This review was written about Protocol 4 years ago. Our company continue to grow and expand all in keeping a reputable name and a great service. The norms for all interpreters are to be paid a minimum of two hours the reason why we requested from Mr. Chris to pay for 2 hours minimum, even though the interpretation lasted for 15 minutes. For the next appointment he refused to pay again for the interpreter. The interpreter did not accept the job. Mr. Chris wanted things to go his way. We refused to cooperate.

I hired this company to translate for my client. They arrived late and was only neededfor a period of 15 minutes for a short meeting. They required $170 payment, but even though they were only needed for 15 minutes, they refused to refund any of the money or put it towards our next service. The interpreter informed us that she would be at the next scheduled meeting, but did not show, leaving my client in a terrible situation. When I called them, they said that they would need another $170 paid in advance for the next meeting. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told "Please try to find another agency." I was surprised at how rude and course the account supervisor was to me for asking a simple question. I would not recommend this agency for they are unreasonably expensive and unprofessional.
