs because they get clogged so you have to walk out of the call center to the main building to use the bathroom, needless to say 12 minutes is not enough. Their "no phone policy" is ridiculous. If you have a family emergency they have to call a supervisor and let them know. Who knows how long it will be for you to get this message. High turnaround on employee hire. They take on a new training class every 2 weeks. Always starts off with 20-30 people and by the end of the 2 weeks you are left with 8-10. They hyped me with raises and overtime hours, but it never came as all emails of hours to pick up clearly stated "THIS CANNOT PLACE YOU IN OVERTIME." Raises don't come if you get written up or cited for shrink which is always. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not work there, you will regret it.

There are definitely pros and cons to this company. I recently worked for them, but have since decided to move on. This is a business obviously they are going to want people who adhere to their policies. They are very strict with their times. Every minute that you are late, need to use the restroom, or maybe need a moment to compose yourself. Every minute with be thoroughly questioned and examined. The pay is very low for the type of work. When beginning to work here they mention quarterly raises and performance bonuses even a great employee referral benefit. That all changed even if you manage to qualify for the raise you might get a whole .05 cents. They said performance bonuses are the quarterly raises and the referral benefits has been cut about 75%. But not all of it is bad, so Let’s start with training. You get paid training, they teach you proper skills and protocols. You get a crash course in proper modes, and terminology. You learn a little bit of everything since there’s such a wide range of clients. Throughout the process you will continue to expand your vocabulary.

Working there is not bad , but if you are taking calls , and need to go to the restroom you can not, because you are taking calls continuously. And they will get mad at u if u go because it affect your performance They have benefits for full time. but the medical was not good. They give you a class on interpretation. Is a lot of stress on the calls, your neck will hurt , and it has to be word by word perfect interpretation, if not they will call you or talk to you about the words that you missed. The supervisors don’t appreciate you much, they criticize a lot what you do. It has pros and cons like any other job. I would like some appreciation from management. If you are late, You would get a report, it was a long time I worked there but is not flexible if you are late. You accumulate points and tardies and they will fire you for tardiness and if u can’t go 1 day with no dr note they will fire you. I felt it was too harsh this system. Felt some times I was back in high school or worse. Goods and bad I try always to see the good, and appreciate what I learned. :) And be thankful.

Boy! took me this long to write the review which you won't step into the door of this company. it's shameful that I had to suffer the treatment that I had gotten from the supervisor who took everything into account personally and wasn't treating me fairly.Not even talking about anyway making of sense, she made you look bad under everyone's eyes and mind, how disgusted and inexcusable. Her accent needs to be clear.

This is one nightmare firm to work for. Stay out if you wish to use the bathroom without being questioned, and had health insurance with below 5k annual deduction for single. Do NOT recommend.

They brainwash you about how great it is to work for them and they teach you more their "Robotic standards" and not how to interpret more accuretly words. You have to login your session at ..:59 sharp if it is ..:01 they take points out of your quota. If you are not following rules like a robot they just eject you without few days notice. I remember that guy came into the training room and told that he was a contractor working for himself and one day he broke his back and couldn't work any more. Cyracom saved his life and now he can pay bills and eat. They brag themselves about how "great" they are and about how "great" you can be. What a BS seriously I would never give up working for myself and become after that a corporate slave robot ! Another guy debriefing trainees every day about things like "this must be my most beautifull day because I am x days before my "slave robot" graduation day." LOL. Unless you like being a robot sitting in a grey cage without windows and just repeat in different language what others tell you to repeat, you will freak out very fast. And btw, don't tell anybody that you have another skills or like you ae studying, because free will and ambition that is not in the same line of their activity will make you "enemy of the state". Lol

When friends asked me why I quit this job I always say "because it drained my life" haha and that is because you sit several hours in a 4ft desk with nothing but a screen and a headset. Theres several schedules that you can choose from, you get1, 2, or 3 breaks + a lunch depending on how many hours you are working, decent paid time off decent sick time off, you get most benefits. Shorts are break for the amount of talking you do, especially if you are going for spanish. I've been on the phone for 3hrs straight before. NOT FUN. They are extremely strict with the time mening being late. Add up points against you quickly to give you a bad report meaning no raise. But they hype you up about the raises every 3 months haha It's a decent job to have while you find something better or get on your feet but I wouldn't recommend this as a career.

Bad management! Being an employee at cyraCom you are not allowed to use the bathroom! Health is not important to the managers, they rather let their employees suffer and receive a bladder infection (contract are more important then health) ! FYI there is no benefits, we have to spent 5k out of pocket cost before the health insurance kicks in.
