The owner Paul Collins got into an argument with me due to the fact he didn’t get the contract as he was $1000 over the highest bidder. He went on to argue that I should have called to negotiate with him further. He then followed up with an email threatening to derail my contract with another company with the independent contract interpreters. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone for anything. If you are an interpreter and work for him I would be very wary of his dealing as he considers you “his”.

Be aware!!!!! They act like a scammers. Do not use this company if you need translation from English into any other language. It seems people who do translation do not know languages, they just use google translator, because they send you raw file with a lot of mistakes and ask you to correct it. So you will do translation by yourself. And also they ask you to sign paper where says that they never return your money back.

They are a very small company (1 person show - contracts a translator) and provide very bad service. The translator spelled a name wrong on one of the document. We tried to reach the translator or anyone at the company (they are in shared space, where receptionists answer all the business units), but no one picks up at the company. So instead we sent an email to the president of the company (name Ms. Mackenzie) and explained to her that the translator spelled on one of the document and incorrect name, as it is spelled slightly different in Spain. So she replied saying the President said the translator feels it is correct, thereby there is no need to change. If I was you, don't go there and make the same mistake. 1 mistake will cost you much aggravation.
