My documents were scanned and emailed to RLS, I didn't have to go anywhere.They translated it and mail it back promptly. The communication was very personalized. Within 30 minutes, I received 61 back to back calls from this company. When I pick up all I can hear is a crazed woman on the other end, screaming threats at me that involve violence, bodily harm, and a credit card. She even left one of these threats in the form of a voicemail, before my phone company had to step in. This company comes up the caller ID, and the number being used is posted on the company website. When I call the number back, it rings before going to voicemail - the voicemail names this company, and the voice is the voice of the woman who keeps calling me. While writing this review, I have received 10 more calls. My phone company has suggested I reach out to the local police to file a report, which I will be following up with. What a terrible situation.

The first time I had one of my documents translated it was handled fast and professional. The second time I had to wait already for two weeks. Now , the third time I need something translated I´m waiting already four weeks (!!!) and never even got a response. When I call, usually I got a very unfriendly call center agent. Too bad, I guess my business is not appreciated.

My husband and I needed documents translated from Portuguese to English in a short period of time. We called after 9 pm on a Wednesday evening thinking we would leave a message and hopefully hear back the next day, but we actually spoke to someone right away who took our call back information. This was a very pleasant surprise. We then got a call back a short while later (the same night! Who would have thought!) as to what our needs were and how to send our documents. The next morning we sent our documents and before the day was out, I received email confirmation that our documents had been received and a call stating that it would be ready by the next day-even sooner than we had hoped. Very Poor Customer Service. Owner is very hard to deal with and the company does not seem organized. They asked for a credit card to keep on file which was already provided to them upon initial engagement and it was asked for again because they could not "locate" it. An appointment was scheduled and they did not show up because they "accidentally put it on the wrong day." We were told this fee would be waived because it was a mistake on their behalf, after speaking with the owner, Rosa, she refused to waive the fee. This has been a very frustrating experience.
