The language staff and director is outstanding. I recommend this language center. Their customer service is the best I've seen at a learning center.

When we went the first day the receptionist who answered us was super helpful, and took our doubts. Already when we went to get the other recpecionista barely looked in our face, not a good day if you want. They were quick to answer. But I did not like the service.

I was extremely disappointed with the Vietnamese interpreter I hired from Indy Translations. Rather than interpreting exactly what the deponent was saying, the interpreter took it upon himself to paraphrase and explain my questions and the deponent's answers. We had to stop the deposition because he was not interpreting correctly and was changing the testimony being given by the deponent. When I complained to Indy Translations, they said they would not refund my money because they have never had a complaint about the interpreter before, and because he gave them a different account of what had occurred that day. I will not be using their services in the future, and I would caution others against using them if you're concerned about having accurate translations.

Great place. The man who runs it is very passionate about helping people. Central location, easy to get to and close to everything. An investment that is worth it.
