I called just to get a little information about the process of their translation services, as I was in great need of a quick very simple one page translation, from English to French. The lady that answered was Nina (so she claimed after I asked for her name) I thought I was calling someone's home, as she never identified herself, nor the company. She was extremely brusque and rude. Clearly did not want to answer any of my questions and any question I had she told me to submit everything by email. I just needed to know how long the process would take. Finally she rudely told me that it would take days for translating a mere 1 page document. My suggestion to this company is: remove your phone number from your website, as it is clear from the nasty employee you have, that you want your business to be done via Internet with no client contact It is a real shame and disservice to your company to have such a rude and nasty first contact. Good luck staying in business with such negative interaction
