ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE! I don't recommend this horrible place at all. I needed a Certified English Translation for my school paper's evaluation. So I found this company online and reached a person called Jenny Park over there. She emailed me the quote after I clearly stated I needed a Certified English Translation for my school paper's evaluation so I could apply for J.D. program in law school. I confirmed with her via email if their documents would be accepted by the institution caked IESCAREE where I am doing my evaluation. She answered me via email: "Yes, we did it before and they accepted it". So I paid $150 to them as they asked. Later on, they sent me the translation documents has the mistakes on it by a translator without a license. So they refused to provide the license number when I asked them. They even asked me for more money for doing a new one. There were millions of times back and forth with them, such as hung up the phone etc, and bear with their horrible attitude, until now I only have a copy, they even asked me $50 more for mailing fee within the same city Absolutely of wasting time and money by dealing with horrible people..

Keep away from this place. They play with your time... worst experience ever and they seem like they use internet translation to do the work, as they kept bringing the papers with mistakes and arguing that the original said that. It was my personal papers so for sure I know names and other words were incorrect still they will say that's what the paper says. I had to point the original many times so they could understand the translation was wrong. Time and money wasted. At the end I missed the delivery time for the documents and lost the money.

One of the worst places I dealt with. High prices and there is no accuracy in their work and time.The guy works in the reception said we will contact you once the paper finish and he did not call. When I contacted them to make sure that the paper is ready, a woman replied does not know anything. I came to the office and found that he did not translate at all. When asked him about it he said take it and get out and we don’t need your money . He was so racist, rude and impolite guy. I went to the manger, she didn’t give me any solution and her personality is very weak. They are unprofessional, I would never recommend dealing with them.
