These guy's went the extra mail to make a Lemon in to a Lemon Aid. My Daughter is out of country the week before I'm to leave and meet her she informs me she needs criminal back ground check and O by the way it has to be in Spanish an Notarized, Then taken to the Sectary of State for Notary Public and to be authenticated they got it done with one day to spare. I can't Thank them enough.

Horrible customer service. The company lied, they completely mis-represented their services, costing me a total of $85 dollars. They said they could provide translations that would be approved by the Spanish Consulate. I flew all the way to LA, only to have the translations rejected. Then, after having to pay a lot more for new translations, the company did not offer to give a refund. So they have my money and left me with nothing. *To their response: Actually, I am frustrated with Affinity Translations, not the consulate. Don't shift blame. The only thing inaccurate was Affinity Translations' claims. There is nothing inaccurate about what I have experienced. If it is, they would have stated it. Anyways, highly do NOT recommend. Especially now that they said I am the one who is not telling the truth. I have no reason to do so. If you had carefully discussed them, we would not have this issue. As a translation company, you should know what a "Sworn Spanish Translator" is. That's just a fact.
