As a scheduler for a Court Reporting firm that operates Nationwide and Internationally our clients often need an Interpreter for depositions. For several years I was using a large Interpretation firm based in New York. The process for securing an Interpreter in my opinion was always on the slow side. Then we had a multiple day very important deposition for one of our clients that required an Interpreter. I provided my contact over a months advanced notice of the project. After several days I confirmed with the contact to which he replied we were covered. Then just days before the assignment when i asked for names to provide to security i was informed we were not covered. We were able to secure an Interpreter in time through other sources. I chose to overlook the issue and give another chance. However the same scenario played out again several months later. This time for me was the last straw! This is when I discovered Imani Lee Translations. Raid Benham was the person who assisted me. Within hours of me providing the details to Raid I was delighted to receive a confirmation email. He also already had the Interpreters name for me. The assignment to my knowledge went great. Since then I have only had a handful of times we needed and Interpreter.
