Very immature!!! If you are in a serious immigration case. I would make sure you get your translations done elsewhere. Do not stand behind their work!!! Do not know if something is wrong or not. Ask you whats wrong so they can fix it. If they do it accurate they wouldn't have to ask you the customer how to fix it. So don't put your loved ones in there hands.
No Sir, I am not a scammer and I am a client, but not by choice. My attorney you speak of said you were reliable. Not only is he not a very good lawyer. He was wrong about your company as well. The Lawyers name is Snyder Golkey out of Fargo Nd. I also reccomend you find someone else other then him for legal services. He paid you with my money. Your translations are inaccurate. You didn't even bother to have them double checked and fix the errors. Which I told Mr. Golkey if you fixed the errors I would accept that. But as a translating company if you are unable to translate the documents properly you wouldnt have to ask your clients, sub-clients or customers how to fix your errors. The whole reason for your service is to translate into another language. If we could do it we wouldn't hire you. Luckily my current attorney ia fluent in both languages. And pointed out the simple mistakes that even she was surprised were made. So keep accusing your customers without trying to find a reasonable remedy. If you stay in business its only from lack of knowledge from people. Hopefully, if they have loved ones they will research and reviews. I took advice from a bad lawyer wish I had done a little researh before allowing himto use a company that doesnt even admit when they make a mistake or know how to fix their errors.
