If you want to have your documents on time, you should start work with Tampa 6 months before. The only quick business they do is taking money. Even without completing the promises. They took $ 300 for apostille that we've never seen. Made mistakes in names having all information. We waited for their answers for weeks. Had our translation (lucky!) just couple weeks before to go. What else? We tried to complain and ( after week or so) had answer that apostille is not their responsibility. Fantastic!

Sent a document in English for translation in Russian. After 3 emails asking for status of the translation arrived 10 days later in Portuguese.... bad customer service and bad process set up. Need to improve quality

A certified copy, Notarized, and Sent for Apostille of 1 page of w2 (requested for study purposes in Italy ( rush ) -Margarita , Gave Me the Amount of 335$ , and the Following day, when I spoke with the Man that usually pick-up the Phone, told me It will be an extra 150$ (They Wanted To charge me including the mailing , and Have 17 days time to get it ready === 485$ ( What smart people)

Unclear Refund policy & unfair! We paid for a document to be translated last year for my teen age nephew who is enrolling in college this year, translation errors were made in such document, the student services at the college wouldn't accept it as is when they opened the sealed envelope... we spent $245 + the time involved, this company wouldn't compromise to refund or fix the problem alleging that the company was bought out last year & the new owners are not liable for mistakes from the previous owner! even though they are still using the same company name!!! how unprofessional to escape responsabilities! It’s all about the money!! Disappointing.
