At first my experience wasn’t all too great, since the person on live chat took about TWO MINUTES to respond back to my initial request, but after that everything was smooth sailing. I am impressed with their work. I sent them a request with my birth certificate and other documents. Some of them had some illegible writing that not even I could understand. They sent me a very nice format just the same as the one I sent, with the translation. It was amazing. The seals and the documents look very professional. I did review the documents and they had just two errors in some names but they said they will send the documents corrected by today. The customer service on the chat is also very good. Once I told Daniel my name, he knew who I was and he gave me the information I needed right away. The price is affordable and it is worth every penny. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I did send a document through their website (by the way very friendly system) on Saturday and right on Monday my documents were ready. I also liked that I could do the notary with them. I looked at the translation and was accurate. It's worthy to mentioned that some BD documents from South America are handwritten, which makes difficult to read.
