Recently, my parents passed away within weeks of each other and I found documents in Italian from 1921 in a shoe box that was found in the basement of their house. I contacted Italian American Language Services and Professor Rosaria Tenace was AMAZING at translating these difficult to read, handwritten documents. It has opened a tiny window of information about my grandfather and great-grandmother in 1891. My sister and I are so appreciative of Professor Tenace's translation service. I enjoyed my correspondence with Professor Tenace as she was so kind and provided me with not only the translation but what life was like in Italy in 1891.
