In all honesty, Rise Interpreting is amazing. Not many companies are aware of the ADA law and not many care for it. The RISE team works hard and repeatedly does all in their power to provide a deaf consumer with an interpreter when needed. Whoever has fought to provide an interpreter for a consumer knows it’s a battle. Thanks Rise ... keep doing a great job

Used their website to request interpreters & a quote. Nobody responded, so I had to email back twice before getting an autoreply that someone would get back to me. 4 days later, nobody had responded, so had to call them. They had no record of the web request, and was told they couldn't tell me what they charged. So we had to start the process all over again, and 3 days out from the event have no idea if an interpreter is available. This is a real disservice to the Deaf clientele we are trying to serve
