Don't waste your time with Paul Finance. Poor communication and processes. You'll be lucky if you don't lose your deposit waiting for them to get their paperwork together. A nightmare.

Terrible. After months their Florida office failed to even apply for a mortgage for me. This meant the closing date wasn't met which cost me half my deposit and they charged me $1000 for the privilege of losing my money. As a result I have no house in Florida and I'm thousands of dollars out of pocket. A terrible company. Do whatever you can to find an alternative company to work with.
